I found this mysterious copyright law on OAPI's website[edit]

Here is the link: http://oapi.int/Ressources/documentsPLA/LOIS/ProjectoGuineeBissau.pdf This must be published between 2013 and 2014, since the first capture of OAPI's list of copyright laws (at https://web.archive.org/web/20140716025315/http://oapi.int/index.php/fr/propriete-intellectuelle/propriete-litteraire-et-artistique/lois) listed the law and as of 2013, there were no signs of the replacement of the old Copyright Code. However, the law does not have a number or date. Is it possible that this law has come into effect? Copyright terms (which have been shortened):

  • General: Life + 50 years
  • Posthoumous: Publish + 50 years
  • Anonymous: Publish + 50 years
  • Audiovisual works: Publish + 50 works
  • Photographic works, applied art, and computer programs: Create + 25 years

The terms still run to the end of the year. Unfortunately, there is no FoP and there is a paying public domain (Article 27) Bsslover371 (talk) 04:28, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
