My block and deletion log of my upload images

Unblock request declined This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without discussion. Request reason: "Hi Videmus Omnia! You are block me and also have removed all the loaded my images of the Russian medals and marshals of the USSR at war in WWII, and also former heads of Russian orthodox church. You in your comments on deletion log have written «Copyright violation», see Commons:Licensing. But it not the truth and you are wrong! I recommend you to read through more closely «Commons:Licensing» and you will see that awards of Russia under the Russian law are free (PD-RU-exempt). The photo of marshals of the USSR are taken from a historical museum of Russia and printed in the book "Soviet Union in Great Patriotic War". All these photos are made untill 1955 and consequently under the Russian law too are free (PD-old). Too most with photo of former heads of Russian orthodox church are free (PD-old). The site does not acquire a copyright of a PD by law image by merely reproducing it no matter how a skillful reproduction is. Comment - this user is the banned en:User:Roitr - see en:WP:LTA/Roitr. It seems the sole purpose for the various Commons accounts this person has used is to circumvent the ban on English Wikipedia. Since his sockpuppets are blocked on sight over there, he uploads his images here and uses dynamic IPs at en Wikipedia to insert various copyvio and hoax images into articles. On Videmus Omnia talk page Herby has written: "Good to see you back around too - User talk:Fewater. As a project CU I confirm I feel that this block seems appropriate. Equally for info User talk:Skobel. Cheers --User:Herby".

But it is ridiculous! It's reasons not by Wiki rules! To «feel» does not mean to be assured on 100 % and it does possible enough, that they are wrong. Also Videmus Omnia has written: «He uploads his images here to insert various copyvio and hoax images into articles», but it is lie and slander. All my images uploads are free and are not copyvio. Also they not hoax, them real images and all of them have sources, including official and state (Russia). Let it though will show one of my pictures and will prove, that they hoax. So the vandal here is more HE, than I!--Fewater 20:59, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
