Pour aller jusqu'au bout de votre idée vous devez supprimer toutes les photos des voitures vues de face car sur toutes les voitures il y a un logo!!!
Avec un brin d'ironie je vous suggère même de supprimer toutes les photos de voitures car toutes les voitures sont l’œuvre d'un ou plusieurs dessinateurs.

France La France a "un seuil d'originalité un peu plus élevé en général, et particulièrement dans le cadre des œuvres photographiques". Une décision de la Cour de cassation d'octobre 2011 a confirmé la décision de la cour d'appel selon laquelle une image assez artistique de deux poissons sur une assiette jaune à propos d'un repas traditionnel marseillais ne pouvait être protégée par la loi française en raison d'un manque d'originalité. Selon cette décision, le niveau d'originalité requis par cette cour d'appel est très élevé. Voir COM:CRT/France#Seuil d'originalité pour plus d'informations.

Madame, Monsieur qui avait censuré le logo d'une marque de voiture dont par ailleurs je me fou éperdument (la photo, le logo et la marque) veuillez prendre le temps d'ouvrir le fichier du logo Renault et lire les textes joints. Je vous en ai mis un extrait ci-dessus. Je ne comprend pas que des membres de Wikimedia ne respectent pas les décisions de la Cour de Cassation la plus haute autorité juridique française. Par ce manque de respect il me semble que vous nuisez à Wikimédia. Ce que je trouve des plus regrettable. This year will be the seventeenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2022) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. Bien que ce là ne vous concerne pas, bien que cela n'est aucun rapport avec l’interprétation que vous faites sur les lois "internationales" qui concerne les droits d'auteurs. Lois internationales qui n'existent pas ; mais sont laissées à la libre interprétation de chacun, je vais vous donner des informations sur ma vie et ma vision du monde.

Je ne crois pas que la marque "Teddy Bear" nous fasses un procès pour la publication de cette photo ...? D'ailleurs rien ne prouve que cette peluche ait été fabriquée par cette marque. Si vous pensez qu'il ne faut pas faire de publicité, même indirecte, pour des marques vous devez supprimer toute les photos de voitures, avions....etc


Ma vie c'est le partage. Évidement sur un site non commercial...??? Êtes vous rémunéré de façon directe ou indirecte pour votre travail de surveillance ??

N"essayez pas de m'expliquer en quoi la photo d'un ourson en peluche, sans signe distinctif d'un fabriquant (peut-être fabriquée maison, à une date inconnue) peut porter atteinte à la loi !!!
J'aimerais vous souhaiter une bonne journée, mais si vous n'avez rien d'autre à faire pour passer le temps, j'ai la tristesse de penser que vos journées doivent être difficiles à vivre.

    Although this does not concern you, although it has nothing to do with the interpretation you make of "international" copyright laws. International laws that do not exist; but are left to the free interpretation of each, I will give you information on my life and my vision of the world.

I don't think the "Teddy Bear" brand is suing us for posting this photo...? Moreover, there is no evidence that this plush was manufactured by this brand. If you think brands shouldn't be advertised, even indirectly, you should remove all photos of cars, planes, etc. 

My pleasure is to share on Wiki photos that I find pretty or interesting and I cannot understand that, quite regularly, certain Wiki regulators give themselves the right to delete photos in the names of "laws" that only Wiki interprets in that Sens.

My life is sharing. Obviously on a non-commercial site...??? Are you paid directly or indirectly for your monitoring work?

Oltre ai 20.000 monumenti già in concorso, quest’anno si aggiungono più di 60.000 edifici religiosi, tema centrale di quest’edizione. Prendi la tua macchina fotografica, o il tuo smartphone, e individua i monumenti in concorso tramite la nuova web-app – disponibile sia da mobile che desktop – app.wikilovesmonuments.it, da cui potrai anche caricare direttamente i tuoi scatti. Sono ammesse anche foto scattate prima del concorso, purché siano inedite.

A livello nazionale verranno premiate le dieci migliori fotografie: cinque per gli edifici religiosi e cinque per le altre categorie di monumenti; queste immagini parteciperanno anche alla fase internazionale del concorso.
