File:BSicon tINTa.svg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Hi Newfraferz87, the issue with this file regarding Antarctica, on which you already commented is probably due to some part of the SVG code being invalid, see [1]. I would kindly ask you to consider reviewing your code, using, for example the W3C Markup Validation Service. Thanks in advance, --Prüm (talk) 05:00, 8 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

new UN map[edit]

Hi. M.Bitton doesn't want to add even Niue and Cook Islands to their map, so maybe that could be the difference? I tweaked your map a bit -- territory names display only if they're recognized by the UN, Cooks and Niue are now orange, with grey only for non-self-governing territories, per my suggestions on the talk page. I think that works pretty well. Would you mind if I renamed it "United Nations (Member States and Territories).svg"? That would make a clear distinction between the two maps, for those who want the choice. Kwamikagami (talk) 23:18, 9 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Kwamikagami: Hi, saw your messages, yup go ahead if you want to modify the map I created for your own uses, just be sure to stick to text editors to keep the size optimal and prevent SVG code bloating. If you find any code issues with the original map template though, then be sure to note them there and perhaps change the template as well. Cheers!   ~ Newfitz Yo! 06:51, 12 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Yes, I've been using a text-editor. Should add a note to the file that Inkscape should be avoided. Kwamikagami (talk) 06:57, 12 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
