atrapa pieca Scheiblera[edit]

Witam :) zwróciłem uwagę na tytuł tego zdjęcia: Muzeum kinematografii atrapa pieca Sheiblera.jpg Proponuję zmienić - o ile to możliwe - na: "Muzeum Kinematografii piec w pałącu K. Scheiblera". Ja pod słowem "atrapa" rozumiem, że jest to niefunkcjonalny zamiennik, kopia, co w tym przypadku jest mylne, bo jest, a moze do tej pory jest, piec jak najbardziej użytkowy. Fakt, używa się słowa "atrapa", np. na określenie przodu maski auta. Aha, czy mógłby Pan podmienić mój mylny podpis w plikach: File:Lodz mozaika Salviateego w palacu K. Scheiblera.2.jpg i File:Lodz mozaika Salviateego w palacu K. Scheiblera.1.jpg. Nazwisko winno brzmieć "Salviati" !!!! A daloby to radę jeszcze skategoryzować? Polypterus species[edit]

Zdjęcia Kwietniewskiego[edit]

Skoro wcześniej takiej zgody udzielili, to mam nadzieję, że przez uprzejmość dla mnie niebawem to potwierdzą. Proszę zatem na razie wstrzymać się z kasacją wprowadzonych przeze mnie grafik. A swoją drogą coraz więcej na Wikipedii pojawia się niepotrzebnych zupełnie dla nikogo utrudnień, które nikomu i niczemu nie są potrzebne. Na Wikipedii zaczyna zupełnie niepokojąco, ale wyraźnie, cuchnąć czasami komunistycznej biurokracji. Żenująca jest np. dla mnie prośba o ponowne wyrażenie zgody, bo zmieniły się przepisy i to co było kiedyś już się nie liczy. Jeżeli na Wikipedii „prawo działa wstecz i jest to w porządku” (to cytat jednego z administratorów), zaczynam się zastanawiać i jednocześnie obawiać, czy nie jest to stopniowe dążenie do wprowadzenia kontroli wszystkich i wszystkiego poprzez utworzenie funkcji Generalnego Cenzora Wikipedii. Uważam, że grafiki załadowane kilka lat temu zostały przez kogoś zaakceptowane (zatwierdzone) i trudno nieustannie do nich wracać. Dojdzie do tego, że autor hasła nie będzie chciał bawić się w załatwianie kolejnych potwierdzeń, zwłaszcza u twórców o znanych nazwiskach i nowo powstające hasła pozostaną bez grafik co niewątpliwie znacznie je zuboży.

Mam nadzieję, że przesłane w takiej formie oświadczenia wystarczą i nie będzie potrzeby ich poświadczenia przez notariusza.

Wątpliwości i rozbieżności[edit]

Witam

Kilka wątpliwości i rozbieżności:

Jeden z admin. pisał do mnie, że powinienem w szablonie wyrażającym zgodę na publikację, (którego adres mi przesłał: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Szablon_zapytania_o_prawa_autorskie) podać adresy stron na których grafiki się znajdują – wynika z tego że powinny być wcześniej załadowane.

Z tego co Ty piszesz wynika z kolei, że autor np. fotografii wyrażając zgodę powinien wysłać swoje zdjęcia w postaci JPG w celu ich rejestracji na OTRS.

Jak mam rozumieć skasowanie jeszcze przez innego admin. z 13 wstawionych przeze mnie grafik do hasła „Pałac w Kamieńcu (województwo śląskie)” nie wiadomo dlaczego 5. Wszystkie grafiki powstały na bazie współcześnie wykonanych, dobrym aparatem, doskonałej jakości zdjęć, zrobionych tego samego dnia przez tą samą osobę. Wszystkie 13 grafik zostało opisane identycznie i z taką samą licencją. Owemu admin. nie spodobała się Kaplica Pałacowa i Mysia Wieża.

Zgromadzenie Sióstr poprosiłem o zgodę na publikację tylko przez grzeczność – zdjęcia które chciałem wykorzystać na Wikipedii są powszechnie dostępne w publikacjach polskich i zagranicznych, których strony podałem w opisie do zdjęć.

