Description
English: The sound of pouring wart into the centrifuge. The recording was realized in the Ursa Maior brewery in Uherce Mineralne (Poland).

After boiling the wart is pumped into the next tun – so called centrifuge, where suspensions are removed. Protein precipitations and pieces of hop are deposited at the bottom during the centrifugation of the liquid.
The next stage consists in cooling the wart down and depositing it in the fermentation and seasoning tank.

Ursa Maior jest is a microbrewery, where the beer is produced according to the brewery’s original recipes. The entire production process lasts about a month, the beer is unpasteurized and unfiltered.
