Imagens eliminadas[edit]

Olá,

Lamento saber que as imagens foram eliminadas. No entanto, todo o conteúdo do site http://www.transportes.gov.br/, assim como (normalmente) os conteúdos de sites governamentais brasileiros, encontra-se sim sob copyright, mesmo que não diga na página (a lei brasileira atribui copyright por omissão, ou seja, mesmo que não se diga que algo está sob copyright, esse algo está na mesma). Pode sempre tentar perguntar ao ministério se poderia liberar as imagens sob licenças livres (pergunte-me mais pormenores sobre isto se estiver interessado), fazer você mesmo mapas ou pedir a alguém que os faça. Existem alguns usuários no Commons que sabem fazer mapas; ainda hoje vi este, feito por um usuário usando um programa de licença livre e dados em domínio público, mas há outros tipos de mapas e pessoas que os sabem fazer. Para pedir a uma entidade para liberar imagens sob uma licença livre, pode usar o processo descrito em Commons:OTRS/pt, pedindo a entidade para usar este modelo de mensagem. A entidade terá de declarar especificamente que libera as imagens sob uma determinada licença livre. Diga-lhes qual é o objectivo do seu pedido, que pretende ilustrar artigos na Wikipédia, etc :).

Quanto aos usuários: sei que o User:Rei-artur (mesmo nome na Wikipédia) faz alguns mapas, tente perguntar-lhe. Se ele não puder, existem outros usuários (não lusófonos) que poderão eventualmente ajudar, como Bamse e Sting (este último parece que fala algum Português). Licenças não comerciais[edit]

Olá! Infelizmente, licenças não comerciais não são aceites no Commons, pois violam a GFDL. Todos os trabalhos submetidos devem ter a liberdade de serem redistribuídos de qualquer forma, incluindo comercial (isto possibilita, por exemplo, fazer CD com conteúdo da Wikipédia e vender para angariar fundos). No caso da imagem Image:GE C38EMI.jpg, também há o problema de não haver indicação de o autor da imagem ter dado permissão para a publicar sob uma licença livre. Pelos vistos, faltava a licença. A fonte não está correcta, pois afirma "self made" (ou seja, que você teria feito a imagem... a não ser que você seja muuuuito velhinho, não me parece que tenha sido esse o caso :)). Pode adicionar essa informação também, de onde retirou a imagem?

Logo antigo[edit]

Honestamente não sei, mas vou procurar saber! Aí está uma boa pergunta. Se não houver legislação específica, penso que será considerado obra artística, estando protegido durante 70 anos após a morte do autor do logo. Renomear imagem[edit]

Olá,

Basta carregar novamente a mesma imagem com o novo nome e marcar a imagem com o nome errado com {{bad name|nome da nova imagem}}. Uma dica, quando quiser escrever o nome de uma imagem sem fazer aparecer a mesma na página, pode usar a marcação [[:Image:Exemplo.jpg]] (note os dois pontos antes de "Image"). Cumprimentos! Olá! Eliminei duas mas ficou uma terceira, a Image:U206C ALL.jpg, porque o ficheiro duplicado que aparece na marcação de eliminação está a vermelho, ou seja, ou (ainda) não existe, ou o nome está incorrecto. Manutenção de créditos nas fotos[edit]

Olá,

Não dá para negociar isso? É que a obrogatoriedade de manutenção de créditos nas fotos em si viola o princípio de que a foto pode ser modificada (por exemplo, para retirar os créditos, a fim de evitar a "poluição" que referiu). Talvez o fotógrafo não conheça a licença CC-BY-SA? Esta licença obriga a que o material seja sempre acompanhado dos créditos da foto e que seja redistribuído nas mesmas condições (liberdade de distribuição e modificação do material, mesmo com fins comerciais). Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Aparentemente houve um erro no processamento dos tickets OTRS. Já entrei em contacto com o editor que os encerrou para averiguar o que se passou. Entretanto, restaurei os ficheiros e coloquei o ID dos tickets para não haver problemas.

Quanto às imagens do Jorge Ciawlowski listadas acima (as "EVSA"), não encontrei nenhum email no OTRS. Sabes se as mensagens chegaram a ser enviadas para essas imagens?

I noticed you've uploaded File:GMD B12 FTC SALV-ABPF 6001.jpg and I thought I should draw your attention to a common error. Please give uploaded files meaningful names. Otherwise they are difficult to track and it is hard to tell what the file is about without actually looking at it. Olá, ainda bem que a sua disposição em relação à Wikimedia melhorou. Penso que não vale muito a pena falarmos sobre o modo como as imagens foram apagadas até porque, pelo que me pareceu, exceptuando aquelas 4, processualmente foi correcto, embora a coisa talvez pudesse ter sido feita de modo mais diplomático. Mas vamos lá. As imagens não foram realmente "apagadas", e podem ser recuperadas a qualquer momento, pois continuam aqui nos servidores, mas ocultas. Eu posso inclusive restaura-las temporariamente para ajuda-lo a separar o trigo do joio, e ver o que dá para salvar por OTRS e o que não dá. Não convinha restaurar todas de uma vez, mas podia por exemplo fazer um grupo de 5 ou 6, para começar. Tou vendo que quem fechou essa DR não viu a coisa direito. Já encontrei várias imagens aí que tinham autorização por OTRS e foram apagadas na mesma, as outras que aguardavam autorização também não deviam ter sido eliminadas tão rapidamente. A parte positiva é que dá para voltar a por direito, e agora duma maneira mais definitiva. Essas imagens estavam em uso nos artigos da Wiki quando foram eliminadas aqui?-- Darwin ^Ahoy! 09:34, 24 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sumário é favor, nem vamos mais falar desse processo que já estou suficientemente agastado pelo modo como a coisa foi feita, os avisos de OTRS em espera foram completamente ignorados, e imagens com OTRS validado foram apagadas, e isto por alguém que até tem acesso a esses tickets... Enfim, melhor esquecer isso, que é Natal e todos têm direito a fazer besteira de vez em quando, mesmo quando causam um estrago monumental como neste caso.

Eu estou conseguindo reverter algum desse estrago que foi feito, mas eram dezenas e dezenas de artigos, em wikis desde a russa à japonesa, que estavam utilizando esses ficheiros. Na wiki-en não dá, porque eles já trocaram por outras imagens logo depois que estas foram apagadas.

Agora o que tem de fazer é o seguinte, vá vendo esses que eu estou a restaurar, e que estão com o OTRS pendente. Se já recebeu confirmação de algum, por favor me passe o nº do ticket para ver se alguém dá uma olhada lá, e vê o que se passa com estes casos. Se houver algum que não tenha permissão, me avise logo para eu apagar.

Olá Meloaraujo, parece-me que todas as que já tinham OTRS ou aguardavam o OTRS já foram restauradas. A única que não estava nessa situação era esta: File:U6B 1 COSIPA.jpg. Se você tem permissão para essa também, posso restaura-la.

Isto foi um destroço valente, tive de fazer dezenas e dezenas de reversões nas wikipédias para repor o que estava. É óbvio que quem apagou não sabia o que estava fazendo. Nem viu o que estava a apagar. Enfim. Agora por favor, faça isso que lhe pedi logo que possa, para colocarmos essas imagens a salvo de futuras suspeitas.
