Image:Viderebruk Wikimedia-stoff.svg[edit]

Nå klarte jeg å lage en ny, norsk versjon (Image:Gjenbruk Wikimedia innhold.svg) uten å få med meg at du allerede hadde laget en. Men jeg tør påstå at min versjon er riktigere og følger hele livssyklusen til bildet. Med "Other" tror jeg heller de mener lisensmaler der f.eks kirkenorge.no skal krediteres, og ikke opplaster. — Kagee 11:49, 12 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Jeg forstår ikke helt hva du mener med at din versjon følger hele livssyklusen eller det du skriver om «other», men din versjon har likevel et par åpenbare fordeler (jeg tenker da først og fremst på at «eller tilsvarende fri lisens» er borte, og at dette med «påkrevd av Åndsverksloven» er med). Jeg har fikset feilen, og byttet bilde på Commons:Viderebruk av stoff utenfor Wikimedia. Det jeg mente med «Other», var at den engelske illustrasjonen (kanskje) mente maler som sier at f.eks kirkeinorge.no skal krediteres, ikke fotograf, mens du brukte dem i stedet som «Krav», en oversikt over hva som trengtes ved de forskjellige tilfellene. — Kagee 19:26, 12 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Jeg har begynt å skrive litt på User:Kjetil r/Gjenbruk av bilder, da den engelske Commons:Reusing content outside Wikimedia omtrent krever embetseksamen i juss for å være til nytte. Vi kan ikke forvente at folk skal skjønne all verdens av denne. Tror dere den nye teksten er på riktig spor? Jeg synes egentlig den er lang nok, men jeg fikk en kommentar på at det var rart å ha en artikkel om en gitt periode av Sovjets historie når man ikke hadde en hovedartikkel som dekket hele perioden. Utvider jeg den til å dekke hele perioden blir den vel 65-70kb, noe som fortsatt er innenfor grensene av hva som er akseptabelt. God natt. --Kjetil_r 00:51, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Image:Chernenko.jpg[edit]

I have looked on the internet and I have not found any photograph of Chernenko that states any details of the original source. However, I would like to use the image on Russian wikipedia, which is as follows.

That image may not be transfered to the Wikimedia Commons.
However, if you are going to use it at the English Wikipedia, you may upload it under a fair use claim. If you want to do that, go use this upload form. I suggest copying the following into the “Summary” field:

Jeg la inn et forslag på å slå sammen kategoriene (hvilket du helt korrekt påpeker er feil, så beklager dette) ved å skrive merge i klammer, men jeg endret ikke categoriene. Jeg så faktisk tilfeldigvis over bidragene hans før i dag. Alle virket suspekte, men før man har klarere bevis lot jeg saken ligge. Nå som Finn har funnet flere opphavsrettsbrudd er det vel bare å slette alt. Men er forresten Bonga3 (talk · contribs) samme person? Synes sannsynlig, ettersom det er et visst fokus på høns begge steder. Image:Honsefugler.png er jo ellers et forunderlig kart som indikerer at hønsefugler finnes i hele Europa unntatt Danmark og Hellas... Finn Rindahl (talk) 22:13, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Jepp, jeg så også på brukersiden på no:wiki, det ser ut som vi har å gjøre med en trettenåring her. Ser ikke bort fra at noen av bildene virkelig kan ha vært tatt av brukeren selv, det var flere med exif data fra et og samme kamera. Men såpass mange som var grove (c) tenker jeg "better safe than sorry". her Finn Rindahl (talk) 09:09, 4 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Ja nettopp, jeg tenker det samme. Jeg sendte forresten brukeren en mail for et par dager siden i forbindelse med no:Brukerdiskusjon:Kjetil_r#Virkelig? der jeg spurte om det var noen av bildene hans som faktisk var tatt av noen andre, og tilbød han å få ryddet opp i dette. Bilder av Skager 660[edit]

Hei Kjetil! Jeg fikk tre flotte bilder av båten Skager 660 samt e-post hvor de frigjorde bildene, men jeg er fortsatt like forvirret over hvilke maler jeg skal bruke. Har sendt permissions en e-post og lagt inn OTRS-tagger, men vet ikke helt om lisens-malen er korrekt. Jeg brukte self-malen, og jeg har en følelse av at den kun skal brukes når du har tatt bilde selv. Vil du se på det? Thank your for addind the categories. As response to your question, I am not the author of the picture but the owner of the copyright. As in many cases the copyright covers about 70 years from the death of the author, in that interval the release of a picture to public use can legally be done only by the person who inherits the copyright. Sure, I you are the copyright owner, you have the right to give it a free license. But perhaps you should indicate this in some way at the image description page, for example by writing something like “author=Family photo; I, Afil is the copyright owner, and hereby releases it under the licenses below”? I don't think there is much use nominating these images for deletion, too many Commons users seem to be perfectly happy with Commons being used as a platform to spread hatred. Some of these images are by the way really distasteful, and I really don't see why we should publish them. On picture which you uploaded File:Luís Pereira and Dražen Mužinić.jpg, it's saying that those two are Luis pereira an Drazen Muzinic, but in fact those are Pereire (correct) and Ivan Buljan (Yugoslavia). By the way, exelent source!----László (talk) 00:04, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I do not really know the Yugoslav player, I just followed the description at File:Bundesarchiv Bild 183-N0613-0031, Fußball-WM, Brasilien - Jugoslawien 0:0.jpg (which said Mužinić). These rules also affect busts, they apply to all works of art (unless the artist has been dead for 70 years). There are however some countries that have full freedom of panorama (UK, Germany, and some more, see Commons:Freedom of panorama for a full list), so that such photos are okay from these countries. --Kjetil_r 10:25, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
