Re: Was ist das für ein Schiff?[edit]

Hallo RaBoe - lass mich die Fotos der Sea Power mal analysieren:

  • offenbar handelt es sich um einen kleineren Bohrinselversorger, der nachträglich durch das Einfügen der mittleren Sektion (der Teil, der so eckig über den Rand vorsteht) verlängert wurde.
  • die mittlere Sektion hat vier absenkbare Füße, so daß sich das ganze Schiff in Tiefen bis zur Länge der Beine auf dem Meeresboden abstützen kann
  • das Schiff hat zwei Kräne: den weißen, um Gegenstände auf dem Deck zu versetzen und eventuell zu laden oder entladen; sowie den blauen, der auffällig lang ist. Beide sind - geschätzt - für Lasten von einigen bis einigen zehn Tonnen geeignet.
  • Der Name und die obigen Eigenschaften deuten mir auf ein Spezialschiff zum Bau von Offshore-Windkraftanlagen hin. Wie Du sicher an Land schon mal gesehen hast, sind für die Errichtung größerer Windkraftanlagen sehr hohe Kräne erforderlich - das würde die Länge des blauen Krans erklären. Eine Benutzung dieses Krans auf dem Wasser wäre ohne die Stützen unmöglich (würde wohl zum Kentern führen). Die Länge der Stützen erlaubt ein Absenken in Küstengewässern der Nord- und Ostsee. Die Herkunft (Dänische Flagge) scheint zumindest auch mit dieser Nutzung im Einklang - die Dänen haben glaube ich schon Offshore-Windparks.

Dein revert in Image:Botond von Gaal.jpg[edit]

Hallo Raboe001,
nichts für ungut, aber ich denke du hast den Sinn des PR-template, wie es hier anscheinend vielen geht, nicht so recht verstanden. Der Hinweis auf die Persönlichkeitsrechte, die völlig unabhängig von Copyright-Fragen und der Zustimmung des Abgebildeten sind, zielen überhaupt nicht auf die Verwendung dieses Fotos in unveränderter Form in der Wikimedia-Welt, sondern hauptsächlich auf re-use außerhalb. Wenn jemand hingeht und dieses Foto "verunstaltet", z.B. weil er Herrn von Gaal nicht mag oder sich mal über ihn geärgert hat, und das Produkt dann hier (schon vorgekommen mit bekanntem deutschen Fußballspieler) oder woanders veröffentlicht, kann der dadurch u.U. angerichtete Rufschaden auch ein wenig auf dich als Photographen zurückfallen, jedenfalls wenn von Gaal das ursprüngliche Bild noch erkennt. Und der Übeltäter wähnt sich womöglich noch im Recht (wenn auch irrig), weil das Foto ja unter "freier Lizenz" steht. Um auf unserer Seite (Commons) zumindest alles zu tun, um so etwas verhindern, wird das PR-template gesetzt. Vielleicht solltest du dir deinen revert nochmal überlegen. Du hast recht, so habe ich es nicht gesehen, bzw. so verstand ich das PR-template nicht. Ich danke Dir sehr, dass Du mich noch mal angeschrieben hast, so habe ich mir noch mal in Ruhe dieses bis dato unbekanntes Template angesehen und werde es jetzt in meinen Personenbilder einsetzen.
Sorry war etwas dünnhäutig, da mir einige meiner Bilder abhanden gekommen sind und ich wieder andere Bilder mit falschem/fehlenden Infos entdecken musste. Hinzu kommt noch der unsägliche Streit von guten Bekannten von mir in der deutschen Wikipedia über Bild Lizenzen, der in meinen Augen aus dem Ruder läuft. Nix für ungut, ich sollte wieder von Guten im Menschen ausgehen Tschüß und noch mal Danke --Ra Boe 20:17, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Sag mal, was solln die Vorlage? Keine kommerzielle Nutzung und keine Bearbeitung ist ja mal eindeutig nicht kompatibel mit Commons, noch dazu weil weiter unten zur perfekten Verwirrung eine taugliche Lizenz angegeben ist. Hui, das ging ja schnell, wie Du sicher gesehen hast habe ich die User:Raboe001/licence die muß bei den Aller-Bilder wieder rein, Bin nur gerade etwas unter Zeitdruck, wolltedie Bilder morgen in Ruhe noch mal aufrufen und richtig verlinken. habe den Sicherheitsleute gefragt, ob ich Fotos machen darf, "solange ich nur Wände usw. fotografiere und keine Sicherheitsrelevanten Dinge ist es ok" war die Antwort. Somit habe ich die Fotos gemacht. Ich frage fast grundsätzlich bei allen Innenaufnahmen die jeweiligen Vertreter der Firmen, Museen o.ä. Tschüß --Ra Boe (talk) 16:26, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
Das reicht nicht, die müssen nicht nur das Fotografieren erlauben, sondern das Ganze auch für eine Freie Lizenz freigeben und das auch noch dürfen. Die Sicherheitsleute des Flughafens können aber sicher nicht über die Rechte der Sixt Ag bzw. deren Werbungslieferanten verfügen. sугсго 16:37, 15 December 2008 (UTC)

de:Wikipedia:Textvorlagen#Freigaben von Texten und Bildern geht auch für Commonsbilder. Muss aber ein wenig umgestellt werden, ungefähr so: Da Ganze muss von Sixt an permissions-de@wikimedia.org geschickt werden. Eine Vorlage für einen Bettelbrief hab ich aber leider nicht:

danke für den Hinweis, ich empfinde zwar das Gleiche bei diesen Bildern, aber ok ich werde es ändern.
btw. kannst Du mir erklären warum wir diese Bilder hier brauchen? Was ist an diesen Bilder lexikalisch wertvoll. Tschüß --Ra Boe (talk) 09:24, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
