Si no has creado tu mismo esta imagen entonces es necesario que argumentes porqué la imagen se puede usar en Wikimedia Commons (ver el enlace de etiquetas de derecho de autor abajo). Escudo Villatobas[edit]

Buenas tardes Dvivasm. Para empezar, la versión que he subido no es ni mejor ni peor que la tuya, simplemente distinta, pero que ambas cumplen su función, la de representar al municipio (que no al ayuntamiento, que tiene su propia versión oficial).

Es una versión acorde con la convención del THV y por eso lleva esos esmaltes y ese trazo de un pixel en la separación de los cuarteles, aparte de llevar un reborde de 3 px pero solo para remarcar el escudo, no formando parte de él. Respecto al tamaño del mueble, debe ser lo suficientemente grande como para abarcar la mayor parte del campo, pero sin llegar a tocar los bordes (ni parecer que toca). Es una regla de la heráldica, no mía. En mi caso, suelo poner un tamaño del 80 %, tanto en longitud como en altitud.

Es una lástima que no coincidan los colores del THV de los escudos con los de las banderas, pero se decidió así en su momento y ahora pasa lo que tu comentas, aunque se puede paliar en la bandera poniendo el azul del escudo del mismo tono que el de la bandera (o al contrario), no creo que hubiera problemas en ello.

Respecto al tema de las arbitrariedades, es el propio ayuntamiento el que las propició. He contado al menos cuatro versiones distintas usadas por el propio ayuntamiento en su papelería oficial, logotipo, azulejos, tapiz del salón de actos… etc. Ha sido buena idea dar oficialidad al blasón del escudo del municipio y fruto de ello, son las versiones que hemos subido los dos, que si bien son distintas (cosa lógica), cumplen con el blasón. Ahora bien, si lo que se pretende es que sea la versión oficial usada por el ayto. la que prevalezca en la Wikipedia, lo tiene muy fácil; que el propio ayto. suba su versión en SVG libre de todo derecho de uso.

No puedo modificar mi versión por lo que te he comentado al principio pero puedes modificarlo tú y subirlo con otro nombre, p.ej. “Escudo de Villatobas (Toledo) 2.SVG”

Las arbitrariedades en 60 años de existencia del escudo no sólo vinieron por parte del Ayuntamiento, sino por parte de ceramistas, imprentas,... que fueron cada uno modificanlo lo que les fue pareciendo (en el informe encargado por el Ayuntamiento hay más de cuatro versiones y alguna más que hemos encontrado posteriormente) e incluso de la propia Real Academia de Historia que hizo una descripción desastrosa en su momento. Ha sido la historia de un desproposito al que ahora queremos poner fin.
El propio Ayuntamiento, a través de mi, subió al día siguiente de la aprobación una versión SVG libre de todo derecho de la bandera con el escudo logotipado y el escudo con una versión más correcta heraldicamente que es la que va a usar realmente en las banderas, pero se modificó el artículo. Posteriormente, modifiqué tu diseño, pero revertieron los cambios.
Mi propuesta de modificación era para no entrar en una guerra de ediciones e intentar homogeneizar. Otros Ayuntamientos tienen ordenanzas para prohibir cualquier uso sin autorización de su escudo o interpretación del mismo, para evitar estas cosas y si continuan las arbitrariedades aun con la nueva aprobación, lo mismo el Ayuntamiento debe plantearselo en un momento dado porque luego, los proveedores del Ayuntamiento, en lugar de usar la versión "oficial" o una más o menos similar al escudo aprobado y diligenciado, toman la versión de Wikipedia o cualquier cosa que se encuentran por Google.
