Pirate flag

I find the choice of the Pirate Flag not very accurate. If you can choose another one, it would be better. --Berdea (talk) 18:24, 18 November 2015 (UTC)

EU

@Theklan: I know this is a touchy subject, and probably not a surprise... but given w:en:ISO_3166-1_alpha-2#Exceptional_reservations, "EU" would be reserved for the European Union. I would recommend to consider using ISO 3166-2 codes for situations like Basque (ES-PV, although that refers to the Spanish part of the Basque country only). Or use three letter codes, to avoid confusion (e.g. EUS or PEU)? (as transition, I'm not including European Union, but at some point, we probably should) Effeietsanders (talk) 03:23, 30 November 2019 (UTC)

@Theklan: OK, I made the change and put it in a separate section to avoid confusion in the future. Please be careful in the /use/ of this template though, in some cases a more creative use like this is fine, but in other contexts it would cause confusion (such as WLM national competitions).
