Licence status of my scans from Brehms Tierleben

Hello Ausir! The images are PD, I've checked the year of death for each author. There are articles of them in the german wikipedia (de:Gustav Mützel, de:Wilhelm Kuhnert, de:Friedrich Specht, de:August Specht for example). Where there is no known originator (as is the case for some of the images from Brehms), the 70 year rule applies to the date of the release. Thanks you for your concern anyways. How do you do. I'm 汲平 (QBay) in Japan. I wrote an item for Szymanowski in Wikipedia Japanese. I want to use a photograph named 'Zakopane-atma.jpg' in Wikipedia Polska. I ask the donor, Jadwiga, to sontact me. But there has been no response. I afraid that he is not English speaker or my English is too poor for him to understand. Strona główna

Dlaczego znowu okazuje się, że musimy odróżniać się od wszystkich innych języków? Strona główna wygląda u nas inaczej niż inne: nie ma ramek. Chciałem to zmienić, ale nie wiem, czy taki wygląd nie był ustalony przez kogoś.

Przy okazji: na głównej stronie coś jest nie tak z pogrubieniem, ale nie mogłem znaleźć niedomkniętych apostrofów. --Derbeth 10:02, 23 December 2005 (UTC)

name change

Hi! Thanks again for your critique on Image:Eu expansion 2004 map.jpg. I puzzeled around a bit and I think it worked quite well. Just needed someone to motivate me :) I have another question. In the "normal" Wikipedias bureaucrates can change user-names. They changed my name from WLuef to WL a few months ago, I choosed not wanting to use my real surname. Stare pocztówki

Hej, zgłaszam się do Ciebie z pytaniem dotyczącym praw autorskich. Posiadam kolekcję około 140 starych, własnoręcznie skanowanych pocztówek z okolic Jeleniej Góry i Karkonoszy. Posiadają one dużą wartość encyklopedyczną. Znajdują się na nich ilustracje większości schronisk turystycznych Karkonoszy, zarówno tych istniejących do dziś, jak i zniszczonych. Okres wydania pocztówek waha się od między rokiem 1900 do 1939. Daty wydania szacuję, po pieczątkach pocztowych umieszczonych na rewersie. Część pocztówek nie posiada jakiejkolwiek informacji na temat daty wydania. Informacje o autorze nie pozwalają ustalić daty produkcji. Przykładowe opisy umieszczone na rewersie dotyczące autora: Photo Verlag, Wilh. Muller, Herischdorf i. Riesengeb. Tel. Bad Warmbrunn 125, Max Umlauf, Kunstverlag, Hirschberg i Rsbg.. Jak sam widzisz uzyskanie bezpośredniej zgody wydawców na publikację jest raczej niemożliwe. Ustalenie daty śmierci autora również. W związku z powyższym chciałbym zasięgnąć informacji, czy wrzucenie ich na Commons z przypisaniem praw PD-Old jest możliwe. Dla porównania istnieje strona http://wroclaw.hydral.com.pl/, która gromadzi podobne skany i jak do tej pory nikt nie zarzucił im pogwałcenia praw autorskich.   • Jeśli autor jest nieznany, to liczy się data wydania. W takim przypadku wydane do roku 1935 włącznie można IMHO ładować bezpiecznie. Po tej dacie można ewentualnie rozważać {{PD-Polish}}... Natomiast jeśli autor jest znany, to raczej stosuje się interpretację "delecjonistyczną": skoro nie można stwierdzić kiedy autor umarł (a może nawet, czy jeszcze żyje), nie można twierdzić, że prawa autorskie wygasły.
