Thank you for your contributions to Commons. However, I would highly recommend you add a source for flags you find in order to further ensure your images stay on Commons, since Commons is, well, to put it lightly a mess. For example, a Bhutanese municipality having a flag is like finding an owl in a desert in terms of rarity. Also, I would recommend you do not manually draw fonts in Arabic, as they can sometimes appear very crude especially if you do not know the language.

Elaborating on this: By the way, Qiqihar likely does not really have a flag. Sometimes Japanese cities like to have displays of sister city flags and sometimes they make up flags for them. So until we see a Qiqihar flag used by a governmental entity there, we will not know for sure if there is one in official use (keep in mind, no Chinese city can have a flag official as that is illegal, but they still can use them in a more-or-less official manner). I noticed you are using an auto scanner, which does not have fine details in it, and you also are uploading flags without a source. Such as the flag of Moroni, Paramaribo and more. You also re-uploaded a work by @djleonard14 and I: (@Strenatos). If possible could you provide credit or remove the file as you did not make it and it was taken down due to copyright issues. If you want to continue uploading svg flags, I recommend you use an actual program such as GIMP or an expensive tool such as Adobe Illustrator, which I use.

Uhm, I may not add your images as some time ago, I added the flag of Dodoma and dar es salaam to their respective pages (both flags were auto scanned) and then the flags were deleted.
