Bist du berechtigt, das Bild unter der CC-Lizenz freizugeben? Das kannst du nur, wenn du der Urheber des Werkes bist. Ansonsten brauchst du die Erlaubnis von diesem. Um Nachzuweisen, dass keine Urheberrechtsverletzung vorliegt, solltest du eine Email an das OTRS schicken. Bei Fragen kannst du dich gerne an mich wenden. Hallo Matt314! Dann wende ich mich mal an Dich, denn verstehe nur Bahnhof! Ich bin Neuling und hatte mich exakt an die Regeln für das Verschieben von Bildern gehalten. Das Bild ist doch längst bei der englischen Wikipedia veröffentlicht und dort auch lizensiert. Oder soll ich den Autor in Kasskara und Deutsche Grammophon ändern? Hallo! Ich habe das hier leider an die falsche Stelle geschrieben, es ging mir eigentlich um Image:SJHenkel2.jpg und Image:AvFiHa.jpg. Diese beiden Bilder wurden von einem Benutzer als Urheberrechtsverletzung markiert, da es so aussieht, als seien sie von (urheberrechtlich geschützten) Websites auf Commons kopiert worden. Dies darf natürlich nur geschehen, wenn der Urheber der Bilder zustimmt, die Bilder unter einer freien Lizenz (wie z. B. unter bestimmten Creative Commons-Lizenzen) zu veröffentlichen.
Auf Image:SJHenkel2.jpg hast du nun geschrieben "Ich erlaube, das Bild unter der Creative Commons Attribution Share alike (CC-By-SA) Lizenz zu veröffentlichen." Jetzt stellt sich für mich die Frage, wer ist mit "ich" gemeint? Wenn du, User:Edward.Hopper, die Aussage machst frage ich mich, ob du dazu berechtigt bist, denn du kannst diese Aussage nur tätigen, wenn du die Urheberrechte an dem Bild besitzt. Wenn du die Rechte nämlich nicht besitzt, kannst du das Bild nicht unter der Creative Commons Lizenz freigeben. Ich hoffe, diese Antwort bringt dich etwas weiter.

Ich habe das alles superkorrekt gemacht: bei The Spot Musik angefragt, deren schriftliche Erlaubnis bekommen, diese zu permissions-de geschickt. Das ist alles hieb- und stichfest. Das mit dem "Ich" beim Henkel-Bild ändere ich sofort. Also nochmal: Ich habe definitiv die Erlaubnis und die liegt permissions auch schriftlich vor - es sei denn, die Jungs verlegen ihre Mails :-) Danke für Deine Hilfe! --Edward.Hopper 00:33, 3 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The permission of some company is irrelevant. If the author (i.e. the photographer, not the company who commissioned her) does not release her material under a free license (or permits you to do so) then these files have to be deleted. --84.137.7.1 07:26, 3 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hallo nochmal! Bei wem liegen die Rechte? Das ist leider keine so einfache Sache, da es international andere Gesetze zum Urheberrechtsschutz gibt. In Deutschland z.B. hat der Urheber, also derjenige, der das Foto gemacht hat, eine recht starke Position, während es in den USA das sogenannte Work for Hire gibt. Ob hier ein "Work for Hire" vorliegt kann ich "aus der Ferne" natürlich nicht beurteilen. Ich kann dir deshalb leider nicht direkt weiterhelfen, mir persönlich würde eine Erlaubnis von Sony ausreichen, wenn sie in der Erklärung angeben, dass sie Inhaber der Rechte an dem Bild sind. Da du die E-mail an die permissions-Adresse weitergeleitet hast, wird man dir hoffentlich sagen können, wie mit dem Bild verfahren wird. Viele Grüße --Matt314 11:01, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hallo matt! Ich blicke bei der Löschung der Baiba Skride Fotos nicht mehr durch: die Bilder wurden auf den Commons gelöscht. Aber sie stehen noch bei de.wikipedia - erscheinen auch noch im Artikel. Wie soll ich das denn nun verstehen?--Edward.Hopper 11:53, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hallo! Du hast die Bilder am 3.1. lokal auf die dt. Wikipedia hochgeladen, dort sind sie noch vorhanden, da nur die drei Pressebilder auf Commons glöscht worden sind. Zwischenzeitlich waren die Bilder also doppelt vorhanden, so dass sie jetzt immer noch im Artikel der dt. Wikipedia erscheinen, da weiterhin eine Version vorhanden ist. Unter Logs kannst du sehen, welche Bilder du auf Commons hochgeladen hast, diejenigen, die jetzt einen roten Link haben, wurden mittlerweile gelöscht. --Matt314 16:27, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Deine Bilder[edit]

Ich lasse grade alle deine Bilder als URVs löschen. Die Freigaben, die du ans OTRS gesendet hast sind in keinster Weise nachzuvollziehen. Es geht weder aus der Mail noch aus den angehängten Word-Dateien hervor, dass jemals jemand ausser dir an dem Vorgang beteiligt war. Ich behalte mir desweiteren vor, deinen Account hier wegen massiver Verletzung des Urheberrechts verbunden mit einer Täuschung des OTRS-Teams sperren zu lassen. Nach einem halben Jahr bin ich wieder mal hier und finde es sehr schade, dass alle meine Bilder von den Künstlern wieder gelöscht worden sind. Noch schader finde ich, dass mir unterstellt wird, ich würde irgendwie tricksen und täuschen. Eine Mail an meine Gesprächspartner hätte Sie von der Richtigkeit meiner Angaben überzeugen können. Ich weiss echt nicht, was ich noch mehr hätte machen können. Immerhin verstehe ich jetzt, warum viele Wikipedia-Artikel gar nicht oder so merkwürdig bebildert sind.--Edward.Hopper 12:26, 18 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
