Does anyone know what the copyright status of stamps from this country is? The section on stamps says to use PD-GE-exempt but they aren't "laws, decisions of courts, or other texts of administrative and normative character." Nor do stamps usually qualify as official state symbols unless the law explicitly says they do. So it seems like PD-GE-exempt is the wrong template to use. Probably they just follow the same copyright terms that other works do, but I'm interested in what other people think about it or if there's anything in the law that specifically addresses stamps.
