@Taivo: i am still waiting for answer. I am affraied that i will upload photos then some one block me without reading the ticket. Actully the photos that i am talking about i was uploding them when i was blocked. I dont know what to do now because it is very difficult to resend another email and also very difficult to attach the files with the email because if there large size so cannot be attached to email. Please help me because also after mounth i will upload pictures for wikipedia education programm here and the will be photographed by the university photographer mohammad al omari. I am otrs member but i cant enter the tichkets here. I dont know if it is possible to send permossions in arabic for future because the language barrier make it difficult to university photographer to resend email for photoes that were indicated in the last email. It's difficult for me to answer, because I do not know, what is written into OTRS ticket. Only OTRS members can see that. Therefore I do not know, does the ticket cover new photos too or not. If the ticket covers new photos too, then you can add the ticket yourself, when uploading new photos. Otherways you can add template {{OTRS pending}}. This will give you some time (one month?) for sending new permission. I am almost sure, that you can send permissions in Arabic language too, because this is quite widely spoken language, although I do not understand it at all. Important message for file movers[edit]

A community discussion has been closed where the consensus was to grant all file movers the suppressredirect user right. This will allow file movers to not leave behind a redirect when moving files and instead automatically have the original file name deleted. Policy never requires you to suppress the redirect, suppression of redirects is entirely optional.

Possible acceptable uses of this ability:

  • To move recently uploaded files with an obvious error in the file name where that error would not be a reasonable redirect. For example: moving "Sheep in a tree.jpg" to "Squirrel in a tree.jpg" when the image does in fact depict a squirrel.
  • To perform file name swaps.
  • When the original file name contains vandalism. (File renaming criterion #5)

Please note, this ability should be used only in certain circumstances and only if you are absolutely sure that it is not going to break the display of the file on any project. Redirects should never be suppressed if the file is in use on any project. When in doubt, leave a redirect. If you forget to suppress the redirect in case of file name vandalism or you are not fully certain if the original file name is actually vandalism, leave a redirect and tag the redirect for speedy deletion per G2.

The malicious or reckless breaking of file links via the suppressredirect user right is considered an abuse of the file mover right and is grounds for immediate revocation of that right. The reason that I asked for right is that when I tried to log in to VicuñaUploader it gives me "server erorr" and I thought it might be because I am not mass uploader. Do you have any Idea about that?. I consulted @Doc James and he advised me that we can upload them under Attribution-NonCommercial 2.0 Generic (CC BY-NC 2.0). What do you advise me? I was willing to ask commons admins before upload anyway because it is up tp 11K photos! It seems that I misunderstood and confused with nccommons.org. Sorry for that. This year will be the seventeenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition.
