Improvement proposal: Grammar

If the parameter "ref number" is set the sentence has a bad grammar. At least in German. Probably it sounds not good in English, too. The number value should be passed trough to the lang template to insert it at the correct place in the sentence.

Something like

Es ist in der IGESPAR-Datenbank (

Instituto de Gestão do Património Arquitectónico e Arqueológico

) unter der Nummer {{{1}}} verzeichnet.

Currently it is something like this in effect:

Es ist in der IGESPAR-Datenbank (

Instituto de Gestão do Património Arquitectónico e Arqueológico

) verzeichnet, unter der Nummer {{{1}}}.

Thanks for your feedback. It is very hard to think out of the grammar of your own language, and therefore to build a decent template when it gets that complex (the worst job I've ever done is {{Mérimée}}, which I believe now to be a real mess for grammars quite different from French).

I was trying to get the use of parameters out of the translation subpages, but I guess this is just not feasible. I revamp the template right away so that translators have the hand on the place of the reference number. Jean-Fred (talk) 21:58, 20 October 2010 (UTC)

Category CMN does not exist / (pt) Categoria CMN não existe

English: The classification (CMN) does not exist, according to poin 3 of the Article 3rd of the Law nº 309/209 that says: "The designation «Monumento Nacional» is assigned to «Built Heritage» classified as «National Interest», whether they are "Monuments" (Monumentos), "Group of Buildings" (Conjuntos) or "Sites" (Sítios)". So, the category Conjuntos Monumento Nacional in Portugal by name should be deleted, and the template {{IGESPAR}} changed accordingly.

Português: A classificação (CMN) não existe, pois o ponto 3 do Artigo 3º do Decreto-Lei n.º 309/2009, de 23 de Outubro, afirma: "A designação «Monumento Nacional» é atribuída aos bens imóveis classificados como de interesse nacional, sejam eles monumentos conjuntos ou sítios". Assim, a categoria Conjuntos Monumento Nacional in Portugal by name deverá ser eliminada e o template {{IGESPAR}} alterado em conformidade.

Saite do Igespar a dar erro 500