Kto ma udzielić zgody na publikację zdjęcia, którego autora nie da się ustalić, lub zostało ono zrobione na zamówienie.

Jeżeli już liczymy dokładnie i zdjęcie zostało wykonane w 1910 r. a fotograf żył przez dalsze 40, to przeważnie zmarł w 1950 r.

To tylko kilka wybranych wątpliwości i rozbieżności.

Co można o tym sądzić?

Licencja[edit]

To nie jest prosta reprodukcja dwuwymiarowego dzieła. Nigdy nie oznaczam swoich skanów, lub zdjęć reprodukcji w książkach jako własnych fotografii. Portret Bema to zdjęcie, które zrobiłem oryginałowi w muzeum i jako takie jest chronione licencją creative commons tak jak inne zdjęcia autorskie. Zuważ, że np. Adam Bujak robiąc album Madonny Europy, składający się ze zdjęć dwuwymiarowych obrazów Matki Boskiej sprzed XX wieku, nie musiał mieć zgody na zrobienie tych zdjęć ale chroni je swoimi prawami autorskimi.

Co do PD-art to się zgadzam, gdy chodzi o autora obrazu, jednak autorstwo zdjęcia oryginału to dwie różne rzeczy. Już w pierwszym zdaniu jest napisane, że chodzi o uploadowanie zdjęć dwuwymiarowych obrazów, których nie jest się autorem (tych zdjęć oczywiście). In a nutshell, PD-Art may be used by the uploader of a photograph taken by somebody else... Dlatego w ramkach na dole wpisuję autorstwo zdjęcia oryginału, ekspirację praw autorskich autora obrazu i moje creative commons.

Całe to zamieszanie wokół licencji nie ma sensu, bo dotyczy ono praw autorskich copyrights, których autor zdjęcia licencji creative commons i tak się zrzeka pod warunkiem podania autorstwa zdjęcia. Ładowanie czyichś zdjęć obrazów co do których prawa autorskie wygasły i ładowanie swoich zdjęć na licencji commons to dwie różne rzeczy. W dodatku The U.S. case of Bridgeman v. Corel dotyczy tylko USA.

A mere mechanical reproduction of some other image, such as an unmodified photocopy or scan of a drawing, cannot attract additional copyright protection over and above that of the original... a fundacja jasno określa WMF's position has always been that faithful reproductions of two-dimensional public domain works of art are public domain, and that claims to the contrary represent an assault on the very concept of a public domain...

Oryginalność własnych reprodukcji mogę łatwo wykazać. Możemy się umówić w Muzeum Wojska Polskiego w Warszawie i pokażę Ci ten portret(Bema) w jakim jest on stanie (lekko wyblakły, zaciemniony werniksem itp.). Wszystkie moje zdjęcia obrazów są przeze mnie modyfikowane tak by cokolwiek było na nich widać i jako takie nie podlegają tym zaleceniom co do niezmodyfikowanych fotokopii.

Witam.

Mam problem... Gdy wrzucałem loga różnych firm - nie było problemu, widziałem również, że inni też wrzucają takie rzeczy na commons, ale dziś wrzuciłem logo Radia Zachód i Eusebiusowi coś się nie spodobało. Licencja jest jak najbardziej prawidłowa dla tego typu obrazków, gdyż dokładnie opisuje, jakie są warunki udostępniania znaków towarowych. Nie widzę potrzeby, by w takich sytuacjach uzyskiwać zgodę od firm będących właścicielami tych znaków.

Bardzo proszę o usunięcie tej prośby a także usunięcie zbędnego szablonu na stronie File:Radio_Zachód_logo.png.

Mass-tagging for Copyvio[edit]

Please. Maybe Eugene was wrong in deleting your picture, I do not know. But mass-tagging for copyvio with rationale "Label is probably under copyright, uploader must prove that is not" looks childish to me. There are other ways, such as asking for input at COM:VP or COM:CQ, or opening a Deletion Request. Tagging without discussion when you precisely think this is the wrong way to do it definitely looks like en:WP:POINT to me.

