Der WLM-Countdown hat begonnen
Hallo Poco a poco,
nun ist es wieder soweit. Vom 1. bis zum 30. September findet zum fünften Mal der internationale Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments statt. Im Mittelpunkt steht bekanntlich das Fotografieren von Kulturdenkmalen. Du hast an einem der letzten Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen und wir freuen uns auf weitere Bildbeiträge von Dir.
Viele interessante Motive, nicht nur Burgen und Schlösser, sondern auch Fachwerkhäuser, Brücken und Brunnen, technische und Industriedenkmale und vieles mehr gibt es noch zu fotografieren, damit sie in der Wikipedia dokumentiert werden können. Nützliche Tipps findest du auf unserer WLM-Projektseite. Du kannst gerne individuell Fototouren durchführen oder aber Dich auch Gruppentouren anschließen. Besonders freuen wir uns auf Fotos, die Lücken in den Denkmallisten der Wikipedia ausfüllen.
Darüber hinaus kannst Du auch an der Arbeit der Jury teilnehmen, die Mitte Oktober die Fotos bewerten und die Gewinner ermitteln wird. Bis zum 15. August kannst du hier Deine Bewerbung einreichen.
Viel Erfolg und Spaß beim größten Fotowettbewerb der Wiki(m/p)edia in den bevorstehenden Wettbewerbswochen wünscht Dir das Orga-Team. Wir freuen uns auf Deine Fotos.

Discrepancia en imágenes
Hola Poco a poco: Acudo a ti como administrador debido a una diferencia de pareceres que tengo con otro usuario (Fry1989) en file:Estandarte Real de España.svg y file:Guión del Rey de España.svg.
Revisando la fuente principal se ve claramente que las proporciones y el color del paño no se ajustan a ella. Hago los cambios indicando el motivo y otro usuario me revierte sin dar explicaciones. Le dejo nota en su discusión pero no contesta.
Como pasan dos días entiendo que no tiene problema alguno, así que lo vuelvo a cambiar. Me vuelve a revertir. Le dejo un mensaje a Heralder, quien me da su conformidad con el cambio. Sigo esperando por el otro usario pero sin respuesta, habiendo dejado ahora en las páginas de discusión de los archivos. Modifico de nuevo, volviendo a indicar los motivos y me vuelve a revertir, otra vez sin explicar nada. Como sigue sin explicarse lo vuelvo a cambiar y a los pocos minutos deshace los cambios (sin razón alguna).
Para evitar guerra de ediciones dejo aviso en "users problems", donde un administrador bloquea ambos archivos para "evitar guerra de ediciones" y me deja un mensaje (que yo contesto, pero que queda sin respuesta suya), donde dice que si UN usuario está en desacuerdo, tengo que buscar consenso (¿y cómo -pregunto yo- si no contesta?).
Si el cambio es razonable y de acuerdo con las fuentes ¿puede revertirse sin indicar el motivo? Disculpa la cantidad de texto. Y muchas gracias por tu respuesta (sobre todo porque el tratar con gente en inglés es un inconveniente para los que no somos angloparlantes) y por tu paciencia. --Echando una mano (talk) 20:33, 15 August 2015 (UTC)

- No hice ninguna versión paralela. Los archivos File:Estandarte de Felipe VI de España.svg y File:Guión de Felipe VI de España Escusón Redondo.svg ya existían (fueron creados por Heralder) y tienen el escudo conforme a los usos heráldicos de Wikipedia en español (es decir, escudos con colores uniformes, sin sombras ni gradaciones). Lo que hice fue, ya que también estaban equivocados, modificar el color del fondo (paño) y las proporciones, como en el caso de los dos archivos en disputa. Pero estos ya se estaban utilizando en la versión en castellano (como puede comprobarse) desde hace más de un año, mucho tiempo antes de que yo tocase nada, así como los otros lo eran en otras versiones de Wikipedia. Espero haber aclarado un poco el tema: en todos los casos solo me movió el interés "corrector", pero leve, justificado y siempre consecuente con la fuente original y con las normas de Commons. - MusikAnimal, there were tons of sea lions in San Cristobal Island (e.g. Lobos Island or Punta Pitt), but not in Cerro Brujo. On the other side I enjoyed the landscape in Cerro Brujo and also the snorking Poco2 15:41, 21 August 2015 (UTC)

