Hi, i deleted the image because it was empty. The image on Flickr ([1]) is also not accepted here because it is "all rights reserved". We are only accepting free images that everyone can use for any purpose. Pedido de uma amigo[edit]

O amigo, do amigo, do amigo me pediu para postar isso, ai abaixo, então estou postando: Dizem que é um e-mail que esta circulando entre usuários da wiki-pt

Depois de algum tempo, voltei a conversar com o Pé, pois verifiquei que contas suas caíram e ele de disse que estão aferindo, testando comportamentos e me disse para tomar muito cuidado com o Teles e o Érico.

A conclusão que tiveram é que o Teles continua fazendo verificação antecipada e sem solicitação, algo que já foi motivo de paralisação das verificações no passado envolvendo o próprio Teles.

Isso a patotinha do pé concluiu por que, todas as solicitações de verificações do Érico são exatas e daí aparece o Teles para confirmar. Você não acha estranho, num ambiente que sempre aparecem contas novas, o Érico sempre acerta em cheio? Outros do grupo dele, em outras cidades, têm o mesmo tipo de comportamento, mas nunca são indicados para verificação, porque nunca tiveram suas contas verificadas. Também informaram que nem todas as contas são bloqueadas, quando verificadas. A estratégia do Teles é deixar uma livre, desbloqueada e depois, já sabendo de quem é, é só verificar quais as outras novas contas que se juntaram para bloquear todas.

É impossível que o Érico tenha um faro, assim, tão exato das coisas num universo de centenas de contas criadas mensalmente. Ou o cara fica 18 horas monitorando as PN ou tem armação. Depois inventa algumas comparações, que podem ocorrer em dezenas de contas e a verificação é feita. A teoria fica mais evidente quando outros usuários, já consolidados do grupinho do pé, fazem, para testar, solicitações de verificação nas mesmas condições do Érico, daí é colocado que check não é usado para pesca, mas as do Érico o Teles confirma.

Tome cuidado com esses caras, para não se deixar cair.

Tudo isso só comprova que de meios ilícitos e no conluio de bastidores, esses caras não mudam, sempre ignoram as regras para deixar de fora da Wikipédia muita gente que vão desde restrições a muitos outros usuários filtrados e bloqueados indevidamente ou há muito tempo. O Teles é um ser traiçoeiro e com esse exemplo, de suas artimanhas, você deve se cuidar. Ele até faz discípulos que ora é o Érico. Esse cara, amanhã, ta pior que o Teles. Cuida-se com ele também.

O pedido que você fez para eliminação da mesma não tem nem pé e cabeça, desde quando o brasão que está composto na bandeira é falso? Errado, se não existe fonte comprovando que a mesma existe, não tem como comprovar que ela é real. Não sou eu que tenho que provar que algo é real, é quem a carregou. O usuário em questão carregou diversas imagens que não condizem com os brasões e bandeiras reais, é só olhar um pouquinho que dá para ver as diferenças entre as imagens reais e as que o mesmo carregou, muitas são bizarramente diferentes, tanto que o mesmo já foi bloqueado na Wikipédia lusófona. inconsistência nas atribuições de termos de imagens de partidos.[edit]

Saudoso colega editor, vejo que o senhor se mostra como um garante do bom atributo dos direitos de imagem na Wikipédia e o agradeço desde logo pela sua atuação nesta enciclopédia. Entretanto, as suas excursões paladinas contra a uniformização da Wikipédia são no mínimo contraditórias. Eu gostaria de entender o porquê de File:Letras PS (Portugal).png File:Logo Chega!.png e File:PPD PSD Icon.png estarem como domínio público enquanto File:Símbolo principal do CHEGA.png File:Icon do PS.png File:Icon do PAN.png estão como conteúdo restrito. Todas essas imagens foram retiradas dos sítios dos diferentes partidos e eu verifiquei atenciosamente cada um deles e nenhum sequer menciona a questão da atribuição dos direitos de imagem. Inclusive File:Icon do PAN.png File:PPD PSD Icon.png são evidentes CROPS do logotipo original presente na página inicial de cada partido. Nesta senda, eu gostaria de lhe sugerir, se for o caso, verificar se seu esforços não seriam melhor direcionados quando na vereda de retificar os códigos de atribuição de direitos de imagem que foram incorretamente adicionados em alguns destes logotipos. Alternativamente, gostaria que o senhor me esclarecesse o motivo de tamanha inconsistência, pois é bastante claro que ou TODOS devem ser conteúdo restrito ou nenhum deles, do jeito que está não faz qualquer sentido.Przelijpdahl (talk) 21:47, 2 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

As imagens citadas que estão carregadas no Commons são imagens simplificadas que contém apenas imagens geométricas simples ou apenas letras, que se pode carregar com uma licença válida no Commons (mesmos endo parte de outra imagem), já as demais que estão carregadas na Wikipédia lusófona não entram em imagens simples ou apenas textos, e não tem uma licença válida pois são imagens com direitos autorais. @Eric Duff: o critério para definir a atribuição de direitos é então a “simplicidade” das imagens? Mesmo que elas sejam provenientes DA MESMA FONTE? (in casu, dos sites oficiais dos partidos). Quem afere quais imagens são simples o suficiente para serem protegidas por direitos e quais não são? onde posso ler essas regras da Wikimedia?
