There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Satanism

I think that in the 20th century, at least, Satanism is often far more of a "Religious faith, tradition, or movement" than generalized occultism is, so the categorization doesn't seem that useful to me. Also, note that LaVeyan Satanism is basically a form of self-seeking materialism with a superficial ceremonial fascade tacked on... AnonMoos 18:21, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

The problem is that in the modern period at least, the "Religious faith, tradition, or movement" category is far more valid for Satanism than it is for occultism itself, so it seems a little odd to have the valid classification of Satanism relying solely on the semi-dubious categorization of occultism... • Claro amigo, desculpe a demora. Obrigado pelo interesse em ajudar. O meu interesse é ajudar apenas e, se realmente é uma violação de copyright concordo que deva ser removida.

Meus argumento são baseados nas próprias palavras da Agência Brasil (disponíveis aqui, sobre a implantação da licença CC 2.5):

A licença passa a vigorar com o lançamento da nova página da Agência Brasil, no dia 7 de julho. O veículo adotou a licença 2.5, que permite a reprodução, o uso para obras derivadas e o uso em peças comerciais de tudo o que é publicado sob o endereço www.agenciabrasil.gov.br, mediante a publicação do crédito.

Bom, vamos a alguns exemplos de imagens ou conteúdos com copyright note:

Ok. As páginas alusivas ao google, foram pra demonstrar que não estão publicadas no endereço www.agenciabrasil.gov.br, e estão enbedded. Foi nesse sentido que utilizei como exemplo. Eu enviei um email mas não me responderam, espero que respondam agora este. Caso não respondam até a próxima segunda (07/07/08), se é que a imagem vai permanecer até lá, minha opinião será pelo apagamento da imagem. Obrigado por ajudar no presente caso, confesso que sou muito inexperiente nestas questões de licenças, por isso deixo a cargo do amigo e a sua decisão ou a decisão da comunidade terá o meu apoio. Não recebí resposta aos 2 emails que enviei, porém liguei hoje (novamente) e a informação que obtive é que a licença CC_BY-SA 2.5 é válida para todo o conteúdo produzido e distribuído pela Agência Brasil e que tal informação está claramente informada no site, resumindo: o que está publicado no domínio é CC-BY-SA 2.5, só não é assim quando está em outro site (tipo aquelas frames do google maps e um ou outro video que quando tem copyright ficam embebbed na página). Autorizações por escrito não são fornecidas (a não ser em casos muito especiais) por serem desnecessárias. O link que me foi dado foi este - ítem Criando obras derivadas com os conteúdos da Agência Brasil, que reproduzo a seguir:

Hi Waldir, I need some help please. In part because I'm about to be away so don't want to get halfway through something & in part because "pt" is needed. I deleted some obvious (to me) copyvio logos yesterday. They may have been intended for "commercial" use. The user is FifthMore & the posting to me is here. Re: translating templates...

Hi Waldir, you're asking a question I used to have a solid answer for... before there was a brigade against red links. When created {{Lang links}} my goal was to replace all /lang pages (for templates at least), however, when I proposed this on the village pump I was told that wouldn't be ideal because sometimes it's good to have red links. I agreed since they motivate people to create translations (everyone hates seeing red links). So, I left it at that... kinda. I still use {{lang links}} when I create a template that can be translated. It's nice to get it started and easier than making a sub-page and all that. {{Author missing}} was only meant to have that temporarily but now that the red link thing is not really done anymore, there has been no reason to remove it. Personally, I think all templates should use it, but there's another concern. See {{Lang links subst}}, which I created to overcome this other issue (explained there). I got another "lang links" type of solution I'm working on that takes no maintenance and uses no parser functions. BTW, the /lang page for {{author missing}} was created by someone else that probably thought it was necessary—in other words, it's safe to delete if the translated templates start making use of it. Help with a Portuguese-speaking user?

Sorry to bother you, but I know you're an active admin who speaks Portuguese, and I could use a little bit of help. I have a question from a Brazillian user about Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Lencocaiapos.jpg on my talk page at User talk:jonny-mt#Imagem:Brasão Caiapós.jpg (This media file has been requested for deletion.???). They seem to not understand the reasons for the deletion nomination, so if possible would you mind leaving a note on their talk page explaining that I nominated the images for deletion because they are logos whose copyright is owned by the organization that created them?

I actually knew about the issue, but this specific case seemed unharmful, considering that the png had so low quality and wasn't used anywhere (besides, there was another, higher quality png available).
