This was also the case with File:Geoffrey Howe 2003 (retouched).tif (User_talk:4nn1l2/Archive07#COM:HMSR), but it got fixed by itself. It is most probably a cache issue and will be fixed by the mere passage of time. 4nn1l2 (talk) 22:28, 12 June 2020 (UTC)

What’s the cache issue here? What I know about is that after changing a widely used template, reports like category member listings and Special:WhatLinksHere can take quite a long time to refresh (e.g. Special:WhatLinksHere/Template:Information/author processing still lists tens of millions of pages despite of having been retired in last November), but this isn’t true for actual page rendering (if open any the listed pages, you should not see Category:Pages using "Information/author processing" template, which is added to all pages that actually use it). —Tacsipacsi (talk) 14:42, 9 July 2020 (UTC)

Probably because that’s the current one? It’s strange that they are listed in reverse order, but it would be strange, too, if the current one (i.e. the one that appears on the top and when the file is used) wasn’t on the top. @4nn1l2: There certainly is something wrong with the image, just look at it. If you do not see anything wrong with the picture, others do. While everyone understands that there is perhaps effort on your behalf to provide images to every page, given the controversial nature of this crop and that there is also a superior one in place (which does also provide consent, copyright, and contact information) why do you not delete the nominated image? Perhaps even as a gesture of good will. You have already deleted one picture before, why not this one now that there is another one in place? MagusMoon (talk) 17:02, 7 July 2020 (UTC)

@Koavf: Thanks for your message. There is nothing wrong with Commons that I can see. However, there are three areas of concern for Persian speakers in my opinion:

1. The general disregard of copyright among Persians (Iranians, Afghans, and Tajiks).
   1. This includes the really old Iranian copyright law, which dates back to 1970 and lacks exceptions such as COM:FOP. Deletion of images due to lack of FOP in the Iranian copyright law makes Iranians angry (and sometimes hostile towards Commons).
   2. On top of that, Iran is among the few nations that have no copyright relations with the US, mostly due to political reasons (see Template:Copyright notes/en). It may be strange, but Iranians have unrestricted access to the latest American and European movies, series, and musics. Unsurprisingly, many are against copyright and joining International treaties such as Berne Convention.
2. Cultural difference. While most users here prefer to be direct and specific, Iranians do not like directness at all. They always do taarof and consider other forms of communication as uncivil. This has serious consequences and makes them appear fragile and irritable.
3. The LTR/RTL problem. Farsi (Iranian Persian) and Dari (Afghan Persian) are written using Arabic script, which is a right to left script by nature. The Commons interface is more appropriate for languages written using a left to right script such as Latin. Tajik (Tajik Persian) is written using Cyrillic script which is an LTR script.

Dear 4nn1l2..I'm in a process of making navboxes for transport topics. I've tried to construct several templates like {{Watertransportyear-Libya}} and {{Watertransportyear-Algeria}}. The former seemed to be swallowed by the latter, that is, the former's categories are included in the latter without a good reason! Anybody can export content from any WMF project to a third party wiki. But only those with import right can import content to a WMF project from elsewhere.

You should ask an enwiki admin if they are able to import pages from Commons to enwiki or not. Even in that case, I'm not sure the right to import pages is the same as the right to import files. Can I upload 2 photos of Houshang Seddigh from https://www.bbc.com/persian/live/institutional-53345160/page/2 link with "PD-Iran" label? I think the source is نیروی هوایی شاهنشاهی ایران. Becuase photos belong to Pahlavi Dynasty. BBC has not put any label on them (like Getty images). So they are in public domain.

سلام. کپی‌رایت! ذکر منبع و سایر جزئیات کافی نیست. مهم‌تر از هر چیز آزاد بودن تصویر است. توجه کنید که انبار صرفا مخزن تصاویر نیست، بلکه مخزن تصاویر آزاد است. تصویر آزاد یعنی عکسی که با پروانه آزاد منتشر شده یا کپی‌رایتش منقضی شده است. توصیه می‌کنم fa:راهنما:ویکی‌انبار برای کاربر فارسی‌زبان را مطالعه کنید. 4nn1l2 (talk) 09:08, 17 August 2020 (UTC)

سلام، نه. ویکی‌انبار خودش را وارد درگیری‌های محتوایی نمی‌کند و صرفا از تصاویر میزبانی می‌کند. اگر ترکی آذربایجانی بلدید، پی‌گیر حذف نقشه از همان ویکی‌پدیا شوید. اگر بلد نیستید، بهتر است بی‌خیال شوید. ویکی‌انبار سیاست بی‌طرفی اتخاذ نمی‌کند و تفرقه‌افکنان و جدایی‌طلبان و طرفداران آذربایجان جنوبی و امثالهم می‌توانند با خیال راحت در ویکی‌انبار به فعالیت ادامه دهند. 4nn1l2 (talk) 17:34, 18 August 2020 (UTC)

