Hallo Hagar66, in der Karte ist ein kleiner Fehler aufgetreten. Hessen ist hier, wo eigentlich Rheinland-Pfalz stehen müsste, das Hessen müsste dann rechts unten hin rutschen. Replacing png or jpg with svg

Gregors, it may be a general misconception on my part, but usually I'm expecting some minimal courtesy when addressed... Anyways, the template I added here should push you in the right direction.

All images in this gallery could be re-created using vector graphics as SVG files. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.

Hallo. In der Abbildung wird der Name der Gemeinde Bodman-Luwigshafen so auf die beiden Gemeindeteile aufgeteilt, dass suggeriert wird Bodman liege nördlich und Ludwigshafen südlich des Sees. Es ist jedoch genau umgekehrt. Könntest Du die Karten so ändern, dass beides getauscht wird? Es ist denke ich nicht schlimm, dass dabei der Schriftzug "Bodman-" südlich vom Schriftzug "Ludwigshafen" steht. Wichtiger ist die sachliche Richtigkeit.„“ 92.231.84.93 05:20, 14 March 2011 (UTC)

Die Diskussion ist schon mal geführt worden, ich finde grad nicht wo es steht. Ergebnis war, dass es so bleibt, wie es jetzt ist. Die sachliche Richtigkeit ist gewährleistet, es geht in der Karte um die Gemeinden des Kreises, nicht um Ortsteile. --Hagar66 (talk) 06:51, 14 March 2011 (UTC)

In dieser und allen dazugehörigen Teilkarten fehlt ein ganzes Stück von Tapfheim südöstlich der Donau. Es liegt wohl an der markanten Donauschleife, die es gar nicht gibt. Vielleicht wäre es ratsam, Donau und Lech schmaler darzustellen. Das ist im übrigen nur einer von sehr vielen Detailfehlern, die man in fast jeder Karte findet. Mir fehlt leider die Zeit, sie alle aufzulisten und Dir sicher die Zeit, auszubessern. gruss Rauenstein (talk) 23:13, 1 May 2011 (UTC)

Hallo Rauenstein. Wir wissen um die Probleme mit den Flussläufen. Das hat sich bereits mehrfach gezeigt. Unsere Karten sind hinsichtlich der Grenzen relativ genau (Ausnahme vielleicht das stark generaliseirte Rheinland-Pfalz) hinsichtlich der Gewässer aber weniger, weil die meist aus Karten mit größeren Maßstäben stammen. Hier und da habe ich mich - sicher auch Hagar- bemüht ein paar Fehler auszubessern, aber für eine 100%-korrekte Darstellung besitze ich weder die Zeit geschweige denn mehr Vorlagen als die immer sehr umständlichen Online-Kartenviewer der Vermessungsämter der Länder. Wir haben darauf gehofft dass isch der eine oder andere aus der betroffenen Region mal zu den Fehlern der Karten äußert. Leider passiert das viel zu selten. Insofern sind wir dir natürlich auch ganz und gar dankbar wenn du ein paar Fehler findest. Aber sei bitte nicht zu streng mit uns wenn wir nicht die Genauigkeit deiner Karten erreichen. Ich persönlich finde es schon eine große Leistung alle Gemeinden in D mit einigermaßen brauchbaren Karten versorgt zu haben - zumindest bessere als vorher da waren. Eine häufig zu hörende Maximalposition wie "Lieber keine Karte, als eine die nicht 100% korrekt ist" haben sich Hagar und ich nie zu eigen gemacht, weil sie irgendwie gar nicht ins wiki-Prinzip passen, das im textlichen Bereich viel breitere Akkzeptanz erfährt. Bevor wir das Projekt gestartet haben hatte ich folgendes Idealbild im Auge: wir machen eine Karte so gut wie möglich und die Benutzer mit Ortskenntnissen und viel Zeit verbessern das svg immer weiter ohne das wir da großartig was machen müssten. Leider stehen dem mehrer Hindernisse im Weg: Autoren wissen nicht wer die Karten erstellt hat (finden nicht den Link zu unseren Commons Seiten), trauen sich nicht auszubessern/überzuspeichern, empfinden svg eher schwieriger als ein png. So groß war die Resonanz also leider nicht. Besonders krass finde ich das z.B. auch in Tapfgheim wo ja dirket neben der Karte steht, dass auch Ortsteile südlich der Donau liegen - bisher hat sich aber noch niemand bei uns beschwert, obwohl die Karte doch schon einige Zeit am Start ist. Aber wem sage ich das: du wirst ja in den von dir beackerten Ländern gleiche Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Zurück zum Kern des Pudels: hast du Zeit bzgl. der Karten für DON noch weitere Fehler zu beschreiben, oder war das alles? Dann könnten wir das nämlich verbessern.--TUBS 07:27, 2 May 2011 (UTC)

