Hi, I see you have created Template:Moj. I was thinking of doing the same thing, but for the Lebanese news website falebanon.com (Template:FA Lebanon). I was trying to create it on my own, but I found it hard as it involved the knowledge of Lua (which I don't know). Could you please help me out? I'm not looking for anything too complicated, just the text "This is a file from the falebanon.com website, which states in its footer, "All content by FA Lebanon is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License." on top, and the same text of Moj's template on the bottom. تصویری که اثر خودتان نباشد را نباید با عنوان «own work» آپلود کنید. در حالت کلی نباید از اینترنت تصویر دانلود و در اینجا آپلود کنید. فقط یک سری سایت محدود هستند که مجوزهایشان با پروانه‌های آزاد مطابقت دارد. لطفاً COM:L/fa و fa:راهنما:ویکی‌انبار برای کاربر فارسی‌زبان را مطالعه کنید. 4nn1l2 (talk) 07:19, 19 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

سلام. آیا مدرکی هم دارید که این عکس در ایران منتشر شده باشد؟ این امکان هست که عکاسان خبرگزاری‌های خارجی عکس را گرفته باشند و اولین بار در یک مجلهٔ خارجی منتشر شده باشد. آن زیر نوشته Getty. یعنی حقوق عکس را en:Getty Images مدیریت می‌کند. BBC یک سایت حرفه‌ای در کشور بریتانیاست که به کپی‌رایت پایبند است و اگر چنین نباشد، Getty می‌تواند پدرش را درآورد. اگر BBC کردیت را به Getty داده، این احتمالاً یعنی که تصویر همچنان تحت حفاظت است و نمی‌توان آن را در ویکی‌انبار به صورت آزاد منتشر کرد. لطفاً به تصاویر Category:Members of the 24th Iranian Majlis نگاه کنید. در حالت کلی، الگوی PD-Iran برای این دست تصاویر است، یعنی تصاویری که مطمئناً در یک‌جایی مثلاً روزنامهٔ اطلاعات چاپ شده و ۳۰ سال زمان هم گذشته است. این درست نیست که بر پایهٔ زمان گرفتن عکس، تصمیم بگیریم که در مالکیت عمومی هست یا نه. مهم زمان انتشار است. 4nn1l2 (talk) 11:39, 19 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

There are too many portraits from MohammadReza Pahlavi. How can you make sure where and when they have PUBLISHED?
Getty images writes "Not released" in Release info section. Even if it is an official photo like:https://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/view-of-the-coronation-of-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-as-shah-of-news-photo/579951809?adppopup=true. Also it doesn't mention the publish dates of photos. For exampled photo, it give the credit to Rolls Press/Popperfoto. By this owner is it still copyrighted or in public domain. It becomes more complicated when it says "Contact your local office for all commercial or promotional uses" but in contact section there is no office in Iran.
Is it possible to upload photos with Getty Images tag? As there are too many in Wikimedia Commons.

متوجه نشدم چرا بحث از چائوشسکو به محمدرضا پهلوی رفت؟
در تصویری که لینک دادید نوشته Photo by Rolls Press/Popperfoto. قیمت استفاده از تصویر را هم پانصد دلار تعیین کرده. تصویر را اگر داوطلبان هم حذف نکنند، خود Getty به بنیاد ویکی‌مدیا اخطار می‌فرستد و کارمندان ویکی‌مدیا حذفش می‌کنند. متوجه نشدم منظورتان از official photo چیست؟ آیا مثلاً منظورتان این است که عکس را دربار شاهنشاهی گرفته و تصویر مال دربار است؟ مدرکش کو؟

That photo from Ceaușescu was just an example and MohammadReza Pahlavi is more of a generic topic to talk about.
There are too many portraits from MohammadReza Pahlavi (or Pahlavi Dynasty) in official websites and some of them don't mention the source and date. How can you make sure where and when they have published originally?
Accepted. Next time I find a photo, sourced from Getty Images in Wikimedia Commons, I will check with you.
"Official photo" means official photo of a ceremony or official portrait.