Yes, I personally requested both crops from the respective uploaders, and it's a lot more convenient if they're simply part of the same file history. Template:PD-NorwayGov

Can you (or another admin or template editor) edit this template. The law referred to, is Lov om opphavsrett til åndsverk m.v. (åndsverkloven) fra 12.mai.1961 https://lovdata.no/dokument/NLO/lov/1961-05-12-2/ which has been repealed and replaced by LOV-2018-06-15-40 Lov om opphavsrett til åndsverk mv. (åndsverkloven) https://lovdata.no/dokument/NL/lov/2018-06-15-40.

The content in the § referred to in the template (§9) in the old law of 1961 is now found in §14 of the new law from 2018. The text is almost identical but appears to be updated to contemporary Norwegian.

The content referred to from §1 seems to have been moved to §2 in the new law.

تصویر عمارت امیربهمن خان ناقض حق کپی رایت نیست

تعدادی از تصاویر من کاندیدادی حذف طی ۷ روز شده‌اند، متاسفانه این اتفاق پیش از این هم افتاده بود و من دیر متوجه شدم و تمام تصاویرم حذف شد عکاس این تصاویر خود من هستم، در متادیتای عکس نام من درج شده، در گوشه تصویر نام من به لاتین درج شده و در زمان آپلود روی ویکی هم نامم را به عنوان پدید‌آور بیان کرده‌ام یک بار هم کاربری KOLI تصویر را کاندیدای حذف کرده بود و بعد از گفتمانی که داشتیم با ذکر علت در ویرایش این تگ را برداشته که در سوابق تصویر قابل مشاهده هست

لطفا شما هم این تگ را از روی تصاویرم حذف کنید با سپاس

• I have used the transliterations by the Ministry of Interior which can be found on the official English translation of the report (1st general census in Iran). Please see here. I can change them to whatever a native speaker of English feels better about. Azerbaijan, Balochistan, etc are historical regions shared by several countries, and each country spells it whatever it desires. They are all correct. Since there is a sovereign state called Republic of Azerbaijan, the transliteration of Azerbaijan is probably more familiar to an English native speaker. In other words, is this indeed a 2D copy? IMO, this photo may be problematic due to its borders. However, I would consider it, at least its middle part, to be {{PD-Art}}. The template contains a warning that it is based on US law and the image may be considered copyrighted in some (mainly EU) jurisdictions. There were some cases with UK/French/German galleries that claim copyright to photos of their paintings. But AFAIK, this did not prevent us to host them. If they were deleted, this was per courtesy to the uploader rather, than per our copyvio policy. My personal opinion is that we should host such images with a warning. درخواست حذف به دلیل داشتن واترمارک

سلام؛

چندی پیش به علت داشتن واترمارک، درخواست حذف این فایل را پیشنهاد دادم اما درخواست، واگردانی شد. اکنون در سیاهه موجود نیست اما در خلاصه ویرایش گویا یکی‌بودن نام صاحب اثر و متن واترمارک، نوشته شده‌بود.

@KOLI: سلام. فایل را حذف کردم (مجدد بارگذاری شده بود). اما پاسخ به سؤال شما: داشتن واترمارک به خودی خود دلیل حذف نیست. اما چون در اکسیف فایل نام وبگاه Copyright holder Pixam.ir قید شده (و همچنین فایل پیشتر خارج از ویکی‌مدیا در اینستاگرام منتشر شده) لازم است اجازه‌نامهٔ اوتی‌آراس را بفرستند. خنثی‌سازی ویرایش شما را صحیح نمی‌دانم و بهتر بود که آن مدیر فایل را به نظرخواهی می‌برد (رویهٔ معمول همین بردن به نظرخواهی است). 4nn1l2 (talk) 09:22, 23 November 2020 (UTC)

@KOLI: خواهش می‌کنم. واترمارک را می‌شود با ویرایش عکس (فتوشاپ) حذف کرد یا برخی مواقع با کراپ از بین برد. عکس‌های واترمارک‌دار را می‌توان با {{Watermark}} مشخص کرد و با {{No watermarks}} هم به بارگذار اطلاع داد که واترمارک روی خود عکس نگذارد. البته بحث تبلیغات و اسپم جداست و اگر مشخص شود کاربر به دنبال تبلیغ و ترویج خود است، معمولاً قاطعانه‌تر رسیدگی می‌شود. در مجموع، ترجیح بر این است که تصاویر واترمارک نداشته باشند ولی بودن یک تصویر واترمارک‌دار (مثل File:Shirahmad wildlife refuge of Sabzevar 004.jpg) بهتر از نبود (حذف) آن است.

