You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Please stop adding deeplinks to files when providing a source. Provide a link to the source instead, the publication. For example above: The US Department of State uses unfree content from the AP for illustration and reporting on their website. http://blogs.usembassy.gov/todd/2013/03/30/the-meaning-of-easter/ is clearly (!!) labled as comming from the AP. They say in http://www.state.gov/misc/87529.htm#copyright that "only State Department photos are in the public domain". How comes that you declare this photo is created by the U.S. Department of State when it clearly is not? The same for the photo above that. The NARA uses an unfree photo for an exhibition and promotest that on their website. This doesnt mean that the photo is created by NASA or that it becomes PD.