I must say I am very surprised to see such a behaviour from such an experienced contributor (according to your user page, you've clearly been around longer than me and many others).

I happen to agree with you about the image, that it was deleted in haste and deserved a discussion. However, it seems like the situation could have been managed better, especially between two longtime Wikimedians. Maybe you can bring it up to COM:UNDEL and we can have a civil discussion about it. Thank you, but I have been around for a little while too, and I have my own beliefs about what is « special, common and acceptable behavior ». I happen to have done this once in the past (mass-copyvio tagging, though the circumstances were very different), and have been scolded by two sysops for doing so. And now that I am sysop, I understand why.

Firstly, as clearly stated at CAT:CV and COM:SPEEDY, tagging for copyvio is only for obvious cases. The very fact that you question the Beaujolais file deletion is sufficient to show it is not obvious.

Secondly, if we have to mass-delete all those files, then it is certainly a better idea to list all the suspect files in one dedicated place, rather than to clutter the copyvio category and let maybe ten sysops sort it out.

Per above, I speedy declined what I found and opened a mass-deletion request on Commons:Deletion requests/Wine labels.

I have read your comments on COM:UNDEL. You complain that deletion is random, but you tag tens of files to be handled by different sysops. You complain that sysops judgement call is bad, but you submit files to their judgement. You say that there may be a better picture with deletion of hundreds of files, but still you tag individual files...

Please state your rationale on the Deletion request, feel free to add more files to it. Let's have a civil talk on this.

Witaj, czy mogę prosić cię o uzupełnienie licencji OTRS zdjęć, które załadowałem parę miesięcy temu? Wysłałem wówczas (19 listopada 2009) mail z potwierdzeniem licencji, tytuł "[Ticket#2009110810036491] Zezwolenie na opublikowanie zdjęc pod licencją", niestety z jakichś powodów licencje niektórych z tych grafik nie zostały potwierdzone. Gmina Słaboszów[edit]

No tak, masz rację, tyle tylko, że ja skądś wziąłem ten wzór i daję głowę, że źródłem byłą Wikipedia. Był taki plik w artykule (Plik:Gmina Słaboszów.jpg) na licencji PD, ja go tylko zwektoryzowałem. W grudniu dostałem taką informację więc grafikę zdjąłem czekając na właściwy wzór, który miał się pojawić w niedługim czasie. Oczywiście nic nie stoi na przeszkodzie żeby tę grafikę usunąć, bo pewnie poza tarczą, cała reszta będzie inna, więc żaden z niego pożytek. Dziękuję za sygnał i jeśli możesz usuń plik lub oznacz go do usunięcia. Ja ostatnio mam bardzo mało czasu i sił, więc wolę je poświęcić na zrobienie czegoś nowego. I've returned back from Serbia, so I continued with work on pictures from Wikiexpedition. For this reason, all files with no categories/description/other info are in this category (I've uploaded yesterday something from Belgrade and Valjevo as well). It is important not to remove this category until the data are inserted, otherwise I would loose touch with how many things I have still to do. Najlepszym rozwiązaniem byłaby chyba bezpośrednia próba pozyskania zgody od autora. Jeśli się uda to ok, a jeśli nie trzeba usunąć fotografie. Takich niedokończonych spraw jest trochę - sprawdzałem zgody na Wikipedii. Powinien się tym zająć ktoś obsługujący OTRS z uprawnieniami admina na Commons. Trzeba popisać maile, podzwonić, poprosić. Witaj. Nie wiem czy dotarł do Ciebie mój majl, bo ja przesłałem Ci skan tego rysunku wraz z prośbą Wikipedysty o wykonanie tej grafiki w svg. W opisie pliku podałem tytuł i autorkę książki jako podstawę do wykonania tej geafiki. Autora grafiki nie znałem, więc podałem tylko książkę wraz ISBN. Dziwne, że błędów nie zauważył zamawiający i przyznam, że nic już z tego nie pamiątam. Hmm, właśnie patrzę na regulamin i faktycznie... To jest dosyć bez sensu, bo potem to trzeba będzie usuwać te szablony zabytków w przypadku, gdy szablon {{Zabytek}} jest już w kategorii. No faktycznie - w takim przypadku rzeczywiście można uznać, że numer zabytku został pośrednio dodany. Trochę głupi zwyczaj jest IMHO z tym przenoszeniem szablonu do kategorii. W tych skasowanych przeze mnie, jako autora wskazał kolejno: Kizo, S, Suchy (i tylko dlatego wstawiłem do nich "npd"). Biorąc pod uwagę, że raczej uczciwie podaje autorów, to są to kolejne 2-3 osoby od których wypada uzyskać zgodę.

