Não entendi nada acerca daquela mensagem sobre a foto do Ézio ser deletada. A foto é minha. Eu tirei a foto com a minha Canon. Se quiser eu até te mando a foto por email. Yanguas, na mensagem deixada em minha página, você se esqueceu de mencionar a frase seguinte:

"© 1996-2006 - Superior Tribunal de Justiça. Todos os direitos reservados. Reprodução permitida se citada a fonte."

isso significa que a imagem pode ser reproduzida, sem restrições, desde que a fonte "Superior Tribunal de Justiça" seja atribuída adequadamente; como estava literalmente escrito na infobox de descrição da imagem, no espaço reservado para a Permissão. Missionary (talk) 02:42, 21 January 2012 (UTC)

Vou remover sim, abra uma discussão então! a fonte que você colocou como "violação dos direitos autorais" (http://www.flickr.com/photos/flavioguarana/4817871285/) é a mesma fonte da origem da imagem (http://www.flickr.com/photos/flavioguarana/4817871285/) que está licenciada com uma licença aceita aqui {{Cc-by-2.0}} pelo próprio autor Flávio Guaraná. Você não notou que as licenças do Commons permitem fazer uso comercial do trabalho? favor abrir uma discussão para eliminar a imagem que está de acordo com a regra do sistema. Aconselho-o a ler sobre o que é o limiar de originalidade. Não é por se juntar estrelinhas, um círculo e algumas letras que se passa a ter algo de original. Esse símbolo está sem dúvida no domínio público por falta de originalidade. A marca claro que está protegida, mas isso mesmo está avisado no ficheiro com o {{Trademark}}. Yanguas, não atente contra a inteligência dos outros querendo comparar desenhos complexos como âncoras e remos que se podem desenhar de infinitas formas diferentes com estrelas de 5 pontas e círculos, que não têm qualquer criatividade. Quanto ao tipo de fonte usada nas letras, normalmente não tem importância aqui. Mas não precisa se fiar minha palavra, nomeie o ficheiro para eliminação e discuta o assunto. O que não pode fazer é infringir as regras da wiki-pt carregando imagens que têm equivalente aqui com licença livre, alegando falsamente que não tem.-- Darwin ^Ahoy! 04:38, 23 September 2012 (UTC)

Oi, Yanguas. A licença era falsa e a fonte também. Bloquei ClécioGabriel (talk · contribs) porque como disse, é um PATO. A conta Flickr também é falsa e por isso adicionei a conta do Flickr nessa listagem. Assim, toda vez que for carregado uma imagem dessa conta, o FlickreviewR (talk · contribs) vai alertar e a imagem vai parar automaticamente nessa categoria. Abraços e boas edições. Oi, Yanguas. O que ele quis dizer é que a categoria pode ser movida, mas não usando {{São Paulo city}}, o que torna o processo diferente da Wikipédia. Como essa categoria tem muitos afluentes, ele quer dizer que é necessário uma discussão para isso. Então você terá que abrir uma discussão, e terá dois modos de fazer isso: o primeiro e seguir o que está escrito aqui ou colocar na categoria a predefinição {{Move}} e iniciar uma discussão na discussão da categoria, acho a segunda opção mais rápida e menos burocrática. File rename

Why did you rename this file File:Pirineo oriental from Aneto.jpg ? Identification ? You should not mix the file name and the file description. The file name was correct. I don"t see the point of renaming... If you do this kind of renaming, at least, you should keep a redirect on the old file... Wikipedia is not the only site that use the files... I really would like to attract your attention about the importance of our rename guidelines: we don't currently have any way to notify external users of Commons pictures a file has been renamed.

Not to keep a redirect for an old file is also really disruptive, as it avoids to find again a bookmarked picture. To delete a redirect doesn't clean any place on the servers (the inverse: we keep the deleted revisions and we add delete information) and redirects aren't annoying.

Please read this W3C recommandation, Cool URIs don't change.

Finally, thank you to note trusted users Jean-Fred and Zil gave you two warnings this last trimester. Should another such warning be raised, I would be forced to consider to suspend or remove your filemover flag. --Dereckson (talk) 09:47, 7 March 2013 (UTC)

For the redirect issue, we found the source of the error: MediaWiki doesn't follow Commons redirects on other projects. So an old media information page consulted on another project doesn't redirect, creating the confusion leading to think you didn't create them.

