Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

The file has been deleted. Commons:Flickr files/Appeal for license change has information about sending the Flickr user an appeal asking for the license to be changed. Only Flickr images tagged as (CC BY), (CC BY-SA), (CC0) and (PDM) are allowed on Wikimedia Commons. @Mrmw: Done. I made improvements to the file but I'm having trouble making a replica of the laurel wreath that's on the jpg. Is it possible for you to make the one like that? --Ue3lman (talk) 01:36, 21 December 2021 (UTC)

in my opinion its good enough and i wont get it better - but i get a little bit confused up to your uploads

* File:Emblem of the Ethiopian National Defense Force 1996-2021.svg - why did you upload the old version again?

* File:Emblem of the Ethiopian National Defense Force.svg - why did you overwrite the old version of the emblem?

* File:Emblem of the Ethiopian National Defense Force.svg 12-2021.svg - so you created a duplicate of my file - as it is already marked by a bot

usually on commons you create a new file for a new version of logo, and rename the old one wiht a move-request (you know how to do?) - the old version keeps on commons to use it for historic purposes

please revert your upload at the old emblem and push a move-/rename for this file and a speedy-deletion-request for your new upload of the old version of the emblem

Sorry. I was confused on why you didn't just upload the new emblem to the old file and create a new one for the old one as I've seen other editors do that. Guess your reasoning makes sense. I was able to the everything you said except for the move request as the file has already been made a redirect with no way to revert that. Ue3lman (talk) 06:04, 22 December 2021 (UTC)