W tych co załadował teraz, sam napisał, że Zdjęcie wcześniej opublikowane na stronie http://www.agrofoto.pl/ i twierdzi, że ma zgodę. Wszędzie, niemniej jednak, wstawił licencję -self. Widzę tu dużo odkręcania. Masur (talk) 05:48, 27 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Prawa[edit]

Hej! Ustawiłem Ci prawa do edytowania upload campaign. Nawet nie wiedziałem, że można. Możesz mi dać na privie numer do siebie? Bym powiedział co z tą wystawą. Tak w skrócie to z chęcią nas przyjmą, lubią tam wolne licencje, barman z którym gadałem zna ludzi z Wiki i ogólnie ją bardzo popiera, mają osobny pokój na wystawy. Knajpa porządna, są stoły z krzesłami jak i dywan, gdzie można sobie usiąść na rzyci ;) Dużo herbat, dużo piw, ale bez mainstreamowych, tylko te regionalne i zagraniczne, każde kosztuje 2 zł + (rand(5)+1)), czyli rzut kostką ;) Krzysiu (talk) 21:09, 5 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Odpiszesz mi? Dziś byłem tam znowu, zauważyłem, że na ścianach są namalowane grafiki, podpisany jest autor i podpis "CC-BY-SA 3.0". Chyba lepszego miejsca nie może być. Jestem nim zachwycony, wystawa byłaby świetnym pomysłem. Do tego klub jest gay friendly i ogólnie "friendly" dla różnych subkulturowców, geeków itd. BTW, o ile do tych: File:Box stalowej policji.jpg, File:Dodatki do nstactics.jpg PA może mieć wydawca (o ile zlecił wykonanie zdjęcia w pierwszym przypadku), o tyle tutaj: File:Zdjęcie figurek do nstactics.jpg, File:Koksu z NSTactics.jpg coś do powiedzenia ma nie tylko fotograf, ale i malujący figurki, a ostatni wypadek: File:Concept art cyborga.png to już zupełnie nie bardzo wierzę, by PA należały do wydawcy. Co mnie także dziwi, to poza pierwszym przypadkiem, bardzo mały rozmiar i jakość tych zdjęć, tak jakby ładujący nie dysponował oryginałami. Masz nową wiadomość[edit]

"Namieszałem" z tym plikiem Masz nową wiadomość. Wstawiłem kopertę, tak jak w nowym powiadomieniu i wszystko się ładnie podmieniło (na innych stronach), ale nie wiem czy prawidłowo to zrobiłem, bo nie jest tak ładnie i jasno jak Ty zrobileś z plikiem Marka M., że to to nowa wersja itd. Ogólnie b. wątpie, że ktokolwiek kto nadesłał zgodę jest rzeczywiście dysponującym mater. PA we wszystkich tych przypadkach. W przypadku 1, 3 i 4 to nawet wątpie czy TVP w ogóle posiada prawo pełnego dysponowania tymi pracami, bo brak autorów (1 i 4) albo to autor (3) pewnie dalej je ma. Nr 2 z kolei - to o ile pamietam to regionalne ośrodki TVP mają osobne osobowości prawne i po raz kolejny - to są plansze startowe, zatem materiały co do których nie spodziewałbym się, że zostaną ot tak sobie uwolnione przez świadomą konsekwencji osobę. Herb Rudnika[edit]

Witaj, bardzo chętnie poprawię. Kiedyś na ich stronie był herb mniej więcej taki jak narysowałem. Później zmienili na ten zgodny z uchwałą ale w zbyt kiepskiej rozdzielczości aby to wektoryzować. Jeśli mógłbyś podesłać uchwałę będę bardzo wdzięczny. Postaram się w weekend poprawić. Zdjęcia sieczkarni[edit]

Witam.

