Cancellazione immagini "doppie" da me inserite
Salve. Sono Alessandro Pace (alex alpacigno in wikipedia/Wikimedia commons). Gentilmente se puoi eliminare qualche immagine da me inserita su Wikimedia, sono dei "doppioni".
In particolare:
- L'immagine "Arca di Guglielmo da Castelbarco 2.jpeg" in Arca_di_Guglielmo_da_Castelbarco_2 proposto da me per la cancellazione in data 11 agosto 2021. Tale errore perchè avevo utilizzato anche l'app "Wikimedia commons" su Android dimenticandomi di inserire alcuni dati EXIF, come il luogo, le descrizioni e così via. L'immagine "copia" è quella da 5.24 MB caricata alle 12:59 tramite "Commons mobile App".
- Le immagini "Moto terreno Solare" di Armando Pomodoro inserite il 20 ottobre 2020 (attenzione perchè poi avevo inserito successivamente le stesse immagini per la partecipazione al progetto "Wiki loves Monuments Italia 2021" e quindi quelle "giuste" sono state caricate il 2 settembre 2021).

How we will see unregistered users
Hi!
You get this message because you are an admin on a Wikimedia wiki.
When someone edits a Wikimedia wiki without being logged in today, we show their IP address. As you may already know, we will not be able to do this in the future. This is a decision by the Wikimedia Foundation Legal department, because norms and regulations for privacy online have changed.
Instead of the IP we will show a masked identity. You as an admin will still be able to access the IP. There will also be a new user right for those who need to see the full IPs of unregistered users to fight vandalism, harassment and spam without being admins. Patrollers will also see part of the IP even without this user right. We are also working on better tools to help.
If you have not seen it before, you can read more on Meta. If you want to make sure you don’t miss technical changes on the Wikimedia wikis, you can subscribe to the weekly technical newsletter.
We have two suggested ways this identity could work. We would appreciate your feedback on which way you think would work best for you and your wiki, now and in the future. You can let us know on the talk page. You can write in your language. The suggestions were posted in October and we will decide after 17 January.

The photo was taken by Sergio del Grande working for the Italian Mondadori Publishers. Hence PD-Italy does apply, and it does not matter where the photo was taken (see definition of Country of Origin, which is linked from the PD-Italy template: "The country of origin shall be considered to be: .."). Ciao @Jaqen, forse non ti ricordi di me, ma ci conosciamo. Vorrei porti le stesse domande che ho fatto nel Bar italiano che, ahimè, sono ancora senza risposta.
- L'Istituto nazionale Ferruccio Parri, proprietario di due siti mi ha inviato i loghi per caricarli sulla pagina di Wikipedia, quale licenza e procedura debbo usare per caricarle su Commons?
- L'ente che ha editato una monografia riguardante la politica italiana Ada Natali (SPI CGIL Lega di Fermo), e lo scrittore del testo mi hanno autorizzato a scattare le foto di documenti storici presenti nel libro, quale licenza e procedura debbo usare per caricarle su Commons?
- I proprietari del museo, e di tutte le opere d'arte contenute in esso, dedicato all'artista Giuseppe Pende, mi hanno autorizzato a scattare le foto dei quadri, quale licenza e procedura debbo usare per caricarle su Commons?
- PS: Le immagini le avevo caricare tempo fa, ma sono state tutte cancellate perché le avevo attribuite a mia creazione... ma purtroppo con le licenze non ho dimestichezza.

Sound Logo
Hello,
I am messaging you because a contest for a sound logo for Wikimedia is being developed and your opinion as a Wikimedia Commons admin is appreciated. My team would like to know if it is possible for the top finalist sound logos in the contest to have attribution temporarily hidden from public view until all the votes are final? The idea is to let the public judge the sound logo contestants based on the merit of the logo, not the person or people who made it. Again, any feedback is appreciated.

Hi Jaqen, you're now a filemover. When moving files please respect the following advice:
- Use the CommonsDelinker link in the {{Rename}} template to order a bot to replace all ocurrences of the old title with the new one. Or, if there was no rename-request, please use the Move & Replace-tab.
- Please leave a redirect behind unless you have a valid reason not to do so. Other projects, including those using InstantCommons, might be using the file even though they don't show up in the global usage. Deleting the redirects would break their file references. Please see this section of the file rename guideline for more information.
- Please know and follow the file rename guidelines.
All is in the internet is copyrighted?
I think what you did erasing all the images done by user:Biagio09 is a mistake. You wrote that "everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here" and this is not true. You erased even his own personal photos...indeed, I can show my own photos that appear on the web and they are not copyrighted! This is an abuse, IMHO.

Deletion of Image: Ubuntu Touch Nexus 7.jpg
I'm the owner of Ubuntulife.co.za (please check "whois" to confirm). I uploaded and published that image to my website first and only uploaded it to Wikimedia today. This image is my own work and should not have been deleted. Also, it took you just a minute or two to delete my image after I uploaded it but a couple of hours after I requested it to be undeleted, you still haven't responded. I have several more images that I'm planning to upload but it's pointless since you'll probably just delete them anyway without consideration.
Hot Thespian Action photo
I see you deleted the picture of Hot Thespian Action that I added today, apparently because it's elsewhere on the web? As I carefully detailed while uploading it, I am the copyright holder and give permission to use it. How do I protect it from being erroneously deleted again?

Ciao Jaqen, , buongiorno. ti scrivo perché avrei bisogno di informazioni sulla costituzione di una nuova pagina Wiki.. mi sono iscritto a wikipedia di recente in quanto preposto dal gruppo Odd Fellow italiano di creare la ns pagina wekepedia (https://www.facebook.com/Odd-Fellows-Italia-381535755310715/) Non so come sia successo, ma qualcuno mi ci ha cancellato tutto il lavoro che avevamo svolto (gli Odd Fellow in Italia) Premetto che tutte le immagini inserite (3) erano possedute con il consenso dei creatori (tutti legati all'ordine Odd Fellow tra Italia e svizzera) la domanda è, come possiamo redigere nuovamente un testo ed ambire ad essere pubblicati su Wikipedia senza incappare in altri incidenti di questo tipo? cosa stiamo sbagliando? perdona ma non siamo pratici

Caro Jaqen, una ex collega che lavora in Regione Toscana mi segnala che questo utente User:Ralf Roletschek ha chieso un risarcimento alla Regione Toscana per uso improprio di una sua foto nel servizio BiblioToscana (catalogo delle iblioteche toscane) Vedi questa pagina https://biblio.toscana.it/argomento/Graz da cui ora è sparita la foto. La Regione in effetti a fondo del sito scrive : Copyright © BIBLIOTOSCANA: tutti i diritti riservati quanto ai dati delle risorse. Buonasera, Jaqen. Ti rispondo direttamente in italiano per (reciproca) comodità, ma se necessario posso anche intervenire in inglese nella richiesta di cancellazione. Secondo te, sarebbe fattibile come soluzione di compromesso se sostituissi all'interno del collage la foto "incriminata" con quella di un'altra personalità hāfu (ad esempio questa) e lo ricaricassi "ex novo" con un altro nome, lasciando sopprimere direttamente ad un admin "commonaro" quello vecchio? Hi. Maybe you can clarify something as an Italian administrator, but according to at least one person in the DR (Friniate) the agreements between WLMI and the government of Italy are non-copyright agreements. Assuming that's the case wouldn't it then mean the images could still be deleted on the grounds that they violate copyright since the agreements have nothing to do with it?
