File:P_Prehistoria.png has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. Image Source/Permissions[edit]

Hi I want to use your image of Erasmus defaced in the "Index Librorum Prohibitorum" for a forthcoming article, and need to show that I have obtained permissions: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Erasmus_censored.png Can you tell me where you obtained the image and where the original currently is?

Thanks!! Sinopia (talk) 13:38, 22 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Permission to use Lost wax casting images[edit]

Hi LB,

I am working with an exhibition being created at the Maxwell Museum at University of New Mexico and we would like to use the following images in a video that will be a part of an exhibit about Benin brass:

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Lost_Wax-Model_of_apple_in_paraffine.jpg

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Lost_Wax-Moldmaking_of_an_apple.jpg

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Lost_Wax-Apple_in_bronze.jpg

I am wondering if you have the rights to these images and if we can use them.

I hope to hear from you soon! Thanks!

Question about usage rights[edit]

Hi there,

I'm currently working on a feature length documentary film scheduled to be released in Japan, and would like to know what the rights are in using this image as a part of the film: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paleolithic#/media/File:Gabillou_Sorcier.png Is it free to use, or would I require some kind of permission?

Many thanks in advance!

Momo

Hi, great illustration. Can you upload the basic drawing, without description in words? And ideally as svg vector graphics. Then we could easily create translated versions. TIA --h-stt !? 14:14, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