Oi, Yanguas. Não vamos desistir, muitas vezes não é fácil mas temos que continuar seguindo em frente. Vou te dar um exemplo: hoje, eu mandei duas fotos pessoais do Quintinense pra eliminação... sabe o que aconteceu? Foi dito que o pedido era de má-fé porque eu tinha "desavenças" com o autor. Olhe essa e essa imagem e me diga se não são próprias pro Facebook, mas... não aqui. Sobre a renomeação da imagem File:Pirineo oriental from Aneto.jpg, ela parece desnecessária. O nome está ruim, mas ele indicava alguma coisa e por isso acho que é bom tentar evitar esse tipo de renomeação. Lembrar que aqui existem vários tipos de editores, uns que gostam de certos tipos de renomeações e outros que não gostam. É bom tentar evitar a controvérsia. Sobre a flag, vamos mantê-la. Não pense de cabeça quente nesses assuntos, renunciei na ptwiki quando estava de cabeça quente e me arrependi logo depois. Se você quiser, posso falar a qualquer momento com os usuários. Abraço. Dear Yanguas, I am the photographer of the picture named Isabelle_Adjani.jpg. I do not know how to use Wikipedia very well but I made this picture copyright free and uploaded it on wikimedia commons in october 2013. I can upload the picture again and add a licencing box (Creative Commons) if it makes it more clear. Or restore it ? The picture is more recent and of better quality than the one currently used for Isabelle Adjani. It's a mistake, the picture is copyright free and can be used on all platforms. Você realmente se dá mal quando resolve contestar a autoria de minhas fotos, como aconteceu com Clube Comercial e Esquadrão da Vida. Não está sozinho: dois outros usuários tentaram apagar outras fotos, sob a alegação de que não são minhas, só que não provam e vêm com a mesma história, de que eu preciso de autorização escrita do autor para publicá-las. Autorização minha para mim mesmo? Você deletou na wikipedia a minha foto de Juliana Lopes, com a mesma alegação, só que não tomou nenhuma providência aqui para eliminá-la, porque você sabe muito bem que não tem como fazer isto legalmente. Então apela para a arbitrariedade, que se estende até para fotos com uma clara licença CC. Você acha que pode me acusar de vandalismo, quando apago tags totalmente inapropriadas (isto se faz a toda hora) e, em retribuição, praticar vandalismo também. Você está cerceando meu direito de usuário do Commons de postar imagens carregadas aqui em qualquer mídia wiki. Hi Yanguas, as you are Brazilian and already in contact with User:Amgauna, would you mind to explain her a bit about copyright etc.? From my communication at User_talk:Túrelio#Imagens (and User_talk:Steinsplitter#Image) it seems I am not really communicating with her, which may result from the different languages. As you can see from her talkpage, she has uploaded a number of problem images, some with correctly declared source, though without permission, others such as File:Rosa-branca-2014.jpg were declared as own work, but rather clearly weren't. What bothers me most is that she seems not to be willing or able to understand the problem. One can see this especially with the flower images. When I asked her why she did claim the above mentioned Rose image as own work, she replied "I like flowers". When the image was finally deleted, she repeatedly complained "You deleted my flower (rosa branca)" (actually I didn't perform the deletion) and earlier "I'm bad with the Commons, you erased my flowers". Será que você consegue imaginar que se minha mãe tira uma fotografia de seu irmão, portanto meu tio, depois do falecimento de ambos e sendo eu o único herdeiro passo eu a ter propriedade desta foto? Por favor, deixe de por capricho desfazer aquilo que eu faço se não terei que o interpelar judicialmente. E para sua informação eu tenho 56 anos de idade e em 1982, quando a foto que você apagou foi tirada, eu tinha 22 anos. Obrigado.

@Yangua: Não perdi não pois ambos os sites que indicou como referência para publicação de fotos de meu tio tem políticas CC, e inclusive já tenho declaração dos dois de que se utilizaram de minhas fotos. E quanto ao Facebook se declarasse publicamente que não aceitava a política de copyright deles, antes da última modificação desta, eles perderiam o direito sobre a publicação, e foi o que eu fiz. Informe-se melhor. Trabalho com direito autoral por causa de um podcast de música que fiz e por causa de minha herança, já há 15 anos. Gavezdois (talk) 03:03, 21 October 2015 (UTC)

Encontrei aqui a definição da política de utilização de imagens no Wikipedia. Lá diz o seguinte:

"Fotografias de celebridades:

O que se segue baseia-se nas directivas de imagens no IMDB e por isso aplica-se directamente às fotografias de celebridades, mas pode também aplicar-se a outras imagens. As fotografias legítimas vêm em geral de três locais diferentes com autorização.

