The based URL changed -> https://www.webofscience.com/wos/author/rid/$1 (new URL).
The associated regex in the template
({label='ResearcherID', property='P1053', lang= , regexp='^[A-Z]{1,3}-\d{4}-(19|20)\d\d$)
(line 145 in the module) is up-to-date. Perhaps remove this regex the time to get a clear idea about the new ID format.
