Escudo Independiente

Hola,

Como estas? Te escribia por el escudo de Independiente que subiste. Soy el Director de Arte del club y estoy tratando de ordenar un poco todo el contenido incorrecto que vengo encontrando. Por favor si podes borrar esos escudos que subiste ya que no son los oficiales te lo agradeceria.

Hola, @Mlaksman: , te comento, no soy administrador en Commons y por lo tanto no puedo borrar el escudo. De todos modos, los escudos viejos o históricos no se borran (a menos que sean infracciones de copyright) sino que quedan archivados porque son parte de la historia del/los club/es y se los utiliza (por ej) para reseñas históricas en las respectivos artículos de wikipedia, por ej mostrar la evolución de un emblema a través de los años.
Además, dejé mi punto de vista en la página de discusión donde solicitás el borrado.

@Fma12: Hola, que se entienda, no es nada en contra tuya, pero si le hace mal al club que haya escudos truchos dando vueltas por páginas de referencia como esta. Sacado de wiki: "Una infracción de derechos de autor, infracción de copyright o violación de copyright es un uso no autorizado o prohibido de obras cubiertas por las leyes de derechos de autor, como el derecho de copia, de reproducción o el de hacer obras derivadas." "no difiere mucho" Con que difiera minimamente, es un montón y está incorrecto. @Mlaksman: Hola, te lo comento claramente para ir cerrando el tema, porque ya siento que aunque vos no lo digas explícitamente, me hacés responsable a mí de algo que claramente no me concierne y por momentos parece un ataque personal:
1) Cuando subí este escudo en 2012, mi referencia fue el sitio web de Independiente, ese mismo que vos decís representar en su concepto de marca e imagen. Jamás hice ni hago algo de mala fe, pero no todos los colaboradores de Commons trabajan en deptos. de marketing / imagen ni todos los clubes tienen una sección en su web como Independiente, detallando tan precisamente la marca de identidad, como para saber el color de Pantone exacto de un escudo por ej, o si debe ir sobre fondo negro, verde o amarillo.
2) Cita tuya: "Subiste un logo/escudo anómalo de una marca registrada sin permiso de la institución.". ERROR. Subí el escudo que estaba vigente en ese momento (tomando como referencia visual el sitio web oficial en aquel momento). Éste y gran cantidad de escudos de fútbol están permitidos en Commons a partir del llamado "Umbral de originalidad o threshold of originality, donde se detalla que los logos que no superen cierto patrón mínimo de originalidad, pueden subirse libremente y no requieren permiso alguno de la institución o parte creadora.
3) Te comento porque seguramente no lo sabés, que a partir de lo enunciado en el punto 2, he hecho montones de deletion requests para borrar escudos de Independiente subidos aquí que SI infringían el copyright por tener la originalidad suficiente para no ser una "imagen libre". Por ej, éste.
A manera ilustrativa, te comento que también subí el escudo oficial de Boca Juniors en 2012 y cuando éste se modificó levemente en 2016, no recibí ningún mensaje del Depto. de Imagen del club intimándome a que lo quitara o reemplazara. De haber sido así, le hubiera respondido lo mismo. (de hecho, subí también esa versión posteriormente).
3) En Category:Independiente logos podrás encontrar la cantidad y variedad de logos sobre el club. Todos están subidos (entiendo) de buena fe por los usuarios, son logos históricos y seguramente habrá diferencias con respecto a la versión oficial de la web actual. ¿Eso amerita borrarlos? No.
De aquí en más, podés proceder como quieras, pero lo que no voy a aceptar es que me hagas partícipe y/o responsable de un delito (distribución ilegal de la marca) que no existe como tal, por las razones que te expliqué arriba. Ah, y para finalizar y siendo desconfiado como soy: este es un sitio web donde muchos dicen ser representantes o dueños de tal o cual marca para justificar sus intervenciones. A pesar de no saber si realmente trabajás en Independiente o sos un simple usuario indignado, me tomo tiempo para responderte y explicarte cómo funciona Commons y sus políticas.
