Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Photo d'un tableau de Rembrandt

J'avoue être un peu désespérée : je demande deux fois sur Twitter si une telle photo (File:Christ en croix -Rembrandt, 1631.JPG‎) peut entrer dans le cadre du concours ; je laisse un message dans mon commentaire de diff... et personne ne me dit si la photo est OK ou non pour le concours. Vu que tu as enlevé le "to check" tout en laissant le modèle WLM, je suppose que tu considères que oui. Tu peux m'expliquer pourquoi ? que je sois plus efficace quand le cas se représentera... Je n'ai pas dû faire attention à ton message sur Twitter. Ceci dit, pour moi cette image ne m'a pas semblé problématique car, même si le sujet principal est clairement le tableau qui est un bien mobilier, celui-ci est bien situé dans son environnement et on a une bonne perception de la structure interne du bâtiment. On est en fait dans le même cas que quand on a une photo d'un orgue dans une église. Bien sûr, j'aurai plus de difficultés avec un tableau ou une sculpture dans un musée… Bien sûr, ici, on peut regretter de n'avoir aucune vue d'ensemble de l'église, mais je ne vois vraiment aucune raison d'exclure une photo partielle de l'intérieur d'un bâtiment MH dûment identifié.

Merci pour tes remarques. J'ai vérifié sur wiki anglaise et effectivement la nomination la plus appropriée pour les presbytères est rectory, sinon il faudra utiliser presytery (residence) à la place de presbytery car les presbyteries ont plusieurs significations. J’approuve la redirection des presbyteries vers les rectories, et maintenant il ne reste qu'à faire... :-) --Moonik (talk) 09:06, 11 November 2012 (UTC)

Picture of the Year voting round 1 open

Dear Wikimedians,

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2012 Picture of the Year competition is now open. We're interested in your opinion as to which images qualify to be the Picture of the Year for 2012. Voting is open to established Wikimedia users who meet the following criteria:

1. Users must have an account, at any Wikimedia project, which was registered before Tue, 01 Jan 2013 00:00:00 +0000 [UTC].
2. This user account must have more than 75 edits on any single Wikimedia project before Tue, 01 Jan 2013 00:00:00 +0000 [UTC]. Please check your account eligibility at the POTY 2012 Contest Eligibility tool.
3. Users must vote with an account meeting the above requirements either on Commons or another SUL-related Wikimedia project (for other Wikimedia projects, the account must be attached to the user's Commons account through SUL).

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. From professional animal and plant shots to breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historically relevant images, images portraying the world's best architecture, maps, emblems, diagrams created with the most modern technology, and impressive human portraits, Commons features pictures of all flavors.

For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topic categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you can vote for as many images as you like. The first round category winners and the top ten overall will then make it to the final. In the final round, when a limited number of images are left, you must decide on the one image that you want to become the Picture of the Year.
