Hej Stefan! Jag förstår inte ditt problem. Samtliga tre bilder är utgivna av "Axel Eliassons Konstförlag" utan uppgift av fotograf och samtliga tre bilder är tagna på 1930-talet och faller därmed under "PD-Sweden-photo". Närmare än så kan jag tyvärr inte komma. Den exakta källan är således: "Axel Eliassons Konstförlag" och filens upphovsrättsliga status täcks av "PD-Sweden-photo". Vad menar du med "... är svårt för andra användare att granska filens upphovsrättsliga status..."? Din lista är inte heller komplett. Jag laddade upp 12 bilder från "Axel Eliassons Konstförlag" under Category:10 Fotografier Stockholm. Jag tar mig friheten och tar bort din åtgärdsmall. Du måste också visa att bilderna är fria i USA. Detta kräver normalt att de publicerats före 1989 (se COM:HIRTLE). Tyvärr går det inte att avgöra när de först publicerades av de uppgifter du lagt in. --Stefan4 (talk) 21:16, 22 August 2013 (UTC)

1. Bilderna publicerades på 1930-talet (möjligen 1940-talet) i en liten förpackning á 10 stck som turistsouvenir "10 Fotografier Stockholm". Det framgår!!!

2. "PD-Sweden-photo" gäller globalt eller menar du att 10000-tals bilder under den licensen måste kompletteras med uppgifter om första publicering??

3. Axel Eliassons Konstförlag existerade mellan 1890 och 1940-talet, läs sv:Axel Eliassons Konstförlag. Uppgift om det lade jag nu in på samtliga berörda bilder.

4. Undrar jag om du har för lite att göra och varför du gång på gång plågar mig med dina påhitt (som nästa alltid visar sig vara obefogade).

Tillägg: Dessa tre bilder såldes tillsammans med sju andra i 10-pack som ett sorts vykort till turister på 1930- och/eller 1940-talen. Vykortsförlaget hette "Axel Eliassons Konstförlag" och utgav under 1940 inga fler vykort. Bilderna är således publicerade före 1989 och uppfyller därmed USA-krav.--Holger.Ellgaard (talk) 07:29, 24 August 2013 (UTC)

Soll ich eine Geburtsurkunde vorlegen, oder was? Ich bin nunmal der Sohn und habe das Nutzungsrecht, das gilt für sämtliche von mir hochgeladenen Bilder von Helmuth Ellgaard. Mein Vater ist 1980 gestorben und kann das nun nicht mehr bestätigen. Ich habe soeben an Wikimedia Information Team <info-sv@wikimedia.org> eine Erklärung geschickt, dass ich das Nutzungsrecht habe. Could you please motivate why you uploaded File:Fittja gård 1967a.jpg and File:Fittja gård 1967d.jpg under a PD license? The source only says that Rättigheter för metadata ("rights of the metadata") are PD. What is the reasoning behind extending this to the images themselves?

Note that I'm asking you because both images are involved in a DYK nomination regarding Fittja gård.

Hej! Jag har tydligen missuppfattat detta med "metadata" men båda bilder är tagna före 1 januari 1969 och "Fotografiska bilder". Det gäller även Fittja gård 1967.jpg och Fittja gård 1967c.jpg. Jag ändra licensen till "PD-Sweden-photo". Hälsningar --Holger.Ellgaard (talk) 16:02, 29 July 2014 (UTC)

Som jag tolkar det så gäller licensen bara metadatan om det är så det är formulerat. Men bra att PD-Sweden-photo funkar.

Ursäkta om jag lägger mig i, men om man går till bildens ursprungskälla, här, står det "Upphovsrätt: RÄA". Detta ska nog tolkas som CC-BY, enligt RAÄ:s bildanvändningssida: "Alla bilder som Riksantikvarieämbetet visar, som inte tillhör en annan institution, är fria att använda kommersiellt. [...] Vi använder oss av främst två kategorier: PD = Public Domain, d v s bildens upphovsrätt är utgången, samt CC:BY, d v s Riksantikvarieämbetet äger fortfarande upphovsrätten och vi vill därför att fotografens och vårt namn sätts ut vid bilden. Vi önskar att dessa riktlinjer även gäller för bilder där upphovsrätten är utgången."

Om man vill ladda upp bilder från RAÄ har Lokal Profil förresten gjort ett bra automatverktyg där man får med ursprungsbeskrivningen, fotograf etc. /Jssfrk (talk) 21:53, 29 July 2014 (UTC)

Jag fixade till beskrivningarna via ovanstående nämnda verktyg. Resultatet blev då även att de fick CC BY licens då det är detta som RAÄ hävdar för bilderna. Jag antar att bilderna är medvetet beskurna vilket gör att de inte är identiska med versionen hos KMB. /Lokal_Profil 16:04, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