ویکی‌انبار یک وبگاه است که توسط داوطلبان آماتور اداره می‌شود. مطمئناً نمی‌توان انتظار داشت این وبگاه (مثل هر ویکی دیگر) به صورت حرفه‌ای و ساختارمند عمل کند. کلی تصویر هست که منبعی برایشان ذکر نشده، برخی حذف می‌شوند و برخی می‌مانند. چرا؟ تصمیم/سلیقهٔ مدیر. انتظار یکنواختی نداشته باشید. یک مدیر از ایتالیا آسان‌گیر است و تصویر ایرانی را نگه می‌دارد! یک مدیر از هلند دست‌به‌حذف است و تصاویر ایرانی را حذف می‌کند! قاعده این است که تصاویری ایرانی که ۳۰ سال از زمان انتشارشان در ایران گذشته در مالکیت عمومی هستند. ارائهٔ منبع و مدرک نیز بر عهدهٔ بارگذار است. حال بعضی مدیران و کاربران سفت‌وسخت به این قاعده عمل می‌کنند؛ برخی دیگر نه. راستش ما هنوز از قوانین کپی‌رایت ایران به صورت کامل اطلاع نداریم و بسیاری از کارهایمان بر مبنای حدس یا الگوگیری از سایر کشورهاست. یک دلیلش این است که مبحث کپی‌رایت در ایران جدی گرفته نمی‌شود. دلایل دیگری هم دارد، مثلاً تعداد کاربران ایرانی انبار (به‌ویژه دانش‌آموختگان رشتهٔ حقوق) زیاد نیست، و ....

شخصاً نسبت به تصاویر قدیمی ایرانی بی‌تفاوت هستم، نه دنبال حذفشان هستم و نه برای ماندنشان تلاش می‌کنم. همین که صرفاً بتوانم (به کمک سایر مدیران) جلو کپی کردن تصاویر جدید از اینترنت به انبار را بگیرم، کلاهم را بالا می‌اندازم :-) 4nn1l2 (talk) 13:05, 19 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

تایم بیشتر برای مشارکت در پروژه های دیگر ویکی[edit]

درود. نوروز رو بهتون تبریک میگم. بنده به دنبال قطع دسترسی طولانی مدت توسط مدیران از ویکی‌پدیای فارسی کناره‌گیری کردم و اکنون وقت بیشتری برای مشارکت در پروژه‌هایی نظیر ویکی‌انبار خواهم داشت. بحثی که در قهوه‌خانه ویکی‌پدیای فارسی مطرح کردید بسیار بجا بود چرا که حدود پنجاه درصد ویرایشهای کاربران در درگیری های تام صورت میگیره و به دلیل شکایت از یکی از مدیران به دلیل توهین به بنده سایر مدیران به بنده توهین کرده و قطع دسترسی انجام دادند. البته بنده نظرم این هست که این بحث (انتقادناپذیری و عدم توانایی مدیران در اداره پروژه) در همون ویکی‌پدیا باقی بمونه و نیاز به گسترش بحث به خارج از ویکی‌پدیای فارسی نیست. به نظرم آهنگ کند رشد ویکی‌پدیای فارسی میتونه نوید رشد سایر پروژه‌ها مثل ویکی‌سفر و ویکی‌گفتاورد باشه. --Doostdar (talk) 10:42, 20 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

دربارهٔ ویکی‌پدیای فارسی گفتنی‌ها زیاد است که به قول خودتان بهتر است همانجا پیگیری شود. بنده به خاطر تعداد بالای مخاطبانی که ویکی‌پدیا به صورت کلی دارد (و نیز قدرت تأثیرگذاری‌اش)، احتمالاً همچنان به مشارکت در ویکی‌پدیا ادامه دهم ولی لحظه‌ای نیست که افسوس نخورم که ای کاش ادارهٔ این پروژه به نحوهٔ خردمندانه‌تری صورت می‌گرفت. با این حال سعی می‌کنم به نشانهٔ اعتراض مشارکت‌هایم در فضای نام ویکی‌پدیا را به حداقل برسانم.

