PD-Art policy warning[edit]

The footer mentions the PD-Art policy, saying that the photo license is bogus in many jurisdictions. Maybe this should be hidden when the license is actually PD (like {{Walters Art Museum license/2D}}) ? Jean-Fred (talk) 14:46, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

3d version[edit]

Is there a 3d version of this template about? Would in general be useful for any image donation involving 3d artwork. Figured I'd ask before setting out to create one. /Lokal_Profil 19:05, 29 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

We do not have similar template for 3D objects because PD-Art concept only applies to 2D objects. However you still need (at least) 2 licenses one for artwork and one for photograph. For Walters 3D objects we used Template:Walters Art Museum license/3D . A different approach was taken in Template:Art Photo where we have "artwork license" and "photo license". --Jarekt (talk) 20:01, 29 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Or {{Copyright information}} is meant to wrap them all. Jean-Fred (talk) 21:25, 29 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
