User:dbenbenn for CheckUser

User:Ausir has suggested that I should apply for CheckUser ability. Okay, I do what I'm told. If I'm given this ability, I don't forsee using it very often. Usually, a person's uploads speak for themselves. Sockpuppetry isn't much of an issue here. Anyway, as Ausir points out below, the m:CheckUser Policy is that there should be two CheckUsers, so that they can "mutually control their activity" (each one can see what Users the other has been Checking).