همچنان پرانرژی در ویکی‌انبار حضور خواهم داشت. سعی می‌کنم کمی سواد گرافیکی و فنی‌ام را افزایش دهم. شاید دوباره به عکاسی هم روی آوردم! و در پروژه‌های برگزیدگی تصاویر شرکت کردم :-) همچنین سعی می‌کنم مشارکتم در پروژه‌های خواهر را افزایش دهم. امروز نوروز است و وقت خوش‌بینی و خوش‌خیالی :) 4nn1l2 (talk) 11:02, 20 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Shkuru Afshar: سلام. با اینکه عکس داده‌های اگزیف دارد (که نشانهٔ خوبی است)، آنقدر حجم و اندازه‌اش پایین است که آدم را به شک می‌اندازند. تنها چاره این است که کلیت آپلودهای کاربر را بررسی کنیم و یک تصمیم تقریبی بگیریم. پس از بررسی حدوداً ۲۰ تصویر از [1] به این نتیجه رسیدم که ادعای کاربر به ‌راحتی باورکردنی نیست و نیاز به ارائهٔ مدرک بیشتر است. کاربر پدیدآور fa:پرونده:Charlz brownson.jpg را خودش معرفی کرده (که بعید است چنین باشد). عکسی که داخل مجلس از نمایندهٔ مجلس گرفته شده را هم مال خوش دانسته (fa:پرونده:Pir moazzen.jpg) که باز نامحتمل است. از تصاویر قدیمی عکس گرفته و به عنوان اثر شخصی بارگذاری کرده: fa:پرونده:7355.jpg. از سرلکشر ارتش داخل همایش عکس بارگذاری کرده fa:پرونده:Zahei nejad.jpg که این‌ها علاوه بر کوچک بودن، متاداده ندارند. بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که او صرفاً یک دوربین دیجیتال دارد (عنوان تصویر DIGITAL CAMERA شرکت سازندهٔ دوربین Digital مدل دوربین Digital Cam). که تصاویرش با JPG (حروف بزرگ) آپلود شده‌اند. من نتوانستم تصویر دیگری از او پیدا کنم که دارای مشخصات زیر باشد (عنوان تصویر OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA شرکت سازندهٔ دوربین OLYMPUS IMAGING CORP. مدل دوربین SP700). 4nn1l2 (talk) 08:12, 25 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, of course. I will monitor the category and review the files individually.

While Iran has no FOP provision in its rather old copyright law, there is a clause which says works which belong to a legal entity are protected only for 30 years. Since government is big in Iran (many places and things are governmental), we can safely assume that these objects belong to a legal entity (for example, sculptures to municipality). We only need to make sure they are at least 30 years old. That's why we keep images of Azadi Tower per consensus while its architect is still alive.

The user intends to upload about 220 such galleries (over 50.000 photos total; mostly from Europe, Asia, South America and Africa, made in recent 20 years) and he is a bit impatient to do this. However, if we can point out that some photos should not be uploaded now, we may have less work in future. Here are some kinds of works I found to be controversial concerning copyright/scope:

I m a translator EN-> FR on Commons and I need to add Special:MyLanguage to COM:FU in https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Upload_Help_notice/i18n to browse coherently in the same language.

Although I am already a translation admin on Commons, I cannot make the modification.

It is the first time I meet this kind of rejection so for coherence of the process, I need also to access these files; so is it possible to grant me with these (additional? -if any) rights ? or how to request them ?

On other side, I can update other template pages as Template:Help_pages_footer without problem - so ...

@Bahjjat: سلام. آن عکس آقای خامنه‌ای مشکلی ندارد (چون کوچک و قابل اغماض است: COM:DM). اشکال خود بنر است. کلیت بنر (متن، چیدمان، کادر و ...) را یک نفر طراحی کرده است و شما از آن به عنوان سوژهٔ اصلی عکس گرفته‌اید. اثر شما اشتقاقی/اقتباسی است و لازم است از طراح اصلی اجازه بگیرید (COM:OTRS). 4nn1l2 (talk) 22:07, 10 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You deleted File:Aliabdolmaleki-musican.jpg because it appears elsewhere on the Web without a free license. That's fine. However, your closing comment cited Tineye for the offending page. Unfortunately, Tineye searches expire, so when the uploader made an Undeletion Request. I could not find the Web page. That wasn't a problem in this case, but it often would be since you can't do a Google or Tineye search on a deleted image without restoring it.

AlbanGeller, Let's reach to an agreement what we mean by "version" and "revision". By "version", I mean file histories (JPGs, PNGs, TIFFs) which appear at the bottom of the page. By "revision", I mean page histories (wikitext, log, etc) which can be found in the History tab. Please let me know if you use these terms with the same meaning. سلام. راه خاصی وجود ندارد. یکی را با ابزار انجام دهید و سپس با استفادهٔ از قابلیت custom replace مابقی را تغییر دهید. برای انتخاب فایل‌ها اگر در یک ردهٔ اختصاصی هستند که به همان رده بروید و جاگزینی را انجام دهید، اگر نه از قابلیت Advanced Select Files استفاده کنید. قسمت تکرارشوندهٔ نام را در قسمت Title matches بنویسید. 4nn1l2 (talk) 09:47, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
