error

Autolink

Autolinking is cool, but how can one prevent it if it is misleading ? See for example Institution:State Library of Queensland, where "South Bank" (Queensland, Australia) is linked to Category:South Bank, London... Jean-Fred (talk) 18:48, 10 December 2010 (UTC)

I think the best solution would be: create a template "South Bank, Brisbanne" but I am not perfectly clear what South Bank Brisbanne exactly is. We could probably have a "no city" option, but I am not sure it would be very convenient

4th parameter

What is the 4th parameter supposed to do ? Is there a reason why it does not use {{City}} ?--Zolo (talk) 07:36, 29 March 2011 (UTC)

It does use {{City}}. For example : {{RelativeLocation|Poronin |near|Zakopane}} gives "Poronin near Zakopane". See this edit. --Jarekt (talk) 13:27, 29 March 2011 (UTC)

This is the 3d parameter, I was referring to the 4th one (documented as "name of the region, state or country both locations are located in"). {{RelativeLocation|Poronin |near|Zakopane|Poland}} gives "Poronin near Zakopane, Poland" rather than "Poronin near Zakopane, Poland".--Zolo (talk) 13:55, 29 March 2011 (UTC)

Template structure

Can I move all subtemplates to the main page ? Language subtemplates make it harder to keep translations synchronized and to make use of other templates to make better translations (for example {{conj|type=or}} for the "or" type. --Zolo (talk) 11:07, 26 February 2012 (UTC)

 Done in {{RelativeLocation/core}} rather than main page to avoid cluttering with {{City}}.
