Ce schéma comporte plusieurs erreurs :

  1. le tehsil n'est pas au même niveau que les municipalités, mais au dessus.
  2. le terme corporation est inapproprié. C'est un mot anglais. C'est redondant avec municipalité.
  3. Le conseil municipal n'est pas au même niveau sémantique que la municipalité.

Vous avez raison pour le tehsil, le schéma tel qu'il est n'est pas clair: le tehsil (d'ailleurs le nom ne convient pas ici, car il change d'un État à l'autre...) et plutôt un "sous-district". Je vais essayer de rendre le schéma plus clair.
En revanche, la Constitution indienne (plus exactement, son 73e amendement de 1993) prévoit trois types de structures différentes pour le niveau municipal, en fonction de la population: municipal council, municipality et municipal corporation. Il n'y a donc pas de redondance et "corporation municipale" est je crois la seule traduction qui permette de rendre ces différences juridiques.

Pour tehsil, le mieux est d'utiliser la traduction anglaise : block.
Il y a trois types de structures pour les zones urbaines, et trois types pour les zones rurales. Il faut mettre en parallèle les deux groupes.
La traduction ne correspond pas à la réalité. En français, une municipalité et un conseil municipal représentent des entités de niveau sémantique différent. Le conseil municipal est l’assemblée qui gouverne la municipalité. En Inde, il y a 3 termes différents, mais ils représentent des structures de même niveau sémantique. Visiblement, le "block" correspond à autre chose dans certains États (voir wikipedia:Administrative divisions of India), j'ai donc préféré "Sous-district". «Le conseil municipal est l’assemblée qui gouverne la municipalité» oui, en France. En Inde, c'est différent puisque ce sont des structures différentes. Lorsque tu as créé la carte des métropoles de France, tu as commis une petite erreur sur Grenoble Alpes Métropole. En effet, le 1er janvier dernier, Grenoble Alpes Métropole a fusioné avec le Balcon Sud de Chartreuse (que tu as déjà pris en compte sur ta carte) et avec le Sud Grenoblois (que tu as oublié...).

Est-ce qu'il t'est possible de le modifier ?

Parliament diagram tool new version[edit]

Hi Super Benjamin,

At Wikimania, I ported my parliament diagram tool to Wikimedia's servers, fixed the bug that made the dots invisible above a certain number, and gave it a new, easier interface. Please let me know if it works for you - I need some testers. The source code is now also hosted on github, so you can either file bug reports directly there, or drop me a note on Wikipedia.

Blazon of Charles De Gaulle[edit]

Hello. I hope you do not mind if I speak in English, but I think there is a mistake in one of your blazons - File:Blason président De Gaulle.svg. This and this source mention only the second quarter; no lions are mentioned. Also, instead of leaves there are galls (which makes more sense considering the surname). Carte de l'Inde à dater précisément[edit]

Salut Superbenjamin,
Je vois là ta très belle carte de l'Inde en 1945 ; mais une question me vient à l'esprit en la voyant : quelle date exactement est représentée ? Ma question peut paraître curieuse, mais c'est le détail des frontière en Europe (puis en Indochine et en Océanie/Asie du Sud-Est) qui m'a fait tiquer. À première vue, c'est avant le 9 août 1945 (trois mois après la fin de la guerre avec l'Allemagne, date de déclaration de la guerre de l'URSS au Japon, auquel cas l'URSS occuperait déjà tout ou partie de la Mandchourie), mais je n'arrive guère à être plus précis dans l'immédiat. L'unité de la Libye me paraît par contre étrange : dès 1943, le territoire est partagé entre le Territoire du Fezzan occupé par les Français et l'Administration militaire britannique en Tripolitaine et Cyrénaïque, et le changement suivant dans le pays est l'indépendance de l'Émirat de Cyrénaïque en 1949. La frontière entre le protectorat au Maroc et le Sahara espagnole me semble également ne pas être juste. Si c'est bien 1945, le Gouvernement provisoire de la République de Pologne, successeur du Comité de Lublin mis en place en juillet 1944, devrait également apparaître.
Pendant que j'y suis, je vois que la carte éctuelle est un PNG ; y aurait-il moyen d'en faire une version SVG ? avec et sans l'Inde colorée, tant qu'à faire. Une version entièrement colorée est-elle également envisageable ? (ce qui pourrait faciliter l'identifier de quoi est occupé par qui au passage).

