Hello everybody
I am sorry for my long and unexpected absence, I was very busy with my problems, and they didn't let me log in to wiki,
In past 80 days I was very sad and depressed, I really missed everything and I wish never have to leave Commons again if life lets me I am planing to be more active from now on.

Dear Wistula, I am not sure what the image was and it is already deleted due to copyright violation, but from your history I can guess it was an scan from book cover or something like that, please keep in mind that Wikimedia Commons only accepts free contents, and an original scan does not mean you have the right to upload those files to Commons, please spend some time and read Commons' rules carefully,

No, not an old book cover, but an actual magazine cover. I am quite careful about the rules, thats why I mentioned an already earlier given permission about covers from copyright-owner Nathusius Investments Sp.z o.o. at the description, while loading up. And thats why I wonder that file has been eliminated - even without giving notice to me/a chance to clarify the eventual still unclear copyright situation. Hello, could you please check all files uploaded by this user? I've checked many of them and they were copied from other websites. In many cases, user claimed s/he is the author, and that the image is his/her own work, although it was copied from other websites (and were uploaded with the same resolution, even for small images). Hello, you asked where the image came from, it was is a screenshot taken in mozilla, the content is from an old 4chan thread as well as a edited version of a article, of course all free and not copyrighted, the image in the article or the article itself is not copyrighted either, therefor i dont see any reason to edit it out from the article..

First of all, thank you for your patience. I am a component of this band, and for this reason almost all of these photos belongs to my girlfirend; the others are taken by friends. I asked them if should be a problem to post their photo in wikipedia and the answer was no.

A couple of this photos are posted also on Facebook profile, but you can view it only if you are a band's friend: in any case I must write the link to Facebook?

Others photos are posted in our site.

So, all photos can be downloaded in others site without any problem..

Now I'm proceeding to add photo information but.... In english? Or in italian? :)

Dear Angix, first of all you should only upload the images which created by you or images which you have written permission from their authors,
If you are a member of "Sine Frontera" band you can send an email to OTRS (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org) using either one of these addresses (info@laltoparlante.it or info@sinefrontera.it) stating that "Sine Frontera" band is willing to release their images under one of accepted licenses in Commons, this way you can upload all the images which are available on this page or any other page of "Sine Frontera" official website. But still, you can not upload images which belongs to your friends or other persons without their permission, you have to do two things, first, upload the high resolution images, you can ask your friends to give you the original file (high resolution), second, if they have already published those images on any website like Facebook, ask them to write a small message with images stating that they have released those images under one of accepted licenses in Commons for example they can add this text to the image's notes "CC-BY-SA 3.0" which stands for Creative Commons Share-Alike 3.0, I will be happy if I can help you so do not hesitate to ask me any question that you have.   ■ MMXX  ^talk  23:43, 15 January 2010 (UTC)

Dear Mmxx, I'm trying to understand your operating model here. If you believe someone is "violating" my copyright, why not write to ME and tell me so? Surely that should be your first response rather than to delete the files? You obviously know my official email address, so why not contact me first? I shall of course write to the address given, but you have put me to a significant amount of trouble, seemingly just because you felt like it and I'm not impressed. If what you are doing is the official approach (which I somehow doubt) then I suggest you put up instructions to publishers telling them that if they don't write to "permissions-commons@wikimedia.org", you will be deleting their images. However, as I said before, if you feel the need to do anything at all, I suggest you first write to the publisher rather than simply delete his work, issuing "warnings" and threatening to block accounts.

I do not know what you want me to do with File:Wout-Brama.jpg. It is a Photo of Wout-Brama which I took after a foorbalmatch against Ajax and I uploaded the file like I do all my files, I see no difference between Wout-Brama.jpg or Danijel-Pranjic.jpg‎.

It's probably a good idea to send a mail to OTRS confirming that your user account is held by the same person operating http://www.postproduktie.nl/ and to fill the author field with "Paul Blank (Commons user account: user:Paulblank)". Yes, I do know the uploader (the account of course), for she has asked on german wikipedia to get a mentor through the first struggles. Look, most newcomers which I had the chance to coach, feel very unfamiliar with image rights. And if you are stating facts they can't possibly comprehend (e.g. unsourced: the item «source» has clearly been filled in), it won't be easy to figure out what your boilerplate is meaning to them. I assume that my new mentee is quite confident that she «owns» all necessary rights if she is the owner of one (physical) image — at least if she had paid for it. For sure yuo could have speedy deleted the images (I don't know your rules for speedy deletion), but you would have put off a person willingly to contribute. --Port(u*o)s (talk) 10:28, 12 February 2010 (UTC)

It depend on the magazine, what magazine is it? anyway, generally magazines are not free, so you can't use that map.
There are many free maps in Commons, please use one of them, you can also use OpenStreetMap, please keep in mind that you should always mention your source with a link.

Dear MMXX, I used a Canon EOS 5D, and that's why I uploaded the picture several times, because the quality was very high and the image was too big. Problem with your image is we can't verify that you are original photographer or not, you mentioned that you have used a Canon EOS 5D, please upload the original image which contain EXIF meta-data, without scaling down.

OK, I will try prove you that the file is mine. The imagine was originally taken from http://reviews.cnet.com/4520-6449_7-6867787-1.html (if you can see, is it a tag on the imagine.) Then I took the picture and saved it. After it, opened I Paint and removed the tag (you can see, the picture I uploaded was without a tag). Then I opened PS and began to fix a little on the colors. And thats all. If you still can not accept it, can I upload the picture as from somewhere else, source as http://reviews.cnet.com/4520-6449_7-6867787-1.html and photographer as @2006 CNET Networks. "Zemestan" is transliteration of Persian word for "Winter". according to article about main actress on Farsi Wikipedia, the Persian title of this movie should be "زمستان است" which means "It's winter", but it could also be Zemestan "زمستان" according to movie's poster.
