Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]
[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Hola. Si es como dices, no hay ningún problema y puede estar en commons.

Te explico: la ley de copyright anterior a 1981 establecía que los derechos de explotación de una obra pasaban al dominio público 80 años tras la muerte del autor. Obviamente dichos derechos los disfrutaban los herederos de la obra del autor. Tal como me cuentas, la obra de Ojanguren fue donada a la diputación de Guipúzcoa, por lo que ésta puede hacer con los derechos de explotación de dicha obra lo que quiera. Incluso liberarla con una licencia CC-BY-SA que es totalmente compatible con commons. Reconozco que miré muy rápido la fuente y como la indicación de CC además de en euskera no está al pie de la foto, metí la pata. Ya he restaurado. Si estás subiendo más te recomiendo que la indicación de autoría sea más explícita. Esto es, indicando claramente que el autor es Ojanguren, incluyendo un enlace a su artículo (ya sea en la wikipedia en castellano o en euskera) y a continuación el texto que, intuyo, explica lo que me has dicho.
