Sobre páginas de descripciones[edit]

Commons es un proyecto multilingüe, así que es muy común que te encuentres entre su material que en las páginas de descripción se hagan en diferentes idiomas. Puse en valenciano en primer lugar no por gusto, sino porque es el orden alfabético de los códigos ISO de las lenguas. Como en las interwikis, primero va "ca" (valenciano), luego "de" (alemán), luego "en" (inglés), luego "es" (castellano), etc... Lo podrás comprobar también en cualquier página de commons que tenga varias versiones. Gracias por subir Image:Bandera de Alcoy.png. Me he dado cuenta de que la página de la imagen actualmente no especifica quien creó el contenido, así que el status de derecho de autor no está claro. Si no has creado tu mismo esta imagen entonces es necesario que argumentes porqué la imagen se puede usar en Wikimedia Commons (ver el enlace de etiquetas de derecho de autor abajo). Si no has creado tú mismo la imagen entonces debes también especificar donde la encontrastes, por ejemplo, en la mayoría de los casos un enlace a la web donde la tomaste y los términos de uso del contenido de esa web.

Si la imagen no tiene una etiqueta de derecho de autor debes también añadírselo. Si creastes la imagen entonces puedes usar {{GFDL-self}} para licenciarla con GFDL o {{PD-self}} para ponerla en dominio público. Puedes mirar Marcas de derechos de autor para la lista completa de etiquetas que se pueden usar.

Ten en cuenta que cualquier imagen sin fuente o sin etiqueta será borrada una semana después de que haya sido subida, como se describe en criterios para borrado rápido. Si has subido otras imágenes, por favor comprueba que has especificado también a éstas su origen y la etiqueta de derecho de autor. Hola, que las imágenes aparezcan en ca wikipedia no significa que estén sujetas al dominio público y le puedas colocar la licencia que quieras. Todas las imágenes que subas a commons (y que uses en la wikipedia en español) deben indicar claramente el autor y la licencia, y por qué tiene esa licencia. Las imágenes que habías sacado de ca wikipedia no aportaban información alguna. En cuanto a las imágenes que has sacado de un PDF siguen siendo de quien las creó, tu lo único que haces es moverla de sitio. Saludos. Edub 09:14, 8 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hola, lo que pasa es que cada wikipedia fija sus propias normas. La wikipedia en español sigue las de commons, sólo se permiten imágenes libres, y es imprescindible indicar el autor y la licencia. Otras wikipedias, como la de en ingles, permiten imágenes fair use. La wikipedia en catalán creo que también las permite. Que alguien suba una imagen a una wikipedia no significa que esa imagen ya se pueda usar aquí. Imagínate que algun usuario novato sube una imagen a ca wikipedia que ve en una web pero que tiene copyright. ¿Porque ese usuario la haya subido la podemos usar? Evidentemente no. Sólo si la imagen tiene una licencia libre y se explica por qué la tiene. En cuanto al caso que me comentas, yo no entiendo catalán, pero pone:"sempre que siga sense ànim de guanyar diners a costa de'lla", creo que dice que la autorización es siempre que se use sin ánimo de lucro. Las imágenes deben permitir la utilización comercial, no hay ninguna licencia que puedas usar: Commons:Criterio_para_inclusión#Gratuidad. Sobre las imágenes de ca wikipedia, como te dije, sólo si son libres especificando origen y licencia se pueden usar. Puedes pedirle al que las subió que complete la información sobre ellas y así ver si se pueden usar. En cuanto a los escudos, desde luego si lo haces tu completamente se puede considerar como propio. De todas formas, desconozco si las imágenes de escudos y banderas de municipios pueden estar sujetas a ciertas restricciones aunque las hagas tu mismo. No, los escudos no se pueden utilizar en es mientras tanto. No puede usarse ninguna imagen que no tenga clara su licencia y origen. Y claro que puedes fijarte del oficial, no me refería con partir de cero que lo hicieras por inspiración. Con respecto a la autorización para el uso de imágenes de una web, seguramente aquí en commons haya algún modelo que debas mandar. Vuelvo a ser yo,

La bandera que has subido de la Diputación de Gerona tampoco es la oficial. Es la versión franquista. No es heráldicamente correcta. Además, la Diputación de Gerona oficializó una nueva versión heráldicamente correcta en 2003. Te insto a ser más cuidadoso con lo que subas de Vexilla hispánica, ya que en el caso catalán, no siempre se garantiza ni la oficialidad del símbolo ni su calidad heráldica; ni el reflejo de la realidad.

En otro orden de cosas, ayudaría si usaras la toponimia oficial, para tenerlo todo un poco harmonizado, pero esto ya es secundario.

Densidad[edit]

¿Podrías actualizar el mapa de densidad de población por provincias de españa con los datos del INE de 2011? Hay provincias que cambian de color. Por ejemplo, la densidad de población de la provincia de valladolid es de 65.95%, luego al ser más del 65%, ahora debería ir en naranja, y no en amarillo oscuro. --BernardaAlba (talk) 20:03, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Concerning: Maps of municipalities of Plana Alta in Spanish[edit]

I have a few remarks concering the Maps of municipalities of Plana Alta in Spanish: [1]. I have been busy with it for a while now. At first I just wanted to make them validSVG. But I soon found out that there is more going on with these maps.
What you appeared to have done, is that you didn't remove elements outside the viewport. But to make sure that these won't be seen you have used a lot of clip-paths. A lot. With this you create a lot of unnecessary code. I have edited the following files:

  • Almazora-Mapa de la Plana Alta.svg
  • Benlloch-Mapa de la Plana Alta.svg
  • Benicasim-Mapa de la Plana Alta.svg.

As you can see, the files are a third smaller than they used to be. I have removed the elements outside the viewport and with a text-editor removed the clip-paths. Take a look at this post on Inkscape forum: http://www.inkscapeforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6622. It is about reducing the viewport with Document Properties/Resize page to drawing or selection.
