Ole Falkentorp og problem med upload fra Flickr

Goddag!

Nu håber jeg, at denne besked når den rette person, hvis ikke, så lad mig det venligst vide, tak :-)

Det ser ud til, at "Elekhh"(?) gerne vil bruge et af mine fotos af "Ved Vesterport", men er stødt ind i et problem, som har at gøre med det "lodret-tegn", | , jeg bruger til at adskille billed-titlens engelske, danske og tyske udgave med. Det er jo uheldigt, og jeg vil derfor fjerne dette tegn fra billederne, så ingen andre kommer til at stå med det problem :-)

Jeg vil være meget glad, hvis et af mine fotos kan bruges i en artikel om den dygtige arkitekt Ole Falkentorp, der jo slet ikke har den samme berømthed som andre dygtige danske arkitekter har fået (så vidt jeg ved). Det er dog lidt trist, at det ret kedelige billede jeg har i mit Flickr-album åbenbart er hvad, der er tilrådighed :-( Der må da finde langt flottere billeder af "ved Vesterport" på nettet et sted!?

Uanset hvad, så er du velkommen til at bruge, hvad du kan finde hos mig, og til at kontakte mig hvis du vil have det u-manipulerede fotos i fuld størrelse, hvis det skulle ønskes. Jeg vil i øvrigt se at få taget nogle flere billeder (og bedre) af det imponerende bygningsværk, som "Ved Vesterport" jo er!

Kategorisering af gadebilleder

Hej Ramblersen

Jeg kan se at du løbende uploader billeder af gader i København. Altid godt med bidrag. Imidlertid har jeg i de sidste dage været i gang med at sortere netop sådanne billeder og gader, og for at reducere arbejdet vil jeg godt lige forklare dig, hvordan kategori-systemet virker.

Som udgangspunkt gælder at billeder skal placeres i den eller de kategorier, der er mest præcise. Et billede af Gothersgade skal f.eks. placeres i Category:Gothersgade, ikke i Category:Streets in Indre By, Copenhagen. Kategorierne er sorteret hierakisk, dvs. at Gothersgade-kategorien er en underkategori til Indre By-kategorien, der igen er underkategori til Category:Streets in Copenhagen, der så igen er underkategori til nationale og internationale kategorier. De enkelte underkategorier skal placeres i den kategori, der er mest præcis, i eksemplet med Gothersgade skal den således være i kategorien for Indre By, ikke den overordnede for hele København. Her kan man så til gengæld placere de gader fra de bydele, hvor der endnu ikke er oprettet særskilte underkategorier.

Generelt bør man dog kun oprette nye kategorier, hvis man har noget at fylde i dem. Har man kun et enkelt billede eller to af en given gade, vil en ny kategori normalt være overdrevet. Vent hellere til der er en håndfuld. Ellers ender vi bare med en masse kategorier, som der næsten ingenting er i. --Dannebrog Spy (talk) 13:06, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

Tak for din henvenselse. Jeg kender for så vist godt kategorisystemet, men har ikke tænkt så meget over det fordi kategorierne tidligere har virket som sådan et syndigt rod og jeg tænkte jeg ville rydde op i dem ved en senere lejlighed. Godt at høre at du nu laver orden på sagerne - det fortjener du stor ros for - og jeg skal selvfølgelig nok fremover være mere omhyggelig. Med hensyn til de 'tomme' kategorier vil der typisk være en hel del enkelte bygninger som bør placeres i dem eller billeder som lige nu befinder sig i de mere generelle kategorier hvor de kan være nemme at overse, og derfor er det mere et spørgsmål om manglende 'oprydning' end manglende billeder som gør at de stadig fremstår tomme. Derudover er jeg selvfølgelig enig med dig at der intet behov er for kategorier med stort set intet indhold.Ramblersen (talk) 14:57, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

Perhaps you should slow down a bit? Hej Ramblersen. Alle danske kommunevåbener og øvrige offentlige insignier er omfattet af ophavsretsbeskyttelse på linje med almindelige kunstværker, og er beskyttet i kunstnerens levetid samt 70 år efter dennes død. Undtagelsen i Ophavsretsloven § 9 stk 1. gælder kun våbenbeskrivelsen, dvs. den juridiske tekst som beskriver kommunevåbenet, den gælder ikke tegningen, da denne er et "selvstændigt bidrag" hertil, og beskyttes iht. Ophavsretsloven § 9 stk. 2. Ophavsretsmæssigt anses en efterligning af en tegning som det samme som det originale kunstværk, dvs. ophavsretsbeskyttelsen gælder i den oprindelige tegners levetid + 70 år efter dennes død. Kun ganske få heraldiske kunstnere fra Danmark har været døde mere end 70 år. Alle kommunevåbener er beskyttet mod uautoriseret brug iht. Straffeloven § 132 stk. 1 og 2 som også omfatter efterligninger. Er de derudover registreret af Statens Heraldiske Konsulent erhverves tillige automatisk af logotype-beskyttelse i Patent- og Varemærkestyrelsen.
