Escut Segart[edit]

Bones, he vist que has millorat l'escut de Segart, però crec que seria convenient afegir el contorn. L'escut emprat per l'Ajuntament, les associacions i com és conegut pels segardins és amb contorn.

Sí, sé que no ha estat mai oficialitzat l'escut i tampoc he trobat molta informació sobre ell, jo t'ho deia perquè sóc de Segart i sé que és el que empra l'ajuntament, si et dones compte la web està pràcticament sense utilitzar, així que supose que no ho hauran posat des de l'ajuntament.

Escut Vilamarxant[edit]

Bona vesprada, he vist que ha actualitzat l'escut de Vilamarxant, pero pense que no es el correcte, donat que no es l'emprat per ajuntament y altres associacions y no está totalment d'acord amb la descripció del mateix. Pense que sería adeqüat restablir la versió anterior.

Escut de Canals[edit]

Considere més adhient usar l'escut amb llambrequins, ja que és l'usat per l'ajuntament des de la seva aprovació i així és com el veig pels carrers.

A banda, fa uns messos l'Ajuntament ha canviat el logo i... a) Tercer quarter: desapareixen les colines; en el seu lloc, veiem un gran arbre sobre el separador d'aigües. b) L'escusó canvia de forma: ara es conpletament circular. Deuriem d'usar aquesta versió?

Pel que sembla, l'escut original aprovat porta llambrequins. He trobat una fotografía ([1]) del que sembla una reproducció d'una llàmina amb l'escut, signat per l'alcalde, o algú així (no te massa qualitat d'imatge i no s'aprecia). Si pots, consulta el butlletí de la RAH.

No tenia ni idea. Al llarg de l'història de Canals, no més havia vist 4: un que està a l'Església, un altre molt similar al de la Generalitat de Catalunya, un amb un Sant Antoni dibuixat i el que està en ús en l'actualitat. Ara van 5. Preguntaré a l'Ajuntament si em poden facilitar algun dels acords del Ple de l'època, per a buscar més informació. Sabia que l'escut actual l'havia creat per primera vegada l'alcalde d'eixos temps, pero desconeixia completament que la RAH hagués fet un altre. Moltes gràcies.

L'Ajuntament està tardant massa a contestar (1 setmana). M'he comunicat amb els grups locals (Compromís, Podem, etc.) i m'han dit que farien tot el possible, però de moment res. La màxima onformació, a banda de la del butlletí de la RAH, és de la ‘Enciclopedia Básica de Canals’, i diu així:

Escudo municipal:
Según Sivera, en 1907, el escudo de armas de esta villa ostenta la imagen del titular de su iglesia parroquial, San Antonio Abad. Este escudo lo hemos visto en documentos parroquiales y es el reproducido en la Gran Enciclopedia del Reino de Valencia, hacia 1920.
En el siglo XIX se dotó a todos los ayuntamientos de escudos con una simbología “nacional” y totalmente al margen de referencias locales. El de Canals, según Pere Mª Orts, tenía dins d'un oval, una cartel.la de puntes resarcerades i resancerades i al mig un oval, amb quatre pals rojos amb camper d'or, al timbre, una corona de vuit florons de tres perles cadascuna; a la bordura de l'oval, llegenda: Ayuntamiento constitucional de la villa de Canals.
El escudo heráldico actual se aprobó, por el Ministerio de la Gobernación, en 1956 (B.O.E. de 6/III/1956). El boceto inicial es de D. Vcte. Martínez Escutia (secretario del ayuntamiento en ese momento) y en sus cuarteles recoge las barras de Aragón en el primero, la tiara papal de Calixto III en el segundo, la representación de un partidor de aguas en el tercero y en último lugar el casco legendario del Rey Conquistador. En el centro el tau de San Antonio.
En el programa de 1956, José Mª Ballester publicó la poesía Al escudo de Canals.

This coat of arms was drawn based on its blazon which – being a written description – is free from copyright. Any illustration conforming with the blazon of the arms is considered to be heraldically correct. Thus several different artistic interpretations of the same coat of arms can exist. Sometimes, the design officially used by the armiger is likely protected by copyright, in which case it cannot be used here.
Individual representations of a coat of arms, drawn from a blazon, may have a copyright belonging to the artist, but are not necessarily derivative works.

Escudo de Castillo de Villamalefa (Castellón)[edit]

Escudo de Torás (Castellón)[edit]

Quería comentarle que existe un nuevo Decreto publicado en el DOCV en el número 7453 de fecha 29 de enero de 2.015 en el que se aprueba una modificación del escudo en el que dice: Aprobar la modificación del escudo adoptado por el municipio de Torás (Castellón), que queda organizado del siguiente modo: Escudo cuadrilongo de punta redonda. En campo de oro, cuatro toros de sable, puestos de dos en dos, afrontados, y los dos de abajo sedentes y manchados de plata. En abismo, un círculo de azur con una torre de oro, mazonada y aclarada de sable. Por timbre, corona real abierta, según tradición del Reino de Valencia. Escudo La Vall d'Uixó[edit]

Buenos días, hemos visto que has mejorado el escudo de La Vall d'Uixó. Primero que todo darte las gracias, te hablo en nombre del departamento de turismo del Ayuntamiento de la Vall d'Uixó porque llevamos tiempo intentando cambiar el escudo y la bandera y no ha habido manera. Hola Ceahjlazco1882, el escudo ha sido dibujado conforme a los dibujos obrantes en el informe oficial del escudo (dictamen) elaborado por el Consell Tècnic d'Heràlica i Vexil·logia de la Generalitat Valenciana. Según las leyes españolas carecen de derechos de autor, puesto que forman parte de un informe oficial o dictamen:

«No son objeto de propiedad intelectual las disposiciones legales o reglamentarias y sus correspondientes proyectos, las resoluciones de los órganos jurisdiccionales y los actos, acuerdos, deliberaciones y dictámenes de los organismos públicos, así como las traducciones oficiales de todos los textos anteriores.»

Please don't blank pages[edit]

Hi Macondo,
Thank you for your contributions to Commons. I noticed you blanked File:Escut d'Agost-2.svg on Commons. If you meant for the page to be deleted, blanking the page is not the right way to do this. A simple real-world comparison to illustrate: You removed the entire text of a page from a thick folder, but the then empty, useless page itself remained in the folder.

Please use {{speedy| type reason here }} and add it on top of the page you would like to have deleted; This way it will be placed on a special list that administrators check regularly for deletion. Without this it might take a long time before it's noticed.

Quería saber si es posible que se actualizase el escudo a su versión actual, y de paso actualizar el nombre del archivo al castellano al tratarse Monforte del Cid de una zona castellanoparlante.
