- Maybe this problem User_talk:Dschwen#VICbot_trouble_probably_fixed can be fixed by dating forward? I have asked Daniel weeks ago an he told me that the bot have problems to archived the pictures because of the early date. Hello Mr. Chernilevsky, I saw that you are a admin of Wikimedia and I have a little problem with my picture. Last week I discussed with experts about the species and now we are sure: Our first determination (Geastrum striatum) was false, the right species is Geastrum pectinatum. I tried to change the file name but can´t do this. Can you help me? If you want, you can delete the picture and I will upload the same picture with the right species in the filename. I thought it was a Eastern Painted Turtle, but after another user pointed it out to me, I was able to make a positive identification here. I am requesting you to move the file and rename it to File:Red Bellied Turtle Basking.jpg. - Фотографии зданий очень часто удаляются за нарушение авторских прав архитектора. С винницким вокзалом всё запутано. Первоначально здание было построено давно, но в ходе ВОВ почти полностью уничтожено. Восстановили после войны силами пленных немцев. QI categories
Hello,
Since you are adding categories for most QI, and that I did not get much feedback on the QI talk page, I am coming to ask your opinion here.
I feel that the present category system for QI is quite useless, since it is quite impossible to search within the 1000s of images in Commons:Quality images/Subject/Places/Man made structures (warning, this page will probably freeze your browser). Other categories are not so full, but still too many to be of any use. What do you think of copying the category structure used in Valued images? - 1) Die VI-Kandidaten sind nicht bearbeitet. Es ist eine Problem des Programms (VICbot). Es ist keine Problem für Sie persönlich.
- 2) FPC und VIC: nur der Autor der Nomination eine Benachrichtigung erhält. QIC: der erste Benutzer, der in den Nominationen des Bildes angegeben ist, wird eine Benachrichtigung bekommen.
- 3) Ein beliebiger Benutzer kann den Barnstar einem beliebigen Benutzer absenden. Die allgemeine Regel: eine Barnstar muss man auf die Diskussion Seite der Benutzer absenden. Der Empfänger kann die Belohnung auf seine Seite später versetzen.

About PD-Russia-2008
Hi, George Chernilevsky. I've uploaded several images with Template:PD-Russia-2008 last week. However, I found "©Росархив. 2004-2011" in that website yesterday. Most of them were taken by ru:Тёмин, Виктор Антонович. Legally do these photograph belong to Росархив ? Are all of them public domain ? Unfortunately, I don't know the Russian copyriht law in detail. Could you control them ? Thank you.

- Доброго времени суток!
- По-моему, очень узкая область для применения данных иллюстраций. Если отснять еще наземные сооружения и интерьер основных помещений, то в дополнение можно добавить и пару таких снимков. А сейчас по-английски это "scope too narrow".

Георгий, здравствуйте!
Считаю, что нужно переименовать некоторые файлы с изображениями российских памятных монет на викискладе. Де-факто сложилось правило именование таких файлов: "RR0000-0000.xxx" (аверсы) и "RR0000-0000R.xxx" (реверсы), где 0000-0000 - каталожный номер ЦБ РФ. Большая часть файлов в Category:Commemorative coins of the Russian Federation уже отвечают данному правилу. Т.е. хорошо бы привести имена файлов отличные от данного правила к единому виду.

- По поводу целесообразности дождитесь ответов на свое предложение.
- На Викискладе техничестки для перименования используется шаблон, который добавляется на страницу файла для переименования {{Rename|Новое имя файла с расширением|Причина переименования}}. Этот запрос будет рассмотрен и обработан.
- Или же можете сразу мне дать список файлов с указанием новых имён, если обсуждение будет закончено положительно.

- Both images has the historical value as propaganda in 1914 and in 1905.

I noted that File:Jaguar Daimler Double Six 6.0 liter V12 engine (1994).jpg had been made part of Valued image set: Daimler Double Six X305, approved by you. That picture, however, is not of this particular Jaguar model but of the immediately preceding XJ40 model. I know, because I took that picture. You can see the same car in two different angles at File:Daimler Double Six (1994) BRG front right.jpg and File:Daimler Double Six (1994) BRG rear right.jpg.
