Re:Ayuda con imagen

Si la foto que quieres subir es diferente a la otra y tiene un nombre de archivo distinto no creo que te la borren por ese motivo. Comprueba que la infobox tiene todos los datos correctos: fuente y licencia (recuerda que tiene que ser una imagen libre) y prueba de nuevo a subirla. Un saludo. Anna 22:27, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Para lo primero lo que tú te veas capaz y dispuesto, si es a colaborar con fotos de calidad pues utiliza {{User PH-2}} e incluso si además pueden tener alta calidad pues {{User PH-3}}.

Para lo segundo aquí tienes, un editor de metadatos gratuito. Si no te funciona prueba con este. Y si no te satisface ninguno pues avisa otra vez

Fotos de museo

Hola Jorge. Disculpa de nuevo la demora en contestar Te comento:

Ante todo lo que te diga la encargada del museo no debe importarte en absoluto ya que ella no es la propietaria de los derechos de autor de las obras (a menos que sea la autora y se haya hecho un museo para ella, o haya comprado el derecho de disposición del derecho de autor al autor de la obra aunque no le es necesario para exponer la obra ni le conviene al autor, por lo que no es común, y mucho menos para luego hacerlo libre gratuitamente), por lo que en principio las obras están sujetas a dichos derechos y con ellas los trabajos derivados de éstas (en este caso tus fotos).

Dado que Commons sólo acepta contenido bajo licencia libre lo que tenemos que comprobar es si efectivamente los autores de las obras tienen todavía los derechos de autor de las mismas o éstas están bajo dominio público. Básicamente el tema está en si las obras que has fotografiado son antiguas ya que internacionalmente se considera que, en principio, se protegen los derechos de autor durante la vida del autor más 70 años tras su muerte; por lo que pasado dicho tiempo toda obra entra bajo dominio público. Aquí puedes encontrar más supuestos y detalles, pero básicamente el más común es ése: si se trata de una obra suficientemente antigua (por ejemplo porque hayas fotografiado obras de Goya o restos de Roma Antigua o esculturas mudéjares) puedes subirla, y si no pues no
