Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

The file...

...it didn't disappear, it was deleted. Concerns were raised about the tone and tenor of it, so in order to respect the concept of personality rights, I've gone ahead and deleted it again. Why can I not edit?

I can not control the proxy that my ISP uses." Decline reason: "The proxy will not be unblocked, this account is not blocked. While it has been noted already that this user used an open proxy to edit here - I say this without any judgement regarding the contributions - the reason for the block of the open proxy 190.152.223.27 is a very different and not related to Ben Carcu. See my block log. If you have any need to use proxies for editing here you have to find another one. IMO - and thats something I say with judgement of your uploads - there is no need to abuse proxies, but thats something you should make up with yourself. --Martin H. I asked for help and you insulted me! When I reply you made it so I can not edit! I have done nothing wrong! I tried to make a banner proposal for Wikimedia Foundation fundraising. User:Philippe (WMF) deleted my banner without telling me why and does not reply when I asked him. Other people say that there is something wrong with my banner and people might think it is about sex! It is not about sex. How can it be about sex? Who would think that?? I can not edit Wikimedia Commons because my ISP uses a proxy? It was OK until I was insulted and now it is not OK? The open proxy you used will not be unblocked, it was abused by someone. That you can not use it anymore is a bad side effect of the block. It is however not an "ISP proxy". --Martin H.
