Ms. Myles has being trying to get an image to her en:wp article. I have had email contact with her and her people. The photographer/copyright holder should be sending an email soon through OTRS. why deleting author images?
Dear Samuel I just put an image "principales flores d'Afrique" flores_afrique_apd.jpg, and you said me, and somebody else., that is copyrigth violation??? Im the author of the image I puted it some month ago on an oder web site, to african knowledge sharing! If you could explain me, please best regards ChatelainC
I am the creator and owner of the artworks and images.
Hi there, Why have you deleted all my images that I uploaded onto Wiki commons that I have full and lawful copyright for? I took the photos and created the artworks - they are mine. I have uploaded the low resolution images for common use. How do I prove that I am giving my written consent for this? Please undelete the files. Thank you.

- SamuelFreli did not delete these images, only administrators can do that. However, all you need to know has already been written to your talkpage.
- Again, for your information: if you make a reproduction (photography) of a still copyrighted work of art (painting, sculpture, whatever), you need the expressed permission of the original artist for distributing your image, as his/her copyright also includes your photo. --Túrelio (talk) 07:25, 27 March 2013 (UTC)

I am not sure how to proceed discussing this, as my answer is different for different files. Also, I did not see.which files are flagged - how can I tell?

Question about deletion
Hello, I have just received your message about deletion of my material and I didn't understand what exactly happened and what is my personal mistake... So firstly, let me explain the situation - I was planning to write an article about Sevi (band) and I know them personally, so I asked the lead singer (Svetlana Bliznakova) to provide me some matterials (info, photos, etc.) so I can write the article properly. Therefore, she assured me, the photos she sent to me can be freely used and it seems like I don't know exactly what to do in this situation, when the photos have been deleted, although they are free for use. Can you, please, help me in this attempt, because I really want to make a good article and there are no options for me to do so. Thanks in advance.

Copyright Information
You left some copyright information tags on my latest uploads and I have no idea what you want from me. I made these myself, I'll even show you how I did it. I don't have any website I can direct you to, aside from an askubuntu site that details how these file creations occurred. Fuse809 (talk)
Why deleting my images ?
There was no Copyright violation at any point . I am just uploading pictures which i have personal taken/captured or pictures which for free use. I never violated any copyright and will never in future violate them. Please don't delete pictures on wrong perceptions.

Safety" (www.feb.su) permits to reproduce and reproduce any published material, including images. It's enough to just make a link to the magazine. Special permission isn't required.