Hallo Poco, habe leider erst jetzt gesehen, dass ein Bild von mir als FP nominiert war - war mir völlig entgangen, da ich in der letzten Zeit nicht dazu gekommen bin, auf die FP-Seite zu schauen. Daher blieb auch Deine Frage nach der Technik unbeantwortet. Bitte um Entschuldigung.
Die ersten Anregungen - und so gehe ich im Prinzip immer noch vor - habe ich mir hier [1] geholt. Im Laufe der Zeit sammelt man immer mehr Erfahrung und variiert auch ein bißchen, aber das Grundprinzip ist das Gleiche geblieben. Ich benutze eine Canon EOS 500D mit einem Tamron 60mm Makroobjektiv, bei kleine Schnecken auch noch eine Vorsatzlinse 2x. Das reicht bis hinunter zu Schnecken von 7 - 8 mm. Grundsätzlich mache ich Focusstacking, jede Einzelansicht ist aus ca. 10 Einzelaufnahmen zusammengesetzt.
Kleinschnecken (1 - 6 mm) fotografiere ich mit einer UCMOS 14000KPA über ein Binokular. Auch hier mache ich Fotostacking.
Die Nachbearbeitung und das Zusammensetzten der Einzelansichten erfolgt dann per Photoshop. Ebenso das Masking, hier benutze ich das "Schnellauswahl-Werkzeug" von Photoshop, was ganz gut funktioniert, da der Hintergrund sowieso schwarz ist und dadurch das Masking ziemlich sauber erfolgt. Dadurch erhält man einen einheitlichen Hintergrund, da auf den Originalfotos das Schwarz meist etwas fleckig ist.
Bei beigem oder grauem Hintergrund fotografiere ich von vorn herein vor beigem oder grauem Hintergrund, auch das vereinfacht das Masking.

PS: Deinen Bildern nach zu schließen, kommst Du viel in der Welt herum. Falls Du dabei mal über eine Schnecke oder Muschel stolperst, ich bin immer an weiteren Fotomodellen interessiert. In den meisten Ländern ist es kein Problem, zu sammeln, aber man sollte nichts riskieren.

Llevo mucho tiempo pensando en solicitarte ayuda con una cuestión de poca importancia aparente, pero que para mí puede ser importante.
Hoy he recibido un agradecimiento en "Alerts" (parte superior de cualquier página de Commons, recuadro con un número después del enlace a mi página de usuario).

- Hola Miguel, pues no es ningún gran misterio. Si vas al historial de una página verás un enlace al final de cada línea (en el caso de que el editor no seas tú) "agradecer". Lo mismo ocurre con los diffs, tal y como puedes ver aquí. Haciendo click ahí puedes agradecer la edición (o bin la subida de un archivo) a otros usuarios. - Sobre la cámara, pues sí, estoy muy contento, sobre todo porque he estado esparando a que saliera durante 8 meses y no me ha defraudado para nada. Eso sí, al utilizar esta cámara se hacen obvios los problemas de algunos objetivos, por lo que hay que contar con mejorar también la calidad de los mismos. Vamos, que es como jugar en otra liga, no sólo tienes que buscar un buen portero y entrenador, también el resto del equipo tiene que estar a la altura. Un saludo! Poco2 12:3
- Gracias. No se me había ocurrido que fuese ahí. Miro muy raras veces los historiales, unicamente para revertir mis ediciones y ,casi siempre, con apuro.
- Lo de los objetivos siempre es un lío. Algunos van muy bien con unas cámaras, pero no con otras. Yo me guié por una compañera para comprar. Me recomendó que comprase solamente el cuerpo de la cámara, sin la oferta del objetivo, y luego el 70-200 USM 4.0 IS. Pero se me ha vuelto a romper: se descolocan las piezas y hace ruído al moverlo. No voy a volver a enviarlo a arreglar (320€ hace dos años). Era el mejor de los tres objetivos que tenía, aún siendo los tres de la serie L. Hasta me dijo que no comprase el 2.8, pues con esa cámara iba peor y era mucho más caro. Puedo seguir haciendo fotos con el, pero tengo que recortarlas ya que no enfoca los laterales y la zona inferior de las fotos. El problema es menor si hay mucha luz, pero con luz escasa es inutilizable. Así que espero poder comprar otro en febrero. No sé si estará al tanto de los objetivos para tu cámara, posiblemente no. - Arion I've uploaded a new version without tilt (sorry for that, that was sloppy). About the crop, I don't recommend that crop. Doing so the main subject of the picture would be for far at the bottom. If you like I can prepare an alternative version or you can wait for other comments. - But Arion, I haven't uploaded the alternative version. That version is the same crop like the original one but without watermark. I also uploaded a new version of the second sunset. - Arion I've uploaded a new version without tilt (sorry for that, that was sloppy). About the crop, I don't recommend that crop. Doing so the main subject of the picture would be for far at the bottom. If you like I can prepare an alternative version or you can wait for other comments. Still, if that's what you really want, I crop the bottom, no problem with that. 10:58, 29 August 2015 (UTC)

Categories removing
Please, could you remove the Category:Featured pictures of Pará and Category:Featured pictures of Rio Grande do Sul? Unnecessary categories because it has only one file. Better Category:Featured pictures of Brazil. Thanks. 😄 ArionEstar 😜 (talk) 15:44, 30 August 2015 (UTC)

QI of spiders?
Hello Diego, with cat-a-lot you moved a lot of files to Category:Quality images of Arachnida but some are not QI, exemple :File:SPIDER. (FROM THE SITES EXHIBITION. FOR OTHER IMAGES IN THIS ASSIGNMENT, SEE FICHE NUMBERS 34, 35, 36, 37.) - NARA - 553874.tif, some overs are not Arachnida (File:Mantis religiosa, immature female, Sète 04.jpg) and some are neither QI nor Arachnida (File:Sarrasani Circus on tour.