But since they have some useful contributions to other projects, I decided to give them another chance and only give them a final warning. چند سوال

درود وقت به خیر. محیط اینجا به دلیل چپ چین بودن یکمی برای من ناراحت است و چند مشکل ریز و درشت دیگه که نمی‌دونستم کجا باید مطرح کرد اسم شما را در تاریخچه صفحات فارسی دیدم گفتم شاید بتونید کمک کنید، اول از همه این که آیا من فارسی می‌نویسم مشکل دارد؟ چون انگلیسی هم میتونم بنویسم ولی خب با کاربر فارسی‌زبان راحت ترم که فارسی صحبت کنم. دوم این که راه بهینه و‌مفید برای فارسی کردن زبان ستون و ابزار و منوها در انبار وجود دارد؟ در آخر هم این که چه راه هایی برای فعالیت موثر ‌و مفید در انبار برای تازه‌کار اینجا توصیه میکنید؟ از هرگونه راهنمایی استقبال میکنم IamMM (talk) 16:52, 9 December 2020 (UTC)

@IamMM: سلام. با افزودن {{آفا}} به ابتدای بخش و {{پفا}} به انتهای آن، متن‌ها راست‌چین می‌شود. فارسی نوشتن هیچ مشکلی ندارد. می‌توانید از قسمت Special:Preferences زبان فارسی را انتخاب کنید تا محیط فارسی شود، البته شاید کاستی‌های فراوانی در بومی‌سازی/فارسی‌سازی وجود داشته باشد.

فعالیت در انبار بستگی به علایقتان دارد. اگر به عکاسی علاقه دارید که مفیدترین کار عکس گرفتن از انواع و اقسام چیزهایی است که در زندگی روزمره با آن‌ها سروکار دارید (غذاها، بناهای تاریخی، جاذبه‌های گردشگری و ...) و آپلود کردن آن‌ها در انبار است. اگر به طراحی با کامپیوتر علاقه دارید که می‌توانید در کشیدن نقشه‌ها یا .... کمک کنید. اگر به موزه‌ها و گالری‌ها و کتابخانه‌ها و ... علاقه‌مندید می‌توانید آثاری که در وبگاه‌هایشان پیدا می‌کنید را بارگذاری کنید. کمک به رده‌بندی پرونده‌ها نیز کار مفید و ساده‌ای است. یک بخش دیگر گشت‌زنی است که به‌مرور باید با قوانین حق نشر هم آشنا شوید. تصاویر ناقض حق نشر، تصاویر خارج از محدودهٔ پروژه (مثلاً قسمت عمدهٔ سلفی‌ها) و .. باید برچسب بخورند و پاک شوند. خواندن fa:راهنما:ویکی‌انبار برای کاربر فارسی‌زبان و fa:راهنما:برچسب‌زنی در ویکی‌انبار را هم پیشنهاد می‌کنم. یک نکته اینکه در ویکی‌انبار خیلی کمتر با کاربران تعامل خواهید داشت و بحث‌های بسیار کمتری صورت خواهد گرفت. اینجا اکثراً تنهایی و بی‌سروصدا فعالیت می‌کنند لذا شاید فعالیت در اینجا در وهلهٔ اول به اندازهٔ ویکی‌پدیا جذاب به نظر نرسد. البته این بستگی به روحیات و خلقیات فرد نیز دارد. 4nn1l2 (talk) 19:23, 9 December 2020 (UTC)

درود مجدد. اتفاقا سکوت محیط اینجا خیلی متناسب و ایده‌آل نیاز من به نظر می‌رسد همین که سیستم سالمی بر این فضا مدیریت میکند نکته مهمی است. تنها نگرانی جدی من درباره قوانین حق تکثیر است در حقیقت برای یادگیری سخت و گیج کننده به نظر میرسد الان یک چیزهایی درباره پانوراما داشتم میخوندم که زیاد هم نفهمیدم، سخت ترین بخش انبار هم از دید من تسلط روی قواعد کپی رایت است البته من ناآشنا با محیط ویکی نیستم و اگه یکم هلم بدین موتور روشن میشه IamMM (talk) 05:42, 10 December 2020 (UTC)
