Si no has creado tu mismo esta imagen entonces es necesario que argumentes porqué la imagen se puede usar en Wikimedia Commons (ver el enlace de etiquetas de derecho de autor abajo). Dos cosas te voy a recordar sobre la GFDL:

  • Permite la reutilización de los recursos pero exige reconocer la autoría original
  • Es viral, lo que quiere decir que trabajos derivados han de publicarse bajo licencia GFDL.

El problame del escudo de Getafe es que no sabemos quien lo hizo. El diseño del escudo puede estar en el dominio público, pero el diseño de un escudo en particular tiene los derechos reservados diferentes al del diseño del escudo en sí. Lo que estoy preguntando es ¿Quién hizo esta imagen? ¿Existe una ley que indique que todos los escudos de Getafe se encuentran en el dominio público?. Por cierto, dejé una respuesta en el café que creo que te puede interesar. La imagen a la que supuestamente haces referencia no es la misma que subiste, por lo tanto no sirve como fuente, aunque así fuera, sería un copyvio y tendría que borrarse. Ya llevo mas de 1100 ediciones.... me diste e enlace de Pavlemadrid, solo hice 19 con esa cuenta.... oye... he mirado las imagenes que subí, y me dice: -images:400 y algo, 3 old.... como se sabe cuales son?

La primera vez que viste CTBA fue hace una semana????? yo la vi ya varias veces, 4 o 5, solo 1 de ellas fue para verlo... las otras fue pasando por alli jeje. Yo a AZCA fui solo una vez, porque fuimos a los ministerios y convenci a mis padre sde que me llevaran, ejej. Me impresionó la cantidad de indigentes que hay en una de las zonas mas... selectas de Madrid.

Hi Miguel, if I am correct PhotoStitch is a software coming with a Canon camera? Maybe you should try some other stitching software? I am currently using PTGUI [1] (a bit pricey, but really excellent). There are also freeware alternatives like hugin [2] but I haven't tested hugin yet. Please try to restitch the pano, it would be a pitty if it fails FP. If you need help with the stitching I could also give it a try with my PTGUI version. Chmehl 08:47, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hola. Hace tiempo que lo observé, pero no me he decidí a mencionártelo, hasta hoy que he vuelto a encontrar la foto y me ha vuelto a chocar. Me refiero a ésta, que reencuadraste. Con independencia de que el reencuadre mejore estéticamente la imagen, o la adecue mejor a su uso, es una variación sustancial en una foto, y me parece más apropiado subirla como archivo nuevo, modificando el título, e inscribiéndola como obra derivada, anotando la referencia a la original. Por supuesto queda la primera en el historial, pero no puede, por ejemplo, incluirse en una página de Wikipedia. Yo lo hice así al menos en una ocasión, con esta abeja, para que el polen de las patas se distinguiera en un encuadre pequeño en un artículo de Wikipedia; ahora ambas versiones son ampliamente usadas, como puedes comprobar. Insisto en que no juzgo el resultado, sino que un reencuadre me parece en una foto una variación sustantiva, de manera que figuro como autor de esa imagen, lo que no es exacto, aunque yo aportara otra a partir de la cual ésta ha sido compuesta. hola miguel, en las imagenes de guadarrama me suena confuso ver la tag centro de espanya, central spain mejor por eso de cordillera central. En la antiguedad decian "entre pinto y valdemoro", como que ese era el centro. Disculpa por la ortografia, tengo un teclado desconocido

He visto en la página http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Alc%C3%A1zar_de_Segovia_1-7-07.JPG?uselang=es una fotografía suya titulada “Alcázar de Segovia 1-7-07.JPG”, que me parece muy bonita, con mucho gusto, y muy bien tomada. Quisiera pedirle autorización para reproducirla en un libro que estoy escribiendo –titulado “Viejos Castillos de Castilla la Vieja”–, obviamente citando la procedencia.