1. os estúdios, produtores, editor de revista ou outra empresa mediática que tirou a fotografia original.

2. as agências que representam os fotógrafos que tiraram as fotos ou o próprio fotógrafo (este último especialmente se fotógrafo amador)

3. submissões das próprias celebridades ou de seu representante legal."

Pois bem: eu sou o representante legal de Newton Teixeira, compositor de dois grandes clássicos da MPB, Deusa da Minha Rua e Malmequer, entre outras cerca de 200 músicas, nome de rua no Rio de Janeiro, nome de rua em uma pequena cidade do Rio Grande Do Sul e de um bairro de Lavras MG, que tem seu nome eternizado no Boulevard 28 de Setembro em Vila Isabel no Rio de Janeiro, na calçada da música, junto à nomes de Pixinguinha, Noel Rosa, Ernesto Nazareth, Chiquinha Gonzaga e Martinho da Vila, o que garante portanto a ele o adjetivo de celebridade.

Gostaria então de saber o que devo fazer para provar com os documentos que tenho em meu poder que sou o representante legal da obra de Newton Teixeira, afim de que me permitam publicar suas fotografia em Creative Commons para que todos as possam utilizar livremente?

Deletion of Picture File:Tehilla Blad.jpg

Hi

You deleted the picture File:Tehilla Blad.jpg claiming Copyright Violation. Why?

I uploaded this picture and stated that it's free to use since it's my own picture taken of my daughter Tehilla Blad by me. I as the photographer has no claims on the picture and Tehilla Blad as the person on the picture has no objections or claim for use.

Otherwise I can not understand what other rules are making this as a Copyright violation. I have also used it on Tehills's IMDB page but that doesn't make it as IMDB's property. So who has the copyright claim other than me?

Olá Yanguas! É claro que você pode alterar. Eu carreguei aquela foto do Flickr e o nome veio por tabela. Mas aproveitando o ensejo de sua mensagem, gostaria de dizer que considero suas edições muito positivas aos projetos, mas confesso que casos como Gotse Delchev me desanimam um pouco. Entendo que artigos X=Y possam te irritar, mas jogar todo o esqueleto do artigo (infobox, imagem, interwiki, categoria e o posicionamento correto do artigo) no lixo me parece forçar a barra, especialmente ao marcar um artigo para ER com base num ensaio. Além disso, as últimas vezes em que eu lhe enviei mensagens com perguntas (o que mostra não apenas que considero sua opinião, mas que reconheço em ti alguém cujos conhecimentos são relevantes para a solução de problemas) foram sumariamente ignoradas. The notice was actually automatic, from using the script. No fault on your part, trusting the previous licensing was completely reasonable. Can you please explain your reasons for this opinion? As far as I see, an upload on Facebook does not shorten the copyright holder's rights to also upload the same work at other places. In so far I cannot understand, why you think this upload of an own work would be a violation.

Hi Yanguas, When CSD-tagging images you need to actually make sure they're copyvios,
In this case this image was taken by the uploader (Gage) and his other image-styles should confirm that,
Amazon is basically using the image as a profile image and has credited Gage Skidmore.... so as I said you need to do actual research first and make sure you're 100% correct otherwise you're just falsely tagging images and then they could be deleted all for the wrong reasons,

Important message for file movers

A community discussion has been closed where the consensus was to grant all file movers the suppressredirect user right. This will allow file movers to not leave behind a redirect when moving files and instead automatically have the original file name deleted. Policy never requires you to suppress the redirect, suppression of redirects is entirely optional.

Dúvida

Cumprimentos, Yanguas. Você saberia me informar se, de acordo com as convenções de nomenclatura da Wikipédia lusófona, o título w:pt:Arte de Gramática da Língua mais Usada na Costa do Brasil está correto? Acontece que não vejo razões para manter o eme do “mais” como minúsculo (não há nada a respeito de advérbios, nem lá nem na anglófona). Gostaria de um esclarecimento em relação a isso, pois estou ajeitando umas categorias aqui, dentre elas Category:Arte de Gramática da Língua Mais Usada na Costa do Brasil. Do not retag images for speedy deletion

Regarding File:Elvis Refém.jpg, please don't retag an image for speedy deletion if your tag is removed. In this case, even though it is the same photo as the Instagram photo, it clearly was not taken directly from Instagram, since our version is at full-resolution with EXIF metadata. In these cases it is better to tag as "no permission" to allow the copyright holder 7 days to prove their ownership.
