Does anyone know why PD-Albania-exempt applies to stamps? I assume it has to do with the fact that means of payment aren't subject to copyright. That's never a valid copyright exemption reason for stamps though. So I'd appreciate some other opinions about it. Thanks. Adamant1 (talk) 11:13, 1 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