Tak jak prosiłeś wkleiłem szablon w odpowiednim polu i pod zdjęciem widnije już potwierdzenie, że pozwolenie na wykorzystanie zdjęć dotarło tam gdzie powinno. Jeśli jest możliwość proszę żebyś sprawdził czy to co zrobiłem jest tak jak powinno być.

Mam natomiast małe pytanie: Chodzi o zdjęcie: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sieczkarnia_Z350_3_%284%29.jpg

Dodałem 5 zdjęć od jednego Autora, z tego co wiem zgodził się na publikację wszytskich. Jednak to powyższe nie ma nadal tego OTRS pod zdjęciem. Dla przykładu jedno ze zdjęć tegoż autora i tej maszyny z OTRS: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sieczkarnia_Z350_3_%285%29.jpg Autor nie przesłał zgody czy jest jakaś inna przyczyna?

Hej. Wystarczy rzucić okiem na cztery herby z okładki. Styl nie do pomylenia. Porównaj z pl:Doliwa (herb szlachecki), pl:Zaremba (herb szlachecki), pl:Kietlicz (herb szlachecki). This year will be the eighth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2013) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. The 2013 Picture of the Year competition has ended and we are pleased to announce the results: We shattered participation records this year — more people voted in Picture of the Year 2013 than ever before. In both rounds, 4070 different people voted for their favorite images. Additionally, there were more image candidates (featured pictures) in the contest than ever before (962 images total).

In the first round, 2852 people voted for all 962 files
In the second round, 2919 people voted for the 50 finalists (the top 30 overall and top 2 in each category)

Witam, dopiero wróciłem z przerwy wakacyjnej, zatem dopiero teraz śpieszę z odpowiedzią. Jestem autorem jedynie zdjęcia, autorem muralu jest o ile mnie pamięć nie myli grupa Trzecia Fala, natomiast mural na dużym zbliżeniu widoczny jest z drogi publicznej przez ogrodzenie od szkoły gdzie się znajduje, niemniej nie pamiętam w jakich okolicznościach wykonałem zdjęcie. Rozumiem, nie znam na tyle prawa autorskiego i przyjmuję bezdyskusyjnie przedstawione przez Ciebie uzasadnienie. Jeśli idzie o dodatkowe szczegóły pragnę podkreślić, że wprawdzie nie podałem autorów muralu (co bym dzisiaj z pewnością uczynił), ale nie spotkałem się też z faktem aby dodawano takowych w opisach. To tylko moja luźna uwaga, ale myślę że w tym zakresie pozostało jeszcze wiele do zrobienia, bo póki co wiele tego typu prac traktuje się jak całkowicie bezpańskie. Witaj – te dwa zdjęcia [8], [9] mają mieć według wstawiającego pliki ten sam OTRS – przy Henryku Rafalskim jest to opisane pod "Licensing" jako Zgoda na publikowanie zdjęć prof. No właśnie, z tego co prasa pisze taki termin był z góry ustalony (tyle, że raz przedłużony). I to moim zdaniem różni tęczę od bydynków czy pomników, których z zasady nie stawia się z założeniem, że zostaną rozebrane w określonym terminie. Co prawda termin był długi, natomiast moje wątpliwości co do zasadności stosowania FoP w tym przypadku bydzi fakt, że był on od początku określony. Może warto po prostu wystąpić o zgodę do aktualnego posiadacza praw?

Nie zależy mi na usunięciu tych zdjęć, a na merytorycznej dyskusji. Bo jeśli są wątpliwości, to ktoś je prędzej czy później wyciągnie. A może zacząć od PRP+DR.