Taille des régions[edit]

Salut Superbenjamin.

Merci pour tes illustrations sur les régions françaises.

Une petite remarque : tu représentes correctement la France métropolitaine, la Corse est aux bonnes dimensions. Mais la région Guyane est représentée à la même taille que la Réunion !

Une modeste suggestion : modifier la carte afin de représenter la Guyane aux bonnes proportions et inclure toutes les iles trop petites dans un carré séparé, afin que l’on remarque bien que la taille n’est pas respectée.

@Dominik: Clairement non ! Ça avait été déjà discuté ici : la RTM n'a pas de graphisme cohérent… Le « M » ci-contre n'est plus utilisé (depuis au moins une dizaine d'années) et d'un support à l'autre (cartes, fiches horaires, site internet, etc.), les icônes des lignes ne sont pas les mêmes.
Dans la série d'icônes que j'ai faite, je me suis inspiré du graphisme de l'appli RTM pour téléphone : ça a l'avantage d'être plutôt lisible et cohérent. --Superbenjamin (talk) 15:42, 18 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

About the changes made to the Canadian Provincial Parliament Diagrams[edit]

Hello Superbenjamin

I apologize in advance if English is not your first language.

I appreciate your changes to the provincial legislature layout charts. However they will have to be removed as the standard for Canada is to use square boxes to represent streets. As well, the colours for provincial parties does not necessarily stay the same from province to province (BC Liberal is not the same hue as the standard Liberal party seen in other provinces, as it is a separate party As well, the bloc Quebecois uses a light blue hue and the CAQ uses a purple identification hue.) The colours seen in the diagrams must match the Wikipedia-standard hue for the parties.

If you wish to re-do the legislatures, we ask that you keep them in square boxes instead of dots and keep the colours the same as the Wikipedia defined hues. They are available on every legislature Wikipedia page.

I am more that open to having a discussion on this matter if you wish to do so.

Merci beaucoup d'avoir créé les marques et fanions de plusieurs présidents, dont Valéry Giscard d'Estaing. Cependant, ceux de VGE comportent deux inexactitudes : la marque et le fanion comportaient tous deux un faisceau de licteur entouré de deux branches de laurier ; et la hache du faisceau de licteur regardait à dextre, et non à senestre. Sources : circulaire du ministère de la défense du 26 mai 1975 et album des pavillons nationaux et des marques distinctives 1978 (cités par Hervé Pinoteau, Le chaos français et ses signes, p. 452 et 453, avec des photos qui confirment). Hey SuperBen. I want to thank you for uploading File:TTC.svg, but I also want to express a concern. This is justified as a free image under a {{PD-textlogo}} rationale. I do not feel that it can be justified when it's pretty much an exact copy, especially with the font. I wanted to propose re-uploading the logo without the 'TTC' in it (just a red shield), and I think that will make for a stronger PD argument. SVG Translation Campaign 2019 in India: Feedback survey[edit]

Many thanks for participating in the SVG Translation Campaign 2019 in India. It had been quite a successful campaign—194 users from 19 Indic languages took part in the campaign for 38 days, and have created more than 2,500 SVG files, all of them having labels in native Indian languages. A flag for Grand Est[edit]

I'm trying to get to know more about the flag of Grand Est. I see you created the File:Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine Icône.svg. I this flag is sometimes used as a flag proposal for the region but am wondering if this was ever an official proposal by someone or some entity or if this is just of your own making. Im interested if it was selected in a competition or otherwise accepted as a proposal by any official or governmental body. Perhaps I want to dedicate an article to the flag and proposals.
