Is it correct that this photograph shows NGC 869 and NGC 884? I was trying to match the stars shown in this photograph with other images of NGC 869 and NGC 884 but did not succeed...

insignes régimentaires[edit]

Je crois que vous êtes la personne la plus à même de m’éclairer sur ce sujet :
Lorsque j’ai commencé à contribuer à Wikipédia, j’ai téléchargé des insignes de régiments français, soit en les photographiant à partir de ma collection personnelle, soit en les dessinant à l’identique de l’original. J’ai cessé cette activité lorsque j’ai réalisé que, pour les insignes régimentaires ukrainiens, un droit spécifique existait (en Ukraine, c’est clair : ils sont dans le domaine public).
Par conséquent, en 2022, je me suis rapproché du service historique de l’armée française (j’attends toujours leur réponse, deux ans plus tard, je commence à penser que je ne la recevrai jamais).
Je me demande comment déterminer quels droits d’auteur s’appliquent à une image d’insigne régimentaire français lorsque je la redessine entièrement à partir d’un média ou d’une insigne physique, afin de la convertir en un média au format .SVG. De cette façon, je pourrais savoir si nous avons le droit de les publier sur Wikipédia Commons.
La seule “réponse” que j’ai reçue est celle d’un général français lors d’une soirée privée. Il m’a assuré oralement que « l’armée française apprécie grandement les articles parlant de l’armée française sur Wikipédia et que ce n’est certainement pas l’armée française qui protestera ou me causera des problèmes ». Vous conviendrez que c’est un peu maigre comme assurance.
Je dois avouer que je suis perdu, et j’aimerais beaucoup continuer à télécharger des insignes de régiment français, à condition de ne pas enfreindre un quelconque droit d’auteur.