W obu przypadkach wpisałem mu się na blogu z prośbą o doprecyzowanie (1) lub udostępnienie czegoś w mniejszej rozdzielczości na CC-BY-SA (2). Wygląda na to, że autor zignorował obie prośby - czy można z tym coś zrobić, czy jedyne wyjście to odlinkować i zgłosić do usunięcia plik z (2)? Czy mógłbyś mi odpowiedzieć, jak wygląda kwestia przesłania na Commons fotografii np. starych pocztówek z lat 1890—1920? Z tego co zaobserwowałem jest takich już wiele i są podciągnięte pod domenę publiczną. Gettyimages[edit]

Dzien dobry. Mam prośbę o pomoc w zakresie praw autorskich. Znalazłem przypadkiem w commons zdjęcie [13] przejęte z Gettyimages [14]. Jest to źródło komercyjne, ale plik ma w detalach zapisane tylko: "No commercial uses without permission". Autor edycji na commons w polu Permission podał "PD-Japan-organization" i "Not-PD-US-URAA|country=Japan". Moje pytanie brzmi: czy decydujący w pozwoleniu na wykorzystanie w commons jest zapis z Gettyimeges, czy te detale japońskiego prawodawstwa? Jest to olbrzymie źródło zdjęć i ciekawi mnie, czy można z niego czerpać, a jeśli tak to w jakim zakresie? Wiedza moja w tym temacie jest zbyt skromna, a nie chcę eksperymentować. Nie rozumiem. Autor filmu na YouTube zmienił jego licencję na moją prośbę (licencję można zobaczyć w opisie filmu). Przesłałem plik i wybrałem szablon licencji YouTube CC-BY, który powinien być poprawny. Witaj,

właścicielem plików, o których mówimy jest przedsiębiorstwo Solaris Bus & Coach S.A., z w porozumieniu z którym umieściłem fotografie pojazdów tego producenta w zasobach na commons. Chciałbym przytoczyć tu fragment mojej korespondencji mailowej z Panem Marcinem Napierałą, który stanowił osobę kontaktową ze strony ww. spółki:

przesłałem maila. W odpowiedzi na wcześniejsze otrzymywałem pytanie o autorów poszczególnych ujęć. W tym zestawieniu są ujęcia, których przypisanie do konkretnego fotografa (pracuje ich dla nas dość wielu) może być dość trudne, ze względu na czas, który minął od ich wykonania.

Pozdrawiam

Chciałbym nadmienić, iż te same fotografie w większości wykorzystywane są na stronie internetowej przedsiębiorstwa, w jej materiałach reklamowych, a także w niektórych portalach branżowych, za każdym bez podania autora fotografii - zostały one wykonane na zlecenie Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. i taka informacja też przy nich widnieje, jeśli nie są to materiały bezpośrednio Solarisa. Pliki ilustrowały wiele dobrych i medalowych artykułów w polskiej Wikipedii, a w wielu przypadkach zastąpienie ich innymi grafikami z zasobów commons.wikimedia.org jest niemożliwe (pewne modele pojazdów nie są w ogóle sfotografowane przez innych użytkowników), bądź znacząco pogorszy jakość ilustracji w artykułach.

W 2013 r. w porozumieniu z tą samą firmą (tylko nie przez moje pośrednictwo) do zasobów commons.wikimedia.org trafiło także wiele innych zdjęć przedstawiających pojazdy tego przedsiębiorstwa – wszystkie nie mają dokładnie podanego fotografa z imienia i nazwiska, a mimo to na stronie każdego z tych plików wisi od 7 lat szablon poprawnego pozwolenia OTRS (#2013012810003249).

Mógłbyś zatem wyjaśnić, dlaczego w tym przypadku wymagane jest podanie fotografa z imienia i nazwiska, a także jakie środki należałoby podjąć, by zdjęcia przywrócić do bazy na commons?

