Olá Sir, obrigado pela atenção, aquela é uma cópia do email que a proprietária das fotos enviou para lá, ela deu essa autorização só para o Wikimedia, mas não quer liberar na página do Picasa, e se eu colocar como copyleft? Um abraço Jurema Oliveira (talk) 09:05, 11 March 2010 (UTC)

Esse é o problema, ela não pode liberar aqui e manter lá como copyright, só podemos aceitar se ela manter a licença nos dois lugares, não é possível que no commons ela coloque como creative commons, no picasa como copyright e em outro lugar com outra licença, a obra é uma só e a licença tambem tem que ser uma só em todos os lugares. E você não pode alterar a licença, pois será apagada do mesmo modo, só será mantida se ela alterar no picasa. ---- @lestaty ^discuţie 09:45, 11 March 2010 (UTC)

OTRS 2

Are you talking about the images of Maria Pia and Poidimani? I did not notice the OTRS tag – that was my fault. But, anyway, how may someone attribute OTRS to these images of Maria Pia category if it is not known the author of each image? Who may guarantee the validity of these permissions? Could I start to creat OTRS permissions?

For instance: if it is known the owner of the rights of these images, why they use exactly the thumbs used at www.casareal? These images are being used to make ideological propaganda and only it, in my opinion.