Gleich vorweg: ich habe wirklich Hochachtung vor der Leistung, die Ihr nun flächendeckend vollbracht habt. Diese Meinung darf ich mir erlauben, weil ich weiß, wieviel Recherche und Mühe dahintersteckt. Zu den einzelnen Karten nur soviel: mir fehlt einfach die Zeit bei gleichzeitig 99 anderen Baustellen. Dazu kommt das harte Arbeitsleben eines Malochers, für den der momentane Wirtschaftsaufschwung in der Industrie einfach nur Überstunden ohne Ende bedeutet. Nicht zu vergessen das am Rande dahinvegetierende Rijel Leif. Dass so wenig Resonanz auf die Karten kommt, ist den o.g. Umständen geschuldet. Das leider nicht ganz ausgereifte svg-Format, das viele Kollegen meiden, ist für mich einer der Gründe. Im Artikel Tapfheim stand übrigens bis vorgestern, dass die Gemeinde am nördlichen Donauufer liegt und ich kam eher aus Zufall drauf, dass das nicht stimmen kann. Nennt mir eine Stelle, an der man Änderungswünsche schnell und unkompliziert melden kann, die packe ich mir dann in die Favoritenleiste, denn oftmals sieht man irgendeine kleine Ungereimtheit und hat keine Lust / keine Zeit, erstmal die Disk des Hochladers herauszufinden (geht man auf Hagar oder TUBS, auf dewiki oder commons?). Was die neuen Karten in MV anbelangt, habe ich nun doch beschlossen, sie nicht zu machen. Ich habe vor ein paar Wochen Stunden damit zugebracht, den „schlimmsten“ der Landkreise (Südvorpommern) auf 299 x 299 px hinzubekommen. Es ist im Gegensatz zu manchen RP-Landkreisen wegen der enormen NW-SO-Ausdehnung aussichtslos (manche Gemeinden kamen auf die Größe eines Pixels). Ich würde mich also sehr freuen, wenn Ihr Hand anlegen würdet / könntet. Ich verspreche auch, nicht zu meckern :-) gruss Rauenstein (talk) 21:16, 2 May 2011 (UTC)

Na, denn will ich auch mal was beitragen:

1. Ich habe die files in DON korrigiert, das war wirklich ziemlich im Argen.
2. Mein Vorschlag wäre, eine Unterseite "Meckerecke" (oder so), als Unterseite des Projekts Landkreiskarten zu erstellen, wo Fehler gemeldet werden können. Das wir dzwar nicht 100%ig für jeden klappen, weil nicht jeder drauf kommt, das es das gibt, aber dann haben wir einen Sammeleimer. Abarbeitung jeweils mit zeitlicher Verzögerung um ggf. von Rauenstein gemeldete Fehler zu sammeln. @TUBS: Was meinst Du dazu?

Re: valid svg voor locatie kaarten in Duitsland

Es ist nicht schwierig die Karten so zu änderen dass sie w3c-valid sind. Auch nicht für diejenigen die Adobe Illustrator nutzen. Dafür können sie Inkscape nutzen und die Anweisungen hier folgen: User:Quibik/Cleaning_up_SVG_files_manually#Adobe_Illustrator Cleaning_up_SVG_files_manually

Aber, weil sie gesagt haben dass sie in die Zukunft die Karten nicht w3c-valid machen möchtet, werde ich keine Änderungen an die andere Karten machen. Es war für mich eine gute Übung. Citypeek (talk) 17:36, 6 April 2013 (UTC)

mir ist aufgefallen, dass die Grenzziehung in der Datei LK Grft. Bentheim im Bereich der Gem. Wietmarschen falsch ist (zum LK Emsland): Die Gemeindegrenze reicht nicht bis an die Ems. Important message for file movers

A community discussion has been closed where the consensus was to grant all file movers the suppressredirect user right. This will allow file movers to not leave behind a redirect when moving files and instead automatically have the original file name deleted. Policy never requires you to suppress the redirect, suppression of redirects is entirely optional.

Possible acceptable uses of this ability:

• To move recently uploaded files with an obvious error in the file name where that error would not be a reasonable redirect. For example: moving "Sheep in a tree.jpg" to "Squirrel in a tree.jpg" when the image does in fact depict a squirrel.
• To perform file name swaps.
• When the original file name contains vandalism. (File renaming criterion #5)

Please note, this ability should be used only in certain circumstances and only if you are absolutely sure that it is not going to break the display of the file on any project. Redirects should never be suppressed if the file is in use on any project. When in doubt, leave a redirect. If you forget to suppress the redirect in case of file name vandalism or you are not fully certain if the original file name is actually vandalism, leave a redirect and tag the redirect for speedy deletion per G2.

The malicious or reckless breaking of file links via the suppressredirect user right is considered an abuse of the file mover right and is grounds for immediate revocation of that right. This message serves as both a notice that you have this right and as an official warning.
