Welcome to Wikimedia Commons, Ben Carcu!

The file...[edit]

...it didn't disappear, it was deleted. Concerns were raised about the tone and tenor of it, so in order to respect the concept of personality rights, I've gone ahead and deleted it again. We appreciate the effort you put into it, but it's not one that will be used based on the number of complaints received. Philippe (WMF) (talk) 21:05, 9 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, I don't understand. No has complained to me. What is the problem? Ben Carcu (talk) 21:14, 9 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why can I not edit?[edit]

Request reason: "Why are you preventing my edits? I can not control the proxy that my ISP uses."
Decline reason: "The proxy will not be unblocked, this account is not blocked.

While it has been noted already that this user used an open proxy to edit here - I say this without any judgement regarding the contributions - the reason for the block of the open proxy 190.152.223.27 is a very different and not related to Ben Carcu. See my block log. If you have any need to use proxies for editing here you have to find another one.

IMO - and thats something I say with judgement of your uploads - there is no need to abuse proxies, but thats something you should make up with yourself. --Martin H. (talk) 19:03, 13 November 2010 (UTC)

I asked for help and you insulted me! When I reply you made it so I can not edit! I have done nothing wrong! I tried to make a banner proposal for Wikimedia Foundation fundraising. User:Philippe (WMF) deleted my banner without telling me why and does not reply when I asked him. Other people say that there is something wrong with my banner and people might think it is about sex! It is not about sex. How can it be about sex? Who would think that?? I can not edit Wikimedia Commons because my ISP uses a proxy? It was OK until I was insulted and now it is not OK? What have I done wrong? Please tell me. I have done nothing wrong. Ben Carcu (talk) 19:55, 13 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason: "Why am I blocked? I have no choice but to use my ISP proxy. Please unblock me so I can upload my banner proposals. Thank you. Ben Carcu (talk) 18:02, 15 November 2010 (UTC)"[reply]
Decline reason: "Your account is not blocked. The open proxy you used will not be unblocked, it was abused by someone. That you can not use it anymore is a bad side effect of the block. It is however not an "ISP proxy". --Martin H. (talk) 21:41, 18 November 2010 (UTC)"[reply]
