Gutes Neues Jahr

Hallo Georges, Alles Gute zum Neuen Jahr. Noch ein Problem: Einige der VIs sind schon seit Monaten promoted, werden aber vom Bot nicht verschoben. Es haben sich bereits viele Bilder angesammelt. Nun scheint es so zu sein, dass der Speicher voll ist. Es ist nicht mehr möglich, neue VIs zu nominieren. Ich habe heute ein Bild hochgeladen, es erscheint nicht mehr. Добрый день, можно ли просить вас об административной правке? Я хочу убрать старые варианты нескольких моих фотографий. Обычно это дурные версии, которые были исправлены и перезалиты. Вот начало списка: кривая ориентировка, кривая ориентировка, переделал получше, переделал получше, переделал получше, ретушировал, ретушировал, кривая ориентировка, кривая ориентировка. Добрый день, версия файла в любом случае не уничтожается, а всего лишь делается скрытой. Обычно это предназначено для сорытия серьезных нарушений (вандализм, нападки на личность и т.п.). Прятать обычные ошибки особого смысла нет. У меня тоже имеются файлы с неудачными версиями. -- George Chernilevsky ^talk 17:27, 8 January 2012 (UTC)

Просьба о помощи в разрешении конфликта

Просьба помочь в разрешении конфликта. Участник Bulka UA добавляет шаблон {{Npd}} к файлу [1]. Файл уже был оставлен в результате обсуждения. Я ему объяснил, что нужно открывать новый запрос, если его не устараивает решение, однако участник продолжает добавлять шаблон. Пытался его блокировать (учитывая его старые блокировки за войны откатов), однако он обвинил меня в вандализме и использовании админресурса. Поэтому обращаюсь к тебе, как к незаинтрересованному администратору, с просьбой решить этот конфликт (обэяснить участнику, что он не прав, возможно применив санкции в виде зашиты страницы или блокировки, либо удалить файл, если считаешь нужным).--Anatoliy (talk) 22:40, 8 January 2012 (UTC)

У участника и вклад сомнительный, вот например 4 изображения, которые указаны, как собственная работа, но автора там везде разные: Володимир Федотов, Сергій Зінчук, Юрій Маляр и Oleksij Shportun. Deletion

Hi. You dealt with a lot of my deletion nominations (like Commons:Deletion requests/File:Lan.pdf). Do you think my nominations were so disruptive that a sudden block was justified, without any attempt to talk first? Do I need to interpret any opinion left at my user talk as a law? Actually the Bidgee block message (Incorrect and mass nomination of files as "out of scope", editor warned twice but still continues to nominate) isn't even true. After what (s)he may call a 'second warning', I didn't nominate any more file before (s)he blocked me. Do you think this was a bad action or an accident? Or do I have to expect this to repeat if I continue to try to be helpful at Wikimedia Commons? I would like to know this, because I currently doubt if I should stay at Wikimedia Commons. Hi Carlo!

Anyway don't leave Wikimedia Commons. You can take a short vacation only (if needed). In my fair opinion, You far not a vandal, and a lot of Your's contributions are very useful. And yes, "scope reason" of *.pdf is not so clear. Complexity consists that a sysop should see all pages of a *.pdf before to make the decision, kept or delete. It is really big loading to sysop. You can nominate *.jpg and other pictures in very simple cases (unused private photos, not useful private drawing or clearly promotional content). It would be useful, but not so many per day.

I also invite Bidgee in this dialogue.

I am not always sure about category for a FP, therefore I do not close few FPC promotions quickly.

Not needed to add Featured image template {{Assessments|com=1}}. This is job for the FPCBot software.