Skoro Solaris korzysta z tych zdjęć w swoich materiałach promocyjnych, na swojej stronie internetowej, a także udostępnia je wielu portalom branżowym, to zakładam, że robi to jednak zgodnie z prawem autorskim i ma to w jakiś sposób uregulowane z fotografami, którzy te zdjęcia wykonali. Przy poprzednich zdjęciach nie mamy podanego autora z imienia i nazwiska, dlaczego więc tu tego potrzebujemy? Czy fakt, że firma korzysta z tych zdjęć w swoich materiałach bez podania autora, a także wyraża nam zgodę na udostępnienie ich na licencji CC BY-SA, to dlaczego nie możemy ich także wykorzystać? odp. Sposób ładowania zdjęć[edit]

Hej!

Dzięki za wiadomość i miłe słowo. Staram się nie używać szablonu "self" ani tym bardziej usuwać pola "permission =". Te dwa zdjęcia przedstawiające Tatianę Czekalską ładowałem w nietypowy sposób, bo zostały ostatnio usunięte przez admina, tzn. zamieściłem je w miejsce usuniętych zamiast pisać prośbę o ich przywrócenie i kreator był faktycznie nietypowy, pewnie temu się to pokasztaniło. Na co dzień używam standardowej metody czyli UploadWizard poprzez „Prześlij plik” i wtedy chyba wszystko jest ok. Ja Cię również bardzo podziwiam z uwagi na staż, wkład w Wiki oraz zaangażowanie i bardzo Ci dziękuję za taką mrówczą robotę jaką jest OTRS :)

This ticket seems to be finished. The tagged picture is: File:Tadeusz Ptaszyński - Ciechocinek 2010c.jpg. The ticket started with another picture of the same person: File:Tadeusz Ptaszyński.jpg, but there were problems with authorship of it, therefore the person who uploaded it had found another picture of which authorship was known, so the story ended with deletion of the problematic picture and taging the right one. Mam pytanie odnośnie do zgody na wykorzystanie tego zdjęcia – oznaczyłeś, że taka zgoda wpłynęła. Zdjęcie pochodzi jednak ze strony Zarządu Zieleni m.st. Warszawy, a tam nie ma podanego, że autorem tego zdjęcia jest Magda Sierzputowska, a zamieszczony na dole strony zapis "© 2022 Zarząd Zieleni m.st. Warszawy" sugeruje, że właścicielem treści z tej strony (autorskich praw majątkowych) jest Zarząd Zieleni m.st. Warszawy, a nie osoba prywatna (Magda Sierzputowska). W związku z tym mam wątpliwość, czy zgoda na wykorzystanie tego zdjęcia jest prawidłowa, tzn. wydana przez dysponenta autorskich praw majątkowych do tego zdjęcia. Zarząd zieleni nie ma sam w sobie osobowości prawnej, także to co jest w stopce na ich stronie (© 2022 Zarząd Zieleni m.st. Warszawy) - nie ma najmniejszego sensu prawnego. Jak już to właścicielem praw majątkowych może być jednostka samorządowa jako całość - czyli w tym przypadku miasto stołeczne Warszawa. W jego imieniu zgodę wydała kierowniczka działu promocji tegoż miasta, więc wygląda, że wszystko jest OK. Dopisałem tam przy autorstwie, że to praca wykonana na rzecz miasta. Dear Wikimedian,

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2022 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the seventeenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2022) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topical categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you may vote for as many images as you like. The top 30 overall and the two most popular images in each category will continue to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just three images to become the Picture of the Year.

Round 1 will end on 1 May 2023, 23:59:59 UTC.

Zapytanie o usunięty plik[edit]

Cześć, zostało usunięte zdjęcie z mojego artykułu o Brunonie Widuchu. Była wysłana, 25.01.2024r, zgoda autora zdjęcia a mimo to plik usunięto. Plik ma nazwę; Fotografia Brunon Widuch - autor Aleksandra Cadelska.jpg Bardzo proszę o sprawdzenie dlaczego i jeśli jest to możliwe to proszę o przywrócenie. Nie ma w systemie zgody do pliku o tej nazwie - szukałem też po nazwisku "Widuch" i po nazwisku autorki. Może jak podasz adres E-mail z którego to przyszło da się to odnaleźć o ile taka zgoda wogóle była... Polimerek (talk) 11:51, 25 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
